Came to Reform Chiropractic the service was horrible horrible. I turned in my insurance papers two days before the receptionist called and scheduled me a appointment.Upon arriving In was never told that they didn't run my insurance card after talking to the chiropractor he said I was set up for a massages ,I told him that I was scheduled for a adjustment only. Leaving, was told I owed $145. I am not a person that complains about price it it is worth it. At this point its the principle . But everything that glitters is s not gold . Place is decent in terms of the actual massage and adjustment but prices are going up for services and they will change your appointment time up or down without your consent. I've had to wait around and waste time because they changed my appointment(after telling them not too) and I had no knowledge of it. I've wasted an hour of my time multiple times. I want to start by saying thanking you to Dr. Sanchez and his staff. They did an amazing job and will be a repeat client. I haven't been to a chiropractor in a real long time let alone had a massage. No surprise that when Dr. Sanchez started his evaluation I had some issues! He began to explain to me why I have the muscle issues that I do and it all made sense to me. (Which is very important to me) then I got a massage from Brandon who also did a great job working on the muscle and and so explaining things as he went along. In all these guys know what they are doing and are able to explain to you the issues you have in away you'll understand. Overall amazing experience! I haven't had the best experiences with Chiropractors in the past. The atmosphere and energy of Reform was great. Staff were so friendly, attentive, eager to help. Dr Hernandez was very thorough when it came to getting my history to ensure he was targeting all my pain and discomfort. Dr Hernandez broke down every chiropractic procedure he was doing and why he was targeting the areas. My Massage Therapist Alejandro was experienced and proficient to all the cutting-edge equipment. He was able to explain each step in detail to ensure I was ok. Medical massages can sometimes feel awkward. Made an appointment for 2:30 over the phone, receptionist repeated 2:30 back to me, immediately put it in my calendar. Never received any reminder emails like they said I would. I get here about 5 minutes before my appointment and wait for about 10 minutes only to be told my appointment was at 2‍ the only thing they could do was reschedule me. From the very first time I came here I felt welcomed. They reviewed and took X-rays on the spot and diagnosed what my problem might be right away, same day service with a plan for further therapy. After coming for 3 months my issues have gone away. Their method is so different and it's a process to get the results I wanted. When it came to the rehab they know what they are talking about. This review is long overdue!!! Speaking specifically for my massage therapist Marc and Dr. Garay. Holy cow - came in here two years ago for a persistent stiff neck + shoulder and lower back pain and have been coming consistently (as much as I possibly can) since! We had never been able to adjust my neck and since I have been coming for the past two years, it's improved so much and now it's finally loose and relaxed enough to adjust! I've also noticed so much improvement in my daily life from coming here. I used to consistently get stiff and very tight around my neck (almost paralyzing pain), so much so that the onset of any pain in that area would scare me. Now I do not get paralyzing pain at all - occasionally I'll get slightly stiff sometimes but that has to do with my own bad posture and working habits (I also don't do the homework that Dr. Garay assigns me but that's on me). I've felt a noticeable difference in my body. I'm looser and a lot of the consistent pain that I've had has dissipated. Anyone who has gone to a chiropractor knows that these issues do not go away overnight so consistently is key - make your appointments. Ask for Dr. Garay. Absolutely trust Dr. Garay with my body (absolutely 0 innuendos intended with that phrase). Also as for Marc, book him! But also don't cause then he might be too booked up for my appointments. I trust this entire practice but Marc happened to be one of the first massage therapists when I started coming here and I've requested him since! He is 1000% knowledgeable on the workings of our bodies and can absolutely tell you why you are experiencing pain where you are. Ask him all of the questions! And don't get mad when the massage hurts - it's meant to. It's meant to address the center of your issues, not just make you feel better in the moment only for the pain to come right back. I also trust Marc 100% with my body and he knows exactly what to do with it (again, absolutely 0 innuendos intended here). I'm so thankful this place exists. I didn't know that I needed consistent chiropractor visits until I came and so glad that I did. Also, huge shoutout to their front desk staff who are absolute perfection. I don't remember some of the ladies' names specifically but I do know that I call Esme (?) a lot and she deals with me :) As for pricing - reasonable and very doable without insurance. I literally only chose this place because of how close it was to my job. I had to come here because of injuries I sustained after a car accident. I am so glad I did! I absolutely loved this place. I was seen here once or twice a week for over 3 months. EVERY SINGLE person was so professional, so nice, so friendly, so knowledgeable and just absolutely perfect! I went a total of 39 times; 39 out of 39 visits never once did I have a negative experience, or a sour face, or anything bad to say about them. The best part of it all were the massages!
