Went to watch Toy Story on Tuesday. I had not been to this movie theatre in a while. I was pleased walking in. The concessions line went quick and they had lots of food options. The soft drinks and popcorn is refillable which is great as food is quite expensive. They have a bar and a video game area. The seats were comfortable but don't recline which wasn't terrible but makes us consider other theatres that do have reclining seats. It looked clean but had a funky smell when you walked in. The reason I am only giving 3 stars is because of the conditions of the bathrooms. THEY WERE DISGUSTING! There was toilet paper all over the floor all the stalls were dirty(floor and toilet seats) and they smelled. I know the there are many people a day coming in and out but someone should check on them once in a while. I did not see a cleaning log like other bathrooms so I assume they are only cleaned at the start of the day? Some of the stalls were closed with tape on the doors. Every other area of the theatre seemed well kept, not sure why the bathrooms can't be too. This is an easy fix if management cares. read more

I used to be a very avid movie-goer.. like for years I went at least once a week to the movies. But for various reasons and changes in circumstances, I hadn't been to a theater in seven years. And I just moved to Miami 3 years ago, so this was my first time anywhere here. We went to this theater to take our 4-year-old to her first movie and saw the 12:45 showing of Moana. We had a great experience! I have to say I was impressed with the concession food lol. We went all out since it was her first experience. We did have to wait a bit for corn dog nuggets, but I was surprised at the large serving we received and how good they actually were lol. It was easy to book seats ahead of time and get to the theater. The seats were very roomy and comfortable, and everything was clean. Parking was easy to find in the parking garage (though I don't know how it would be at night). And my child had fun playing in the arcade area afterward too. My husband pointed out the bar which I hadn't noticed but will have to take advantage of next time. We also did not order any food to our seats which I guess is an option. I will say I was surprised that the previews lasted an entire 30 minutes prior to the movie. I don't remember them being that long before (be it in Regal or AMC). Nevertheless, we had no complaints and will definitely be back to this theater! read more

I came here Saturday night to watch Obsession and had a great experience. When I tried to buy the tickets with the Groupon and I had purchased before and I was having issues, a personnel immediately took care of me and honored the Groupon despite the error message I was receiving. The variety of food items at the concession stand is great. We bought cheese sticks, nachos and a soda drink. The cheese sticks could have been warmer. The nachos and soda drink were okay. The theater also had a nice bar but we didn't order anything from there. When I went to get a refill of the drink, the manager Kenny was extremely helpful. I truly appreciated how clean the auditorium was. The only downside about the seats is that they do not recline. Overall, I had a great time and I would definitely return to this theater again. The prices were much more reasonable and cleaner than other theaters around. The manager and staff here truly do provide an outstanding service. read more

Who doesn't love the movies?! We're here quite often and it's a solid theater with good specials that the bistro ones do not honor. For instance we pay one monthly price and see ANYTHING we want in standard format at ANY Regal. Yay! We pay a subscription to get a whopping 50% off large popcorn & Large Soda to share. Score! Note: The awesome posh Regal Bistro at The newly refurbished theater does NOT honor that but DOES give you the usual 10% off with membership. Why?! I also love the Monday Mystery Movie where you don't know what it will be, but is often a pre-release of something awesome! We've gone 3 times recently and all were Terrific! Staff is great, helpful and friendly. It loses one star for needing a facelift/refurbishment. (No recliners and some older stuff) I highly recommend Regal theater membership. I love coming here because it's close to home and pretty empty on the weekdays. I like that I can purchase my tickets at the ticket stand without dealing with anyone. Theaters are nice and roomy. Always cold, which I enjoy. So do bring a sweater or you will freeze to death. The theater room floors could use some mopping. I find that they are always sticky. Gross. The seats are very comfy with plenty of room. Bathrooms are always clean. Plenty of toilet paper. They don't have paper towel, which I hate. read more

