During the past two weeks I have had a massage at your new Port Coquitlam office and one in my own home in Coquitlam. Because I was able to crawl into bed immediately after the latter massage I had so much more pain relief and better sleep afterwards. If you're used to "traditional" Swedish or other massages, some of what Roxanne does will be unfamiliar and seem a bit strange. If you can trust that she knows what she's doing (which she does) and experience it, at the very least you will have tried something new but likely, you will feel the benefit. If you don't want those things however - just tell her! She listens well and constantly seeks education on new techniques and healing massage therapy approaches. She also checks in throughput the session to make sure the pressure and other aspects are comfortable and acceptable. Besides that she is kind and generous with her time and knowledge.
