I wanted to like it, cause of the convenience, cause i live close to the salon, and i wanted to like the hair stylist, i ended up with Leah, I do not know if it is an Ohio thing, but this person can not take directions, i went there to get highlights done to my hair, a basic thing is to have the roots the same color than the highlights, i brought my formula and written directions from Chicago, to make a long story short i went back like 3 times, just to give this person an opportunity to prove me wrong, i made an appointment for october, (my 4th appointment) cause i have a big event i am attending and this "stylist"chose to call me one day before the appointment to tell me she does not think we are a match,and... that it takes too long to do my hair and she just does not have the time! lol, are you freaking kidding me????? and she only texted me cause i sent her a message before, i mean the level of professionalism here is ZERO, non existant. I do not go to a hair salon to make friends, i do not care if the person i am paying to do my hair has a "connection" with me or not!!!! , a person goes to a hair salon, you go there to get your hair done, not to become best friends with the hair stylist (if it happens? good for both of you, but that is not the reason why i go to a hair salon) . i mean be a professional, do your job, nicely! do the highlights, cover the roots of course (is this even something i have to ask for???????? ), you dont want to pay, and....... you know what, it is cheap, about $120, so i guess you get what you pay for! but man!!! She gave me a soft press with no grease or oil then proceeded to curl my with no curling wax. She didn't straighten around my edges or my ears the back of my neck I was confused. Then she asked how I wanted curled and I told her a row down the middle and the sides down, she said oh you taking me back to hair school. I said something simple. I thought she could handle. Came all the way from Akron and was very disappointed with the outcome. Fish hook curls as if she didn't know how to curl with the marcels. I would give them a 1 on a scale of 1-10 meaning 1 is the worst experience.? So upset with my service!!! Had to go home and curl my hair myself before work.
