My Bestie Austy and I checked in a few nights ago to watch the new Spiderman Brand New Day Movie and we had so much fun! We appreciate the Eastvale Regal Team so much for staffing appropriately, planning ahead, and bringing all the Neighborhood Marvel Nerds together to celebrate one of the most highly anticipated Blockbusters of the Summer. Austy and I went to a late night 11:45 screening on Friday and the Concessions Stand still had an abundance of deliciously yummy Popcorn, Hot Dogs, Red Vines, Nachos, and Icees of refreshing and fruity flavors for us to enjoy! Kaylee helped us at the Concessions Stand and Austy and I were so delighted to see her because her Vibes are always so healing, positive, and Authentically revitalizing. Makayla - this review is towards you regarding my last experience here. Went here today and saw the new Mario movie and it was delightful. The movie was at 12:50 and we walked up to the concession stand and guess what I see!? Plastic cups for the large refillable size. I LOVE that! So immediately got a large Pepsi zero and the popcorn trays for the kids and got our tickets from Ernie. Ernie was friendly, welcoming and was very patient as I was trying to pick seats with the friend next to me. Got everything and went to enjoy our movie. Had a blast! Kids loved it, finished their popcorn trays and we left the theater. As I was leaving, you know I had to get my large refilled and Ernie was there again. He smiled at me and asked what I was drinking and he refilled my plastic large cup with no problems whatsoever. Had a great time, glad I came back and will definitely be back for more experiences. Not sure if you had anything to do with it Makayla, but thank you for listening and making adjustments. I visited this location on 4/14, and the manager on duty around 1800 was extremely rude and in need of customer service training. I went to the concession stand to redeem my points and accidentally selected the wrong item. The team member assisting me was very helpful and polite, but we were both surprised to learn that correcting the mistake required a manager override. When the team member reached out for assistance, the manager did not take the time to understand the situation. The item I intended to redeem required the same number of points, yet she flatly stated that nothing could be done. Her attitude and approach were off-putting and unprofessional. Thankfully, the team member remained courteous and professional throughout the interaction otherwise, I would have canceled my entire order. In a time when prices are high, the way customers are treated matters. It can quickly make someone question whether the experience is worth their time and energy, or if they should just request a full refund. Yes, I was redeeming points but I was also purchasing additional items out of pocket. Management needs better training. read more

We went to watch the Spider-Man: Brand New Day premiere and chose this theater because it was close and there were seats available. I'm giving it 1 star because I didn't notice that the original tickets we purchased were for a 3D showing and I get extremely motion sick. So I checked to see if there was any availability to switch showings. Thankfully, we were able to and switched showings. Little did I know, our viewing would be ruined by 3 punk kids talking the ENTIRE time. After asking them to be quiet, they insulted us and continued talking and moving throughout the front row. Typically someone will come in throughout the movie and just check the room, but nobody did. If they had, they would've absolutely seen and heard these kids. They ruined the showing for us and you couldn't focus on the movie because they were talking, laughing, and running so loud. I did inform 2 employees of this and they just apologized and said they'd look for them because I'm pretty sure they were still there and theater hopping. What was supposed to be an exciting night for my wife and friend and I turned into a ruined, very much anticipated movie watching experience. $60 to hear kids talking the entire time. This theater is situated in a smaller city. If you're trying to find a quick showtime for a movie and don't want to travel Soutb to Tyler mall for AMC or North for the larger Regal (Ontario Mills) or AMC (Ontario Mills or Victoria Gardens) this does the job. They show all the latest movies with various showtimes. Unfortunately, the theater is a little outdated--basic snack concessions (popcorn, candy, etc.) and I don't believe they have IMAX but would double check. Also the seats don't recline and the picture quality and sound on movies isn't to die for. However, the staff is friendly and easy-going and in a clutch it works. But if you're looking for a full blown theater experience with good food, alcoholic beverages, relaxed seats, IMAX, and/or 4DX you should skip this one. read more