Solid place to watch a movie and chill afterwards. The theater is pretty clean and well kept! Lots of options too in terms of food and snacks selections. Alcoholic beverages at the bar is also pretty good. Parking in the other hand can be hectic so plan accordingly! Besides the exit from the highway will be super busy. We've been coming to Regal Kendall Village for many years; ever since my kids were little, so this theater definitely holds a lot of nostalgia for our family. It's very centrally located and easy to get to, which is always a plus. On our most recent visit, the theater itself was kept very clean. We went to see Avatar in 3D, and the experience inside the auditorium was excellent. The sound and audio quality were great, and the temperature was comfortable throughout the movie, which really helped us enjoy the experience. The only downside, unfortunately, was the condition of the bathrooms. I understand this is a busy theater, but the bathrooms were noticeably dirty and did not appear to be cleaned frequently enough. To make matters worse, the first bathroom I went into had no toilet paper at all, which is definitely unacceptable. Restrooms should always be stocked with basic supplies, especially in a high-traffic location. Overall, this is a theater we enjoy and will continue to visit, but improved and more consistent bathroom maintenance would make a big difference and greatly enhance the overall experience. read more

I paid $8 each ticket which was cheaper than the matinee price. This theater is super clean and modern. I came to watch Zootopia 2 and it was a cute movie. I haven't been to this movie theater in a long time. My family and I went to watch Zootopia 2. The movie theater was pretty clean. In the parking garage in the back they have a charging station . This movie theater has been remodeled. There is limited of parking in the front due to it having a traffic circle in the front. The back of the movie theater is where all the parking is located. I noticed that you cant serve your own drinks you have to buy your drink and they serve it for you. On Tuesday, they have a Tuesday price of $8 per ticket. Ok this is my local movie theater and it's pretty awesome every time we go! Last time was the best though. Got to see Jurassic World in 4d. What an experience. I loved the chairs that were constantly moving and squirting water and air in your face lol. That's what she said!! My husband and I got there early and we took advantage of the little arcade they have!! He won me a hello kitty stuffed animal. The vibe in here is always so chill. My friend and I went to see The Conjuring: Last Rites. I haven't been to the movies since high school, so this was a nice experience. Checking in was easy. We showed our tickets, and the staff directed us to our theater. Since we arrived early, the theater was empty. The seats were very comfortable and even reclined, which made watching the movie more enjoyable. The concession stand had a long line. So prepare to wait for a long time. They had a wide selection of snacks and food. I also liked the renovated atmosphere. It gave the place a fresh updated feel. The only downside was the bathroom. It really needs attention bad. It was dirty and unpleasant. If they improve the cleanliness in the restrooms, this would easily be a 5 star theater visit. read more

Regal Kendall Village is a cute and inviting movie theater. We were looking for something to do on a Saturday afternoon in the area and came here, it's recommended to give yourself time for parking because it can get a little tricky. If you didn't buy your tickets in advance you can get them in the kiosk, it was fast and easy. There's the usual concession stand and also a bar with some really good IPAs at a reasonable price. I went back on Thursday to watch Deadpool & Wolverine for the first time in years and it was a pleasant experience. A Kendall staple, they've renovated this theater over the years and while there are better theaters this one is conveniently close to home, as well as other restaurants and even the gym! They offer alcohol now too which is cool. It's kept clean for the most part and they are pretty busy during the week so if you're trying to catch a movie alone or with a friend I suggest not getting an 8pm movie ticket. read more

Awesome time here watching The Naked Gun. Got lucky and found some parking near the front on a busy Saturday afternoon. No popcorn this afternoon for me, but a delicious IPA from their bar, McGuffins, an tall pour of a Terrapin Hopsecutioner IPA. Delicious and reasonably priced. Seats were comfy, not full recliner but partial. Really happy we were able to get right in at the last minute for a new movie. Will be back here for another film in a few weeks. read more

Prices were out of control for the most basic tickets. The film we went to go see had an error (it was disorienting to look at, made my partner dizzy!) and they would not fix the error even though it was the last showing of the night. At least they refunded us. Bathrooms were also disgusting nightmares. Theatre floor was sticky. Popcorn tasted stale. What a joke. It looks nice enough in the lobby, but I'm never going back. Came here the last two times and had an excellent experience. This would be my third time recently. Did it live up to my expectations, yes it did. This time around we went in to see the 20th anniversary re-release of Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith. We were seated in auditorium 15, which we sat in recently, and no complaints. Plush seats with manual recline and the floors were clean. Popcorn was also on point this time around . This visit I had a situation where two of our party could not attend. I spoke with the manager at guest services (now located by the digital ticket machines inside) and he was able to refund those two tickets with no issue. Overall this experience was excellent, the facilities are clean and the staff is professional and friendly. I will be coming here again. Hoping next time I can try out the IMAX or 4DX experience. read more

