The receptionist was kind and had me fill out a massage intake form so it would be personalized to me. I chose to get a deep tissue thermal massage. They have women's and men's locker rooms to change into a robe and sandals. One thing that I didn't love was how small the women's locker room was. When there are three or more people in there changing, it's a little bit too close if you don't know the other people there. After changing, they have a relaxation room where you can calm down and wait for your masseuse. I was a little bit uncomfortable waiting, as when I entered the room, there was a man who was fully dressed and on his phone while sitting there. As a woman in nothing but a robe, it made me uncomfortable that he was on his phone just sitting there. I'm sure he meant no harm, but I would have liked it more if phones weren't allowed. It would be more relaxing. The massage itself was wonderful. I had Mira, and she did a great job releasing some of my tension in my shoulders and neck. She did some nice stretches during it too. I especially enjoyed the heated packs she put on my back and neck throughout. After finishing the massage, you are offered water, champagne, or a mimosa, and can go back to relax in the relaxation room. It was an obvious red flag when the esthetician wasn't able to answer most of my questions, specifically basic post procedure questions. Also refused to answer some questions twice, as though asking a question more than once was deemed unacceptable and non-billable. Said they only used "natural" products, and DO NOT use hydrogen peroxide, claiming "hydrogen peroxide isn't natural," but that is in fact the product they used. Lots of conflicting and contradictory information was provided. The esthetician seemed rushed and impatient. Applied the product so quickly and inadequately with her hair flopping around my mouth. Did not have good results. In fact, resulted in severe chemical damage due to lack of adequate gum protection applied. The before and after photos confirm chemical damage and gum recession. Save your teeth. DO NOT COME HERE. It's a business that's purely focused on making money. Their clinical practice questions their moral character.

He studied my face and recommended 1 syringe in my lips and 1 in each nasolabial fold. I'm so glad I did it! My deflated lips looked fuller and less sad-frowny-face, and my nasolabial folds were filled in making me look less droopy. He did all of this with significant impact but looked natural. People at work noticed right away and loved my outcome so much, they decided to go get injections for themselves. The cost was $850 total for the lips (1 syringe) and $1900 total for the nasolabial folds (2 syringes). He uses a different formula for the two areas which is the reason for the price per syringe difference. I had all of this done 16 months ago and things are still looking great. No migration no deflation, no lumps. I did have the normal swelling and bruising at first, but that all resolved in 2 weeks. Money well spent and I would do it all over again!

I'm not an expert on the dosing but I can say that recently I had the same dose at a different clinic and the results are noticeably better even two months later.