I'm an AMC girl, but I occasionally will go to Regal since they'll play some movies that AMC doesn't. I visit this one in particular about every couple of months. So this review is based on multiple visits. Every employee I have come across seems to hate their job. There's no friendliness or kindness. Interacting with them feels like an inconvenience to them. They're always just standing around talking to each other. Then, there was one occasion, where one of the concession cashiers couldn't even answer questions without attitude. According to the receipt, his name was Zachary. That experience alone has caused me not want to go back there. No wonder this place is so empty every time we go there. I'll drive the extra 10 miles to another one next time in the hopes of getting better customer service. At AMC at Tyler, everyone is friendly! They ask about what movie you're watching, they'll give movie recommendations, and all with a smile. It feels like we have friends over there. That's what I'm used to. read more

Generally, AMC Ontario Mills or Regal Brea are my go to spot, but we decided to go to this one recently to watch the new Avatar. I actually didn't know this was so close to where I live. We opted for regular "stadium" seating since we are not a fan of 3D and because of prior experience in Regal Brea, we thought the seats would be the nice, comfy recliner ones. Unfortunately, they were, standard, basic seats that have a mild tilt back. Online, it says stadium seats for Regal theater includes the electric, recline seats and what not, but this theater did not have that. The stadium seating wasn't bad, but it was not super comfortable and the theater was more compact because of the stadium seating. The concession stand sells the same as any other Regal (popcorn, pizza, hotdog, soda, and all the cadies and Icees). But, the butter machines/outlets are with the concession stand so you have to ask for the butter. Considering that the ticket pricing is the same as the other Regals, I definitely don't recommend this spot unless it's the only closest theater to you. While I mentioned the seats aren't bad, if you're paying the same ticket and other Regal theaters have the nice seats that have more space and a less compact theater room, there's no reason to go here. And, I'm not about to wait at the concession stand every time to keep asking to put butter, and yes, I love the extra butter on popcorn. Aside from that, this place did it's job as a theater, but no reason to come back here. read more

The movie theater experience sure has changed a great deal in the last 10 years. When we arrive the first thing that we noted is you no longer purchase your tickets at the ticket window. You have to go inside and purchase them at a kiosk or at the snack bar. I'm sure this is just one more way of cutting labor, which is completely understandable here in California Where they cripple businesses outrageous. Minimum wages for beginner jobs. But that's a story for another day. After purchasing the tickets, we found that you also have to pre-select your seats. Now that seems to be a pretty good new addition. The theater was nothing like it used to be. It was almost empty during our entire visit. No more long concession site lines. We ordered the family meal deal that included a large popcorn, a plastic tub, two candies, and two large drinks. For the sweet total of $43. Wow! We went to see the Christmas pageant story. The movie outstanding. Real tearjerker. The theater was extremely clean and in very good repair. The young lady who helped us at the snack bar was very polite and helpful. We took our grandkids so two adults and two kids 45 for movie tickets. The thing that was ridiculous is the movie had a posted 1:50 PM start time. We got there at 1:20 thinking there was gonna be a large crowd and there wasn't. There was absolutely nothing on the screen until 150. Then we got the opportunity to watch ads for 15 minutes and then another 10 minutes of previews. They should be showing the ads while you're sitting there waiting for the movie to start and then a couple of previews before the movie starts. You would think the movie should start within 5 to 10 minutes of the post start time. Other than that, everything seemed pretty nice. Did I mention it was a great movie read more

My wife, daughter, and myself were sitting in a basically empty theater in the front section. My phone was selected, and it vibrated with a text. I checked to see what it was. A minute later, an usher was tapping me on the shoulder telling me to get off my phone. Uhh, empty theater, no sound, strange. These guys are VERY slow as it is. I often wonder how they stay in business. I am starting to understand why people choose other options. I will choose the theaters at Dos Lagos next time since they are $6 per ticket less expensive. This location does the job, I mean if I were to choose a Regal theatre nearby, it would be the Ontario Palace 22 location. Personally, I enjoy a larger theatre. But this particular location reminds me of a Laemmle but not as nice and fancy! I mean the seats were old and the theatre needed extra cleaning, I was so surprised to see dirty floors when the lights came on. The customer service was good, employees really nice with making sure we got fresh popcorn. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get the Regal app, you get points every time you make a purchase and rewards such as free movie or popcorn! read more

