This is about customer service only. I made an appointment online for a consultation. There was no mention of a fee for this. While I was waiting for my appointment, I overheard someone say something about the consultation fee. When someone finally came to get me - 20 minutes past my appointment time - I asked about the fee. I was told it was $125. I've never been charged for a consultation, and $125 is outrageous. I would have never have made an appointment knowing about this fee. Not listing it on the website before and appointment is made is just deceptive. read more

I just received a hydrofacial from Melissa at Pretty Please, at their Granite Bay office. What a lovely experience! Melissa explained each step beforehand and paid attention to every detail, no matter how small. She brought an extra pillow to go under my knees so my back wouldn't be strained and made sure I didn't walk out of the office with any serums in my hair, for example! Because I also received their dermaplaning service before the facial, she warned me that my skin might tingle or sting during the facial, but it didn't. It was a comfortable, relaxing service, especially when she placed me under a light and massaged my arms and hands as the hydrating fluid soaked into my skin. I have been to many aesthetic centers in the area and I mean MANY and pretty please is by FAR the best. My first appointment 2 years ago, I was floored at how knowledgeable Kate was. I learned things about Botox and what it can do that I never knew existed which is crazy because I've gone to get the same service elsewhere and have never been educated the way I was during my visit with PP. So far I have seen Kate, Holly and someone else who is no longer there. And all of them are so attentive and knowledgeable! My friends all now go there as well and I get so excited for each and every visit to PP. They eventually remember every regular client and build a rapport with you and pick up where you've left off. I've gotten Botox in my jaw muscles for clenching, botox in my forehead, around my eyes , filler in my cheekbones, my chin, my lips and I am very very happy each time. I can echo all the other 5 star reviews. Pretty Please Aesthetics is the best I've experienced for aesthetic treatments. Everyone is highly qualified and talented. The entire staff is so friendly and professional, and the facility in Granite Bay is beautiful. Everything is always clean and comfortable. I came in for botox and maybe a little filler, and I've entered into a world of other treatments that I didn't even know existed or applied to me. The improvements they made were so wonderful that I asked what else can be done. There was never a hard upsell, I asked and they made suggestions along the way to take it to another level with a very natural look. I didn't know about lip flips (fantastic!), or Kybella to tighten the neck and jawline (thought it was only for double-chins, which I don't have), and that made a nice improvement. Or fillers in strategic locations to create a structure for collagen to produce and build support for the skin. Ask about the 8 point face lift. I became a Level 2 member for all the benefits because I'm hooked. What they did with my 65 year old face is unbelievable. I look years younger, so fresh, and so natural. I've seen Kate and Amber for injectables. They are truly artists. They answer my questions, explain the procedures and what to expect. I find their injections to be more comfortable than any I've had in the past. They check in with me throughout the procedure. They always have a follow up appointment to make any necessary adjustments and make sure I'm happy. Michelle's facials are luxurious and my skin looks fantastic, and she is so much fun. I'll do a series of IPL photofacials this winter for dark spots to even out my skin color now that my skin is tighter and fresher looking.
