But CharlieBar…read moresurely proved me wrong, I received daily updates from them and my dogs looked like they were having a blast. By pickup I could tell they didn't want to go lol. We will definitely be back, thank you to the CharlieBar team for taking such good care of my babies! They came home exhausted from all the fun they had!

We can't thank Ricardo and the entire team at CharlieBar enough! It's been a month since our…read more4-year-old rescue, Angus, completed his 3-week board and train--and we can confidently say we have a completely transformed dog. When we adopted Angus, an American Bulldog, he was extremely reactive, had zero impulse control, and was tough to manage. Walks were stressful--he would bark, lunge, and completely lose it around other dogs. Recall was non-existent, and previous trainers had little success with him. After his time at CharlieBar, everything changed. Angus now walks calmly on a leash, his reactivity has decreased by at least 90%, and he thrives during his daily training sessions at home. The most remarkable part of Ricardo's approach is that it goes beyond basic commands--he teaches dogs how to think, make decisions, and self-correct. It's not just about punishment or praise; it's about helping dogs understand their choices. With a simple "uh uh," Angus now stops, thinks, and chooses better behavior--without fear or confusion. We're beyond grateful for the results and highly recommend CharlieBar to anyone looking to make a lasting difference in their dog's behavior.

If you're looking for an honest and loving veterinarian, you found the right place…read more Our dog has been sick and we went to another practice in the past but we couldn't get him soon enough so we called this practice. They got him right in. The office is well ran and clean, the staff is super nice and you just get a good feeling when you walk in, at least we did. They really seemed to care about our animal and they were honest about him and what they think we should do in terms of treatment. I have been to a lot of vets in my time and anytime a pet is sick it seems like they automatically go to the most expensive test or procedure to rule out stuff, and I'm not saying that isn't important but Dr. McKinney didn't jump right to imaging, she offered some meds and instructions for our dog and to check back in a day or two and see how things progressed. When they were not going the way we wanted then she said we should maybe do some X-rays. Dr.McKinney is knowledgeable, loving, and communicates well. This is just an all around great practice and we have decided to switch our main vet to this practice.

The utmost best and caring dog sitters!…read more From the initial meet & greet with Vince & Charish, you quickly realize how serious they take on the responsibility of caring for your pets. They ask many questions about your pet's needs/routines/special quirks & take down notes. As for their comfort level with dogs - astounding! All 4 of our dogs are sweet little reactive nutcases with unique quirks/fears and they all took to Vince & Charish quite easily. They even accepted belly rubs! If anyone is nervous about leaving your pets under the care of someone else - you can put your mind at complete ease with them & actually enjoy your vacation. This is a whole different level than hiring a neighborhood teenager and simply hoping they remember to feed your pet (and even more importantly - to not forget them outside in the yard/allow them to slip out the front door when they leave!) Vince and Charish also send a little daily update with some great pics of your furry babies while you're away. Their attention to detail is second to none & their love and care of animals is genuine and refreshing to see.

Soooo thankful they messaged me after I posted on a Facebook group needing a pet sitter for my babies. We travel a lot and I wanted to find someone that would treat our dogs as their own and happy to say I found them!! With the meet and greet, I immediately felt comfortable leaving on my trip. My pups are reactive and although they were jumping of excitement to meet them and even one of our dogs feeling a big uneasy at first, they knew the right techniques immediately on how to calm them down and connect with our dogs within a couple of minutes of meeting. They even came twice just to ensure my pups knew who they were once we were gone. They send daily photos and updates, making our trips super relaxed. I was aware of everything with the updates and we got back from our trip to some happy pups. They even throw out the trash and pick up the dog poop so we don't come home to some more work. They truly do go above and beyond and we can't thank them enough for being the best dog sitters. We will forever be clients of Vince Van Go LLC

That was fine, we were prepared to wait, even tho we had to wait in the car that was fine. Tho after an hour and a half of waiting and no update as to when our dog would be seen thats when i decided to leave my husband and dog there so i can grab us some food real quick. I cam back and they were waiting in 1 of the rooms(there way or correntine our dog because he wasnt in our car waiting and thats fine). The problem we had was that we waited 3 hours(maybe even more than that)till my husband walked out pretty upset because we had been waiting for 3+ hours and havent been seen yet at all. As soon as my husband was walking out the door with our dog is when they finally said "oh im so sorry you guys are leaving, we were just about to see you guys". At that point my husband was even more pissed off which is more than understandable. I understand there being a wait but 3+ hours is insane, especially the fact that from what i saw they were not understaffed and its a newer establishment. Honestly just a waste of time!!!