I came here Friday the 6th. This theater is way over price. You're going to pay around $5 more here compared to other regal locations on ticket prices. And why is the popcorn so much? $10 for small bag?! I went by myself and ticket, small drink, a candy and popcorn was 40~50$. Definitely would never bring the wife for day night. It will end up costing us too much. Saw The Iron Claw here the other day and it was great. I don't know what these other reviewers are complaining about. I had little to no issue with anything and it was my first time here. The girl who helped us at concessions was awesome. She was super cool and fun to talk to and I had no problem buying the tickets to the movie or the popcorn. The theater itself was not that bad. I understand it's not as state of the art or up to date as other movie theaters but you gotta work with what you have. Our seats were clean, and the sound and screen were on point. No issues at all. Why would anyone go here?! It's been years since I went anywhere but Harkins in Chino but I moved so thought I'd try it out. They gave me so many reasons not to come back. There was no one tending the ticket booth. Just a sign to buy tickets inside at the concession stand. There was one person working and it took forever. Good thing we were early. We paid $9.50 for a large bucket of the worst movie popcorn ever! So sad! The restrooms only had a few stalls with toilet paper. Probably the few workers trying to stop usage so they clean less. The theater was small and the resolution was horrible! It was like watching it on a bad TV. It was so dark. That was the end for me. Chino isn't that far and Harkins is so much better. If it wasn't for the T-Mobile Tuesday $5 special, I wouldn't have chosen this theatre. Firstly, pushing my wife in her wheelchair and having the handicapped automatic door opener not functioning made entering more difficult than it should have been. Turned out later, the button to control the handicapped automatic door to exit was also broken. BIG violation. Furthermore, the seats we had inside our viewing theater were worn out that I could feel the springs underneath. The lack of lumbar support also made watching our movie an act of survival. read more

I stopped by Regal Eastvale to get more information about a private event I'm planning, and the manager, Gabriel, went above and beyond in the best way!! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. I had a lot of questions, and he took his time answering every single one without ever making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. It's honestly refreshing to meet someone who still believes in real customer service, a lot of days you don't get good customer service from people so it was so nice to be treated like that since I was so nervous and unsure about a lot of stuff. His kindness, positive energy, and willingness to help made what could've been a stressful process for me since I'm so shy, but switched my mood to feeling excited and happy I went in instead! He's just a genuinely good person, and that really stood out to me. Can't recommend Gabriel enough! Regal is lucky to have him leading their team! he's the kind of manager who leaves a lasting impression and makes customers want to come back. It's a decently ok Edwards location. I've come here at least couple times out of there year, and getting tickets is no problem. The only issues for this theater is that there's always trash on the ground, in the main lobby and in the actual movie theater rooms. Not to mention, the restrooms usually seemed to be well kept. I don't think Edwards can give you the "satisfied customer experience" here... (well at least for this location). I'd like to come back here since its the nearest movie theater, although I rather drive out of town to be at a cleaner/well-kept movie theater from now on. read more

Went to go see Mission Impossible and theater was pretty empty. Parking is easy to get to and the seating is not the most comfortable.

I haven't visited a regal in about 10 years. This place is a bit antiquated. They have booths outside but nobody is working in them. If you need to purchase tickets Then you have to stand in the same lines as concessions and order all together. ( or use your smart phone and order tickets in advance). Now inside the theater the seats were not in a lateral manner. The seats are arrange we're you can see but nothing like AMC if you know what I mean. This location also had bugs that ate our legs up.. The picture was good the sound was great however. I don't think I'll be visiting this location. read more

We bought movie passes before the pandemic and we were unable to use them for two years. We were happy and fortunate that we were able to still use the movie passes after so long. The person working at concessions last night was helpful and friendly. The theater is close by and convenient. We went to the 8:30PM showing for Shang Chi on Labor Day. We paid for our tickets in concessions. They had us choose our seats upfront. We got a medium popcorn for $8. Unfortunately it wasn't as fresh as we wanted but it's understandable because they were closing. There were only a few people in the theaters. The seats were clean. The movie was awesome. My sister loved the action, storyline, and characters. Overall we were super impressed with the movie and we were happy to be able to see it in person. We have been to this theater for many years so it was nostalgic and memorable. read more

We've had some odd experiences here (movies stopping in the middle of a showing - more than once mind you) but overall the workers are nice and helpful and I have no real complaints besides the seats being mildly un-comfy.
