The person I dealt with was nice enough. We talked about what I wanted at the beginning and I asked that she doesn't 'waste' any on top of my forehead. Everything went fine until the end when she put a few shots in my upper forehead causing me to spend an extra $75 or so above my Groupon. Not cool. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this place. The person seemed more focused on making the company money vs doing what's right/best for the customer. You lost my trust so I won't be back. I went here and Jennifer was a total professional and made me feel very comfortable. She convinced me to try a different product and I am not that easy to convince but I agreed with her once she explained everything to me. They have everything here - it is far from my house so that is my only negative. I will go back in a few weeks to have a check up with her and to make sure everything was done correctly. The parking is a bit difficult here but that shouldn't deter you from going here. They were all friendly and knowledgeable and that is a big plus. Good for Botox, injections, facials and more. Extremely rude service by front desk. Seems that receptionist was waiting to chastise and embarrass me about running a few minutes late. They would not honor advertised groupon that clearly states "buy again" with no stipulations, which is false advertising. Paid double the price for rushed service that does not look good and my eyes look half closed. Very disappointing to see that the owner bashes the customers in the reviews instead of trying to rectify the situation --clients and good customer service should be the first priority at med spas but it is certainly not here. I do like the girl that I have gotten an IV from. She is knowledgeable and friendly. The woman who does Botox, is quite frankly terrible. A new place I go shows the bottle so I am seeing what I am getting, we always have a conversation about where to put the units and I am the one who decides the unit number. I get an injection once a year, sometimes every other year. This injection lasted 2 months and was done incorrectly, I knew I'd never go back to her. I'll go back for the IV's, nothing else. I agree with others who say the front desk is rude most of the time. As I read through the reviews, I think the owner is not in touch with the consumers at all. Just my humble honest opinion, there is room to improve though! That's positive. read more

As a new customer i showed up for my first appointment only for them not to find me in the system (been getting reminder texts and confirming them for weeks). Then i was told that "oops so no one contacted you? The person that was supposed to service you isn't here and there's no one here to provide your service" okkkkay well no one contacted me which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional and a waste of my time. My review of this establishment only reflects on the ownership/management as the employees who performed the Botox injections were always friendly and professional. Refresh med spa, formerly Aqua Laser Studio, (the name change for reasons I only found out later) is run very improperly and unprofessional. The owners son who is a cocky and arrogant young man thinks he is smarter than everyone else. To my experience they practice the good old fashioned "bait and switch" technique by promising discounts and specials they don't actually honor. They over price and gouge you at every turn, all while pretending to be the best price in town. They aren't. The arrogance and unprofessionalism of the young "owner" is enough to turn any good customer away. I warn anyone who is interested in visiting this spa to look for another establishment to get their Botox, laser and sculpting needs met. read more

The services received last year were ok, nothing special at all, however in my opinion, every business institution has to be committed to excellence and honesty towards meeting customers needs; after all customers relay on communication provided by company's representatives. I've used their services last year via Groupon and this year I purchased it again. When I called them to schedule a new service appointment, their male representative ( unfortunately, I don't recall his name ) looked me up in their customer's data base and advised me that I have to wait to purchase a new Groupon towards any services they provide after July 12th 2024, since last year on July 12th I redeemed my previous Groupon. He knew that I bought a voucher already, so he stated it won't be honored because the purchase date must be after July 12th. I ended up returning that groupon voucher and getting a refund. In September I decided to get a new Groupon since I figured there are plenty of time pased after July 12th, so I bought a new Groupon voucher . I was so excited to receive the service I paid for before going on vacation at the end of the month. When I called the office to schedule an appointment they actually advised me completely different this time : groupons are one per customer's life time and I cannot use Groupon ever again once I used it before. They cared less that their representative advised me over the phone completely different so I went thru the inconvenience of returning my voucher for the second time, so of course I have a bitter after taste of their customers service. Since getting a refund back on credit card is a complicated thing which takes up to 2 weeks, I have stuck once again with $299 " store credit " towards groupon services.If they wanted to keep their face and stick to what they claim was wrong information provided by their worker, they had to make an exception for me considering the circumstances but their manager Vladislav did not seem to be understanding or accommodating. I do not recommend them and for sure would never come back as their customer. read more

Do NOT get botox here. If it's too late and you're already suffering from negative effects don't bother talking to the owner. He is beyond rude and of no help. Most shocking of all, he violated HIPPA laws by putting my full name (first & LAST) out on google for the world to see. The business is not approved by the BBB. I had sensory nerve damage after my Botox and an itchy forehead; 4 months later I'm still itchy. So I wonder, was it real Botox? Did their "amazing PA" rush through and not pay attention to injection areas? The owner with zero medical background tries to cover up customer complaints with lies. read more

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel I must warn people about this place. I read about the "bait and switch" that this place does but didn't believe it would happen to me. I went in to get a consultation to get rid of stretch marks on my hips and breast- I was quoted a great price for three treatments of micro-needling, PRP and fraxel. I put down my deposit and booked all three appointments. Today, an hour before my appointment they called to confirm which area I wanted treated. I told them it was and always has been for my hips and breast. Last night when my appointment was confirmed it was for these two areas. Today they wanted to let me know, before I came in, the price has tripled. The quote was for one treatment, not three treatments. They knew to let me know before I came in because they had in fact quoted me for all three treatments but changed their minds. read more

I went in for some facial volume on August 22 literally within 72 hours I was in the hospital emergency room. The site in which they injected the product to fill your cheek out, had infected my left eye. Theofficial diagnosed with cellulitis. That's when the skin got broken and my eye got infected with bacteria. All my eye was red swelling. I couldn't see out of it but blurry vision. The whites of my eyes had turned red. I contacted this place six weeks later sent them to hospital report sent them the pictures and has refused to compensate me for two weeks of work that I had to miss because I couldn't read and because of a pain and suffering. Please please be very careful when injected up into your cheeks. The owner has refused to accept responsibility and claims he did five star service. Yeah I probably injected something to my own skin with the needle.? All he does is take your money and could care less about your injury as he'll just make up excuses like he did to me read more

Definately do not buy one of their certificates from Groupon. They kept canceling my appointments and now said they do not have anyone that can do the microneedling as the person quit. They wanted the redemption code to redeem the Groupon and would honor it in a few months when they get someone that can do it. They claimed they would refund it but did not.
