The experience started to unravel after being told on more than one occasion that the designer would be off for a month or so delaying the progress. After the return of the designer, it was apparent that she was inexperienced and needed insight from the customers (but very pleasant). In addition to this issue, I was over billed and had to stop a large unauthorized debit from being withdrawn from my bank account. Unfortunately, the company was found to be unprofessional (poor customer service (with interactions with the owner), scheduled appointments that ended up as no-calls, no show). Please do your research before choosing an interior designer.

Visited Wolff Bros Design Center without an appointment recently and I was pleasantly surprised by…read morethe selection of home furnishings. I was looking at lighting, faucets, and cabinet hardware. They had an excellent selection and I was able to get the ideas I needed to make the purchases for our recent kitchen remodel. The designer met with me and showed me many faucets that they had in stock. Using her input, I decided that I wanted a black faucet instead of stainless steel, which will add a nice touch to our new kitchen. My wife agreed with the new faucet color and we were also able to find cabinet hardware that we liked. For design ideas, this is a great place to go, if you're in the market for remodeling. Definitely recommend.

We had to do it pencil an paper.(Hello its 2018). Do not bring a certified check because they will not take it (had to argue because it was a order ) even for a order. They say ordered cabinets or counter tops within 4 weeks.Keep dreaming 6-8 weeks and then after that they lost one. They will not call you for any information on your project ,you have to pull teeth to talk to anyone.(one big answering machine) The only reason i went with wolff is because my contractor deals with them,not anymore he said. From the planning with Denise to the counter install to the new flooring, we had exceptional workmanship and service. The guys took on a huge job with removal of our tile flooring and replacing with LVT and it turned out so nice. The issue is that far too much of the furniture looks like it came out of local hotels. Gaudy, Mediterranean style. The demographic they seem to be aiming at is 70 years old and above. I'm 63 and their inventory still reminds me of a trip to grandma's house or the lobby of an assisted living facility. There is nothing remotely modern, tasteful or stylish. I'm sure their buyers know their customer's tastes, but their customer base has to be dying off or aging to a point where they have little need for new furniture. I think Chez Del would be wise to update the styles they offer. In fairness, the staff is professional and friendly but I don't envy them having to move this stuff.

Over the past two years, I've purchased a few fill in pieces for my bedroom, breakfast room, and even an entire living room of furniture at Chez Del's popular summer warehouse event. I've always known exactly what I wanted, having an interior design background myselfl, and been able to make decisions easily. However, it was the purchase of my family room furniture that had me baffeled for the first time. I just couldn't narrow my ideas and decide on the right style and layout. With the help of designer Becky Harrell, my furniture was delivered this week and I am thrilled. Becky worked with me over a year and a half. She was gracious to quote multiple pieces, let me check out umteen samples of fabric and finishes, and never made me feel as undesisive as I knew I was being. She knew I wanted quality and I wanted a great price and so steared me to take advantage of the Chez Del fall upholstery sale. Becky came to the house and measured the room to put it into their design software and show me exactly how the furniture would sit in the room. We thought through all the fabrics and finishes and ultimately decided on a look that fit me, my family and our personality. With tons of family showing up for Christmas, the Chez Del team kept a last minute delivery slot open for me, followed up with manufacturers, and made sure we had furniture for our company. The delivery guys (Keith and Joe) are top notch. I'm a little picky and they took extreme care to cover my floors and carefully placed the furniture; often making slight adjustments to my liking. At installation, Becky informed me that the manufacturer of my sofas had left off a decorative feature I had ordered. Chez Del hired their furniture upholstery person to add the decorative features and handled the issue before I even knew about it. It was done perfectly and without my having to stress about it. That is excellent customer service! Bottom line, the furniture business is a tough one these days as manufacturing has changed a great deal. It's not unusual for the retailer to have to answer to quality issues, delays in shipping expectations, and a whole array of customer satisfaction issues. And, retailers are doing all this at lower margins and more online competetors than ever. Chez Del, their personal touch and expertise, is a gem in this fast changing marketplace. They are a part of Orrville's Runions' Furniture and carry various styles of furniture: couches, tables, beds, mattresses, lighting, home accents and misc gifts. They have the typical big name furniture brands like Serta and La-Z-Boy but also modern styling and patterns from brands like Trica, Norwalk and Steven Shell, the former I've always liked. They're also carrying Luminara candles and Coblentz chocolates, I'm guessing for the upcoming holiday season. If you're not in the market for furniture have a walk through to experience all they have. You might find something small for you or a friend. Friendly staff that aren't at all pushy. There's a side showroom of discounted items, which has a clever name, but forget what it is.

We laid out a $20,000 deposit but within a couple weeks realized that we would not be proceeding with the build and would be staying in our original house so that our kids could stay at the school they love. There had been virtually no design work done, and while the it was "nonrefundable" the deposit was supposed to be applied to the hourly rate of the services provided. When I asked for a refund, less whatever expenses for the email communications, the firm told me they would be keeping the entire deposit, citing passing up on other clients in the 5 week interval between the deposit and the decision not to proceed as the reason for keeping the money. There were other statements made that should have clued me into their frivolousness, and I am only glad that I found out about their lack of budgetary concern before engaging them further. Our plans were for a several million dollar build, but the very idea of financial restraint doesn't seem to enter into their thought process. I think the "W" stands for Wasteful, and I would not use them if you don't want to throw money out the "W"indow.
