Long overdue on this review, but I needed to take the time to truly highlight one of the best reformer pilates studios in the area! I took advantage of their 2-week unlimited intro offer to get a good pulse on what this studio offers. I've taken classes with Karina, Mel, Kyle (my goodness he humbles me), Geena, and so many other instructors here. I've also taken different structures/formats of their classes such as the Reformer Sculpt and the more traditional Reformer Pilates classes. Every single instructor was amazing: hands-on, helpful, informative, with great coaching cues. You can tell they truly care about their craft and their music choices are always the best. The studio owner Geena, is truly a gem! I fully believe in her mission to share pilates with everyone, no matter what level of experience they may have. I have been to many other studios and sometimes feel they lack a welcoming feeling for those who have never tried pilates, but this place is different. I have brought many friends and family here to try this place out as beginners, and they all left feeling welcomed and excited to explore pilates even more! The pricing here is also very fair, and the studio is always clean and well-kept. Thank you for making me a believer out of Reformer Pilates! I came in knowing nothing, and have now fallen in love for what Pilates has to offer to my overall health and wellness. Took a Sunday evening class with Christina and it was great! She was so friendly and helps a lot with form and correction throughout the class. I had already taken a lot of pilates classes and this was my first time at this studio so I didn't need as much help or correction but i'm glad she was an instructor that really cared and helped when needed. That is so important in a pilates studio!! The studio has a darker ambiance vibe and lots of pilates equipment. It was so clean as well and definitely one of the cleanest studios i've been to. Tried my first class here via class pass with Mel and she was such an amazing instructor! I've tried out a few places and also a few different instructors and by far, Mel has been the best. She really cares about making sure you're getting your form correct and is hands on which is really helpful, especially for beginners like myself. I loved how she checked in with everyone before getting started and asked each person if they were comfortable with her being hands on, if they have any injuries, etc. The class was fun, energetic, and welcoming! I signed up for the hip hop house Pilates class here and it did not disappoint!! The inside is very clean and organized, the girl who led the class checked on all the participants regularly and helped with our forms and was very encouraging for all of us attending. Reform House is so beautiful on the inside. I see it all over social media and it's even more aesthetic in person. Upon check in, the instructor Breah was super welcoming and explained where everything was, including the water refill station, bathrooms, and cubbies for our items to be stored in. The studio is medium size so it is small enough to get attention from the instructor. I did the beginner friendly class and Breah was really nice and gave a lot of attention to some of the girls who were newer at the reformer. Her cueing was pretty good. Although it wasn't the most challenging class I've ever taken, I felt stronger afterwards. I will definitely take Breah's class again. Parking: free and plenty in the lot read more

I'm very new to Pilates. This was only my second time. My first experience at a different studio honestly almost made me give up on Pilates altogether. That said, I'M SO GLAD THAT I GAVE THIS STUDIO A TRY. As a beginner, I never felt intimidated or out of place. The studio didn't feel cramped, and Gina was incredibly welcoming. She even took the time to explain the reformer to me before class started, which I really appreciated. Throughout the class, she corrected my form, made sure I wasn't lost, and gave clear, easy to follow instructions. I definitely felt the intensity in a good way and it reassured me that I was working the right muscles without feeling like I'd get injured. On top of that, such a nice touch, they have the cutest socks, plus free water, coffee, tea, and mints. Parking was easy, and I absolutely love the aesthetics and overall vibe of the studio. I'm so thankful for this Pilates studio. I love the instructors and how brand new the reformers are. Their hours are perfect and even have late night classes at 8:30pm during the week. I haven't taken a Pilates class before and this was a wonderful intro! Reform house offers super affordable introductory class packages and it was perfectly fine trying class as a beginner. I used ClassPass for my first class and then ended up buying some packages for follow-up sessions! Sierra is my favorite instructor and I'll definitely be going back when I'm in town. I almost didn't want to post this because I kinda wanted to keep it my little secret lol but this has become my favorite Pilates spot. I've been coming here since around the first week they opened. The studio is super cute, even the bathroom is cute. The instructors are all really welcoming and make you feel comfortable, but the workouts are still really good and challenging. There's complimentary coffee, tea water and mints available. The vibe is always on point. Great playlists, good energy, just a place you actually look forward to going to. I took my first pilates