Sal is very accommodating and always has the best movies. A little slow at times but eventually puts up the latest hits when i nag him.

In a world where megaplexes with reclining arena seating and meal service feels pretty commonplace,…read morethis theater feels a little more on the dated side... and that's not necessarily a bad thing. The folks here are friendly and have the time to explain things to you vs. trying to shuffle you through because of big crowds. Of the times I've watched a movie here, getting good seating and tickets wasn't an issue. Oh, and are you looking for that limited edition popcorn bucket? Chances are people haven't over inundated this location the night before to buy them all up so they can sell it on Ebay. I guess one of the negatives here is that it is smaller than the newer places so there's only 8 theaters here which means that movies will be more likely than not only shown in a single theater (less flexibility of start times or they may not have certain movies if a bunch are out at the time). Parking is also really easy here. There's a pretty sizeable lot and of the times I've visited, I've always found a spot no problem.

The theater is dated, and the concession lines could be much faster. I'll give them a pass because it was memorial weekend and all the families were out & about, but it did take a while. There were only 2 or 3 cashiers, which definitely increased the wait time. I left my backpack in the theater after the movie, and remembered when I got on the freeway. I called right away and asked them if they had seen it, they said they were cleaning the theater, but would look for it. Thankfully, it was brought to the concession stand in tact. Nothing was stolen, and for that I am deeply grateful. I will give them credit for their honesty. While not my typical style of theater, I can't knock the price. It gets the job done.

The screens are massive, the picture quality is always crisp, and the signature recliners make it incredibly comfortable to sit through a long film. It's easily one of the best setups in the area when you want that premium theater experience without having to travel too far. The service is another huge plus. Even when the mall is packed on a weekend, the staff manages to keep things moving. The folks working the concession stands are friendly and efficient, and I don't think I've ever had a bad interaction with anyone working there. They do a really solid job handling the crowds and making sure you have what you need before the trailers start. I'd give it a perfect rating, but I have to knock it down to four stars because the cleanliness just isn't always there. It feels like they rush the turnaround times between showings, so it's pretty common to walk into a theater and find sticky floors or leftover popcorn and trash from the previous crowd. If they could just stay on top of the cleaning a little better, this place would easily be a five-star spot.

Recently came here to watch 'Project Hail Mary' in IMAX 70mm. This would be my second time watching this movie in the theater, but I wanted to watch it on this big screen. And I believe this location has a legit IMAX (1.43:1 aspect ratio) screen. There's only a few of these screens in all of Southern California. So glad I woke up early went to the early showing where there were still quite a bit of available seats. Project Hail Mary is a movie that was meant to be seen on as big a screen as possible. The ordering process and the check-in process was easy. The people here are very very friendly.

They offered refunds for tickets and ticket passes for the next Regal visit. There was zero organization nor informative updates from any of the employees onsite. Many people were left confused and angry when they came to realize that the movie they were waiting for will not be played. There should have been enough foresight to send out an update via text/email/pigeon so people who were coming from near or far would know to not show up. This was truly the most disappointing movie theater experience I've ever had. I would never recommend this theater to anyone.

I had seen the first half of Wicked at home through streaming, so it was a treat to watch the second half in the theater. It was packed! All ages, everyone appreciative, with applause at the beginning and end. I chose a seat near the back because these theaters are much smaller than the more commercial AMC or Regal cinemas. I am not a Trekkie, I knew nothing about this film and the only time I'd see Star Trek was on channel 13 when I was switching channels. The film was actually really cool and the Q&A with the director was even better! The movie going experience itself was very nice. The screen seemed huge compared to other indie theaters I've been to and the seats were comfortable. I would see more films here if I'm in town. I know they are always showing a lot of very cool indie films and limited releases. Parked at the parking structure down the street and walked over. Claremont is a very cool place to visit and Laemmle's is a great excuse to visit this town.

The movie was at 12:50 and we walked up to the concession stand and guess what I see!? Plastic cups for the large refillable size. I LOVE that! So immediately got a large Pepsi zero and the popcorn trays for the kids and got our tickets from Ernie. Ernie was friendly, welcoming and was very patient as I was trying to pick seats with the friend next to me. Got everything and went to enjoy our movie. Had a blast! Kids loved it, finished their popcorn trays and we left the theater. As I was leaving, you know I had to get my large refilled and Ernie was there again. He smiled at me and asked what I was drinking and he refilled my plastic large cup with no problems whatsoever. Had a great time, glad I came back and will definitely be back for more experiences. Not sure if you had anything to do with it Makayla, but thank you for listening and making adjustments. I appreciate you taking the Yelp feedback and actually seeing that you care about what your customers are saying is awesome. My cup didn't spill or leak through and had no issue refilling! I had purchased a large popcorn and asked for my free refill right away, but for whatever reason, the employee said she couldn't do that. So, she handed me a beverage carrier (one of those cardboard fold outs and holds two beverages) to open up and pour my popcorn into that and she would top off my popcorn bucket. I don't know why this was such a hassle, but the other theater chains I normally go to wouldn't do that. Anyway... Inside the actual theater was great. Clean.
