The soft spot turned out to be rotten wood, and the entire floor had to be ripped out. The subfloor was replaced and reinforced. The entire floor was replaced, new shower pan installed, glass removed and reinstalled, some new shower tile, etc. Julian and Celso went above and beyond to help make this project as easy as possible for us while managing costs. Sam Tuttle was hired to do a build out on our metal building to be an Airbnb. In short Sam Tuttle is an con-artist. He mismanaged the funds for the job he was hired to do. He lied about how he spent the funds. He asked for more money when he knew he was going on vacation. Then he asked for the entire amount of the project when his agreement stated "three installments as the project moved forward." He refused to follow our vision. He did things his way and when we asked him for explanations he said he was going to need more money. In a meeting in our home he insulted our guest when they asked him a question. He got into a screaming match at our front door because he didn't want to answer legitimate questions about the concerns we were having. On this same day he walked off the job. Sam said he was a Christian and that he was honest. He was recommended by a close family friend which is why we hired him. There were huge discrepancies about how the money was spent. He told us different amounts on three different occasions which he why we wanted to talk to him. We knew based on the material at the job site and the number of days he worked that there was no way he could have spent all of the first installment. Because Sam walked off the job in anger we asked him for an amount we believed he should return to us. He agreed to this amount in an email and then has refused to pay us. He does not return our emails, he does not return our texts. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review for anyone. In this case, it is the right thing to do. Sam Tuttle is not ethical. He took advantage of me and my 82 year old mother. He lied to us. He mismanaged the funds and walked off the job in anger. I do not suggest you use him for any service. We regret trusting in him and allowing him into our home. Do not use his services. Stay away!!

I wish I could say the experience was different with Jason but it wasn't. He said he had availability and would bid for the job. That was October 31. The entire week he said he would get out there, then apologized said he would the next day. Then he said he would get out there this weekend and then finally, no more communication from Jason. Thanks for wasting a full week of my time when I'm desperately trying to get this thing finished ASAP. I could have been trying to find handyman who wouldn't waste my time instead of not knowing how to say they were too busy for the job. I'm very disappointed and would recommend someone else if you need the job done quickly. He's nice but not very responsive to your needs.

Rashid returned promptly, concealed the TV wires, and made sure everything looked much better. I really appreciate that the company took my feedback seriously and stood behind its work. The crew was courteous and professional, and management's willingness to respond quickly and resolve the issue made all the difference. Thank you to Rashid and the management team for the excellent customer service and for making sure I was satisfied with the final result. Very expensive for the service provided. The workers were competent and courteous, but the job resembled general handyman work rather than a professional TV installation. I expected them to mount the TVs, connect the cable boxes and Apple TVs, and organize or conceal the cords, including providing wire covers if needed. Instead, they left the TV wires exposed and did not connect the other devices. They mounted two 65-inch TVs using brackets I supplied and rearranged two dressers. The total charge was $795. Last year, another provider installed these same TVs, connected all devices, concealed the wiring, and included two wall mounts for about half the price. Be sure to clarify the scope of work and total cost before hiring this company.