class ever today at Reform House and thought it was such a great experience! Breah, our instructor, was an engaging and fun teacher. Some highlights: - Breah came around to correct my posture/pose, which was so helpful as a beginner. She has such a fun energy! - The space is intentionally and thoughtfully built. I can tell they spent a lot of time planning all the details of the space (color scheme, cute signs, bathroom is SO pretty, clean lines, etc.) and it helped me get into a good headspace for the workout. After sitting in front of 3 monitors all day for work, it was so great to walk into this calm and serene space. - Parking is ample and well lit! (I refuse to go to places with shitty parking, so this was a huge plus). - Equipment was clean easy to use. - Geena, the owner was really sweet and welcoming. I can tell she really loves what she does & she's passionate about pilates. - They are having some great promos right now for their classes. I took a class last week with Geena during soft opening and a class yesterday with Breah. Reform house is a new Pilates studio in Cypress that clean, aesthetically designed and just an overall beautiful space. Good Pilates instructors are so hard to find. Especially one that fits well Geena is amazing. She is always positive and upbeat, has a 10/10 playlist and her workouts always make me feel sore. It's great!! She always adjusts form to make sure we don't hurt ourselves. She has so much care to her clients and is so passionate Breah was really good! She also adjusts form and speaks with a lot of clarity. Found them on ClassPass where they make you try different studios in their free trial and I am SO glad they did because as soon as I got to Reform House (the 5th one i tried), I was hooked! Gina and Jenny are absolutely killer. They are super kind but know how to kick your butt. I love that the instructors will give options for different levels. I have a shoulder issue so they are really great at remembering and offering me alternate position, springs, etc when they are doing shoulder work. I am about 20 classes in, being pretty out of shape to start, and am working up my strength but I never feel like I am being compared to anyone in the class and just that I am being considered while the rest of the class is usually leveling up. So we all can get the right workout for us. This is now the only studio I go to on ClassPass...unless I am out of town. Make sure to bring the right grip socks for safety purposes. I saw another review mention you have to buy theirs but that isn't the truth. No studio will let you use the reformers without the right grip socks for safety. If you do not bring your own, they sell some that are locally sourced for $20. So I now keep an extra pair in my car in case I leave home forgetting to wear mine. But even though I did need to buy them once, they are my favorite pair! read more

This was my 1st time taking a Pilates class and I absolutely loved it! Breah, the instructor, was amazing. She gave clear instruction and made the class easy to follow, even for a first timer. I have been a member since Reform House opened and have loved most of my experiences here so far. Gina's workouts have left me sore the next day - my personal sign of a great workout, and Lauren, a new instructor, has such a great energy and her instruction is great for beginners and those more intermediate/advanced. I also love how Lauren explains what we should be feeling and where with each switch of focus. I also have never had the same workout twice, allowing for my body to consistently be challenged and grow in my practice. The intensity, flow, and guidance by the instructor was great. She provided modifications to some of the workouts so I could still benefit from the exercises. I visited this new location for the first time. The studio itself looks nice and the aesthetics are cute, but overall it just wasn't the vibe for me. One thing I didn't like was that you can't see how many spots are left when booking on the website or app. The instructor's name also didn't show up, so you don't really know who you're taking class with ahead of time, which I personally find important. The class felt very beginner friendly, and the instructor didn't seem very experienced. I think clearer cues and stronger instruction would really help. The room was also very cold, which made it hard to stay comfortable and focused. Another thing that felt a bit awkward was the reformer layout. The reformers face each other, so you're essentially facing other people the entire class, which personally made me uncomfortable. I'm hoping to come back and try this location again in the future and update my review if these things improve. This Pilates studio is beautiful and very clean and they have neon backlit lights on their walls, which I love! Also, Christina was my instructor and she was so kind and attentive. When she'd introduce a new exercise, she'd help me with my form which I appreciated so much! Some other places just let you do it wrong and will just transition to the next pose, but she was super helpful. This place is tucked away in a strip mall, but don't be fooled. Yesterday was my second Pilates class at Reform House and so far I'm loving the location! The class was with Sierra and it was perfect for me! I've never taken Pilates before and last Monday I took my first ever class, it felt a bit too intermediate for me but yesterday with Sierra was exactly what I needed as a beginner.
