There has only been one occasion that I purchased leggings at full price, when I received Lululemon gift certificate. You probably can tell by my check-ins I am fitness focused. Nothing makes fitness better than comfortable fitness clothing. Despite today's sales, nothing caught my eye. Net, net, no sales purchases for me today. I absolutely love their fabrics which conform to your body. Lululemon's clothing items are moisture wicking which allows sweat to wick away from your body, so you do not have a totally sweat-drenched look...not pretty. I first started shopping at Lululemon 20+ years ago and I still have those pieces. Their pieces are long-lasting continue to look almost brand new. The sales staff at Lululemon are always extremely helpful. Every section you walk through folks asking if you need help...a store friendly approach. I love the messaging that Lululemon puts on its shopping bags and on the inside and outside their stores. Super positive...

Absolutely ridiculous experience at this Lululemon store. I ordered two pairs of slides to try on…read moreand return the size that didn't fit--literally received them TWO HOURS before walking in. Both pairs were brand new, unused, straight from the delivery box. I tried to return the larger size and was told I couldn't... because there was no RFID tag. Seriously? There were no tags on either pair when I got them--how is that my fault? The employee acted like I was trying to scam the system with used shoes, even though they were clearly unworn and just delivered. For a brand that prides itself on "premium" customer service, this was an embarrassing, inflexible, and tone-deaf response. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you better back it up with customer service that isn't robotic or accusatory. I expected better from Lululemon--won't be ordering again if this is how they treat loyal customers making honest returns. Do better.

I visited the Austin location in search of a classic crew cashmere sweater for an upcoming trip…read more(didn't want to pack my heavier cashmere tops) and was pleased to find them available in store. However, color options were limited at the time - gray and canvas (oatmeal). I tried them on and purchased the Small size as I found the fit a bit larger on my frame. The cashmere crew was comfy and I wore a base layer underneath (cotton long sleeve tee) . I was pleased to grab the second sweater (canvas) on sale. Overall solid shopping experience and good value considering other cashmere brands are on the higher price points. It's nice to own various cashmere pieces from good value buys to high end luxury. Personally, Everlane sweaters are priced just right for those on the fence, you won't be disappointed.

He usually is at the Dallas Knox Henderson store, and next time we're near there we will stop in because he helped us immensely. There are so many types of fabrics, fits, and colors that it can be overwhelming but Chiké helped my partner with finding the best cut of shirts and pants for her body type. He even helped us put an outfit together with our description of what she already has at home. We were there for a while trying all the things and he would was there every step, chatting with me while I waited and fitting her outfits. And not like "ok I'll grab another size" - but like knew by looking at whatever she had on what to adjust. "Ok so we're gonna need xx" X xx" in short, classic cut... be right back." When we walked in he guessed her pant size exactly so we had a starting point to try different cuts. He got everything ordered and had it express shipped so she would have it in time for her event. I could go on and on because it truly was a great and rare experience. We like the quality of the clothes but will now to return to the brick and mortar for the helpful experience. In addition, there are a few pairs of shoes being sold in the store as well. The store has a light and airy persona. The clothing was chic yet practical. The clothing ranged from pieces that might be of interest to Generation X or Y's to Baby Boomers. Mazúr Boutique also had a few shoes for sale as well. It was delightful to see the Longhorns (University of Texas at Austin mascot...in the house) prominently displayed on some of the children's clothing. Given that Mazúr Boutique co-exists with Mazúr Coffee, you can have a cup of coffee and shop or shop and have a cup of coffee...your choice. These are two complementary businesses housed under the same roof. In addition, there is free parking in front of the building as well as along side of the building for your convenience. The boutique representative was very friendly and offered me suggestions when I told her what I was looking for. Items are reasonable price and they are also having a sale. I like the whole retail and coffee therapy vibe!
