Waaaaaay expensive. The new seating thing sucks too. It's comfortable but a pain in the butt.

The newly renovated theaters are great.l, seating is more than comfortable, and the bathrooms are always spotless. This theater is a little over priced compared to a cinemark though. read more

This Regal is in serious need of a makeover! The sounds quality was TERRIBLE - the seating was awful - the selection was sad. The only nice thing i can say is the girl that was working the box office/refreshment counter, was very nice. Other than that, I'll never come back. I'd much rather drive 40 miles to the next city to catch a movie. (it was that bad.) read more

Okay, the other reviews are before they recently remodeled. It is very nice now. The food is over priced, which is to be expected at a movie theater. They now have, very comfortable, reclining chairs with ample leg room. Also, they introduced a new seat system, which allows you to pick your seats when you buy you tickets. It's accesible to people in wheelchairs, with special seats for them or spots for the wheelchair. The employees are very nice. read more

This Regal Cinema is dreadful. You need to get here an hour before your film if you want to get situated in time. Generally only two cashiers available for both tickets and snacks. Rather than separating the two everyone is herded like cattle in one line. Sometimes there is a separate kiosk in lower level of the mall open for ticket purchase. Lines usually are obnoxious. Four registers but I've never seen more than one open. Regal is to cheap to adequately staff this location. Even if you buy tickets online you are forced to endure the lines. Unbelievable. When it's busy for matinees anyone could easily just walk into any theater without paying honestly. So unorganized it's laughable. Theaters haven't been upgraded since the 80's/90's. Better off driving an hour to another city or wait till movie comes out on disc etc. read more

This past year we forced ourselves to go to this theater. Every time we went was a worst experience than the next. The first time was when the ticket worker screwed up our tickets in which we paid with credit (NEVER PAY WITH CREDIT AT THIS THEATER) and they told us we had to buy new tickets cause they couldn't exchange them so we had to get a refund...now I dunno about you but refunding credit card money you have to wait like 7 to 20 business days for the credit card company to re-release the money. UGH! The 2nd time was slightly worse. The line was long and only one...YES ONE...ticket worker was handling all the tickets while 2 other people were handling the consession stands. Now on a Saturday night don't you think more than 3 people working the front would be a better more efficient way to handle ticket sales? Nope. Missed the first 5 minutes of our movie. DOUBLE UGH! Third time was THE WORST! About 25 minutes into our movie, it started to rain. HARD. On both sides of the theaters...water started pouring in! Like a waterfall! We had to leave the theater. No setting up to put the movie in another theater. Nope. Took over 45 minutes for the lazy, soft spoken manager to refund us our money and this was on a Tuesday afternoon!!! That was pretty much the last straw. Never going to that theater again. In fact we moved out of the area so thank gosh no temptation to ever go there again! HORRIBLE! read more
