Bad Business. I…read morebooked Lauren and Renee, the owner, to do mine and my bridal parties hair for my big wedding day. I had been planning this from out of town so I had exactly one weekend to make everything work. I fit in a trial and drove all the way up to Mentor for it. As nervous as I was Lauren reassured me over and over again that everything would be fine. 4 weeks before the wedding I received a voice mail with the owner that they were canceling my entire booking with both hairstylists, due to "unforeseen events." They won't tell me why. Not only did this put me in a horribly stressful position, but the owner would not even refund HALF of the trial I paid for. I also tipped 25%.I was met with nothing but sarcasm when I pleaded with them explaining that I paid for a service and now have nothing. When I told the owner I would post a review about this she said "well that is your situation, not mine, that's so nice of you!" I'm shocked. And completely worried for other brides who may end up booking with this salon. Please save your money and book with a salon that will take care of you so you will not have to be in my position! There are countless professional salons that deserve your business, this isn't one of them.

I'm also extremely impressed with how much Ashley remembers from visit to visit about what I tell her when we chit chat from the chair. That memory of hers helps personalize the experience. I've worked with her suite mate Carissa once before when she gave me a bridal hairdo. The style was gorgeous, and I was shocked at how quickly she worked. She too is extremely warm and personable. The vibe in the suite is very chill and relaxed. I highly recommend getting your hair done at this studio!
