I let the office know at 2:33 that I was 5 minutes away and arrived at 2:37, but I was told I could not be seen and had to reschedule. There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience makes me hesitant to return, which is disappointing because I really like the injector at this location.

The check-in process was smooth, and I arrived at around 10:45 for my 10:55 appointment. After checking in and taking a seat, I was called back at 11:05. Upon being called back, I met Kiana, who did not seem welcoming at all. She spoke extremely quickly, even after asking if it was my first time, to which I responded yes. She briefly explained the instructions in less than 20 seconds, but it was challenging to understand what was expected, given that it was my first time since she spoke so quickly. Kiana then informed me that my hair was too long for laser treatment, which she couldn't perform due to its length. I told her it's been two days since I shaved and she said she couldn't. I declined her suggestion to return for another appointment since I had driven for 45 minutes from Elk Grove, and it was challenging to get away with four young children. I asked if there was a razor available for me to use, and she agreed but noted that it might not be as effective since their razors did not work well and she stated that she doesn't want to be late for the other clients. It's worth mentioning that she was running about 10 minutes late for my appointment. It's obvious it's not a business based on customer service and making you feel comfortable. I have 5 more sessions left, but I had the front desk note on my account that I do not want to be booked with her again. Overall, I found Kiana to be impolite, unprofessional, rude and lacking in bedside manners.

I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising…read moreagain, I feel compelled to share my experience. I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

The receptionist was kind and had me fill out a massage intake form so it would be personalized to me. I chose to get a deep tissue thermal massage. They have women's and men's locker rooms to change into a robe and sandals. One thing that I didn't love was how small the women's locker room was. When there are three or more people in there changing, it's a little bit too close if you don't know the other people there. After changing, they have a relaxation room where you can calm down and wait for your masseuse. I was a little bit uncomfortable waiting, as when I entered the room, there was a man who was fully dressed and on his phone while sitting there. As a woman in nothing but a robe, it made me uncomfortable that he was on his phone just sitting there. I'm sure he meant no harm, but I would have liked it more if phones weren't allowed. It would be more relaxing. The massage itself was wonderful. I had Mira, and she did a great job releasing some of my tension in my shoulders and neck. She did some nice stretches during it too. I especially enjoyed the heated packs she put on my back and neck throughout. After finishing the massage, you are offered water, champagne, or a mimosa, and can go back to relax in the relaxation room. Overall, I really enjoyed my massage and think it will help my body feel better. Just wish the relaxation room was phone free for peace of mind.

I decided 55 years old was going to be my glow up and it started with a visit to Dr Lee. I'd never…read moredone any injections so I really wasn't sure where to start. He studied my face and recommended 1 syringe in my lips and 1 in each nasolabial fold. I'm so glad I did it! My deflated lips looked fuller and less sad-frowny-face, and my nasolabial folds were filled in making me look less droopy. He did all of this with significant impact but looked natural. People at work noticed right away and loved my outcome so much, they decided to go get injections for themselves. The cost was $850 total for the lips (1 syringe) and $1900 total for the nasolabial folds (2 syringes). He uses a different formula for the two areas which is the reason for the price per syringe difference. I had all of this done 16 months ago and things are still looking great. No migration no deflation, no lumps. I did have the normal swelling and bruising at first, but that all resolved in 2 weeks. Money well spent and I would do it all over again!

It makes me wonder why the Botox and Daxxify results were so inconsistent from this clinic. Last…read moretime I went I got Daxxify which is supposed to last longer, 3-4 months for me on average, but the results lasted 6 weeks before the forehead wrinkles came back. I've had these injections for 10 years and I know how the results should look, and some of Dr. Lees injections had desirable results others not so much. Dr. Lee said maybe I need a higher dose. I'm not an expert on the dosing but I can say that recently I had the same dose at a different clinic and the results are noticeably better even two months later.