This theatre has come a long way. I hadn't been in here in years. It's nice to see that they have a lot of show times, nice selection in the concession stand, a bar, and comfy seats. We came to the IMAX, so I can't speak to the others, but this one is nice. It was a bit pricey at $25 a ticket, not sure what tickets are going for at other IMAX theaters, but if you want a better experience you might need to pay a little more. I would definitely come back. The service at the concession stand and at the bar was great, they DO NOT take APPLE PAY, I'm very happy we had our card with us. Also, it's freezing, make sure to bring a sweater. read more

Been coming to Regal Kendall Village for a long time so don't want to give a bad review but will be honest. I really liked the new lobby visuals, big rolling tv billboards that are actually quite impressive when you walk in. The concession lines were pretty long but went by pretty fast. The movie theatre is so cold that I had a thick hoodie and still was cold. The theatre hasn't upgraded all of their seats yet to recliners and still have these very uncomfortable rocking chairs that diminish the viewing experience. Tip: Unless you're picking up your paid hot food don't get into the last line for concessions to the right as it is only for hot food pickup. A lot of patrons were getting in that line thinking they could pay for snacks there and after waiting a while had to leave and get into the real lines. read more

Unfortunately, seeing Dune 2 is the last time I'm ever going to this movie theater... something that ruins a movie happened when I was last there... the air conditioning went out. Maybe it didn't go out, but it was not strong enough for a packed movie theater. By the middle of the movie it started getting really hot, and at the end my husband and I were sweating like crazy. Good thing the movie was good. Also, I would like to note that even though this theater updated their seating a few years ago they are still kind of small compared to other theaters and do not have the leg lift recliner feature that other movie theaters in the area have. Great theater! This will be my #1 theater for all action movies. I watched Wakanda Forever in 4DX 3D and is was a great experience. I got there early to have time to find parking and get snacks. There is a parking garage and street parking available. I got large popcorn and my daughter got the chicken fingers and fries. For drinks we got regular frozen Mountain Dew, Wakanda Reborn and Tito frozen Mountain Dew Freeze. The special effects during the movie was awesome. I suggest you drink and eat prior to the movie starting. Unless your only going to have popcorn and drink with a lid. You will be wearing your food and drink if you choose not to eat and drink before you go to a 4DX screening. I saw the disclaimer about the seats moving if you have health limitations or pregnancy not to attend this show. I definitely agree with the health limitations. If you have health limitations or pregnant you definitely shouldn't go see a 4DX screening. It may cause your health limitation to be worst and you won't be able to finish the movie. If your pregnant it could cause you to have premature labor. This is due to the 4DX experience feeling like a roller coaster ride when your in your seat. There is also other screening available here to include normal screening with no motion effects. So you can still enjoy a great screening without effects. read more

I am a fan of Regal Cinemas mostly because of the Regal Crown Club, the best movie club in the business. True unlimited movies without restrictions. For frequent moviegoers can't be beat. I do dislike the convenience fee for online booking because it is superfluous but hat is only a minor annoyance. Regal Kendall Village is a nice location looking theater. The minimal manual recline falls well below the comfort level of other theaters but I tend to size off when the seats are more comfortable so there is that. The concessions lines have been over 30 minutes long each time I have been here so I get out with no purchase fearing missing my movie. There is no in seat delivery. The bar is pretty nice and the bartender is friendly but a few tables to enjoy a drink before or after a movie would be nice. All in all, it is a very average movie experience that with a few tweaks could be spectacular. read more

Great location for the Kendall gang! They have multiple theatre experiences and a full bar. You can also buy your tickets at the kiosk or online so there's no line. The seats are very comfy and lean back easily. Theater and bathrooms were clean and you can reserve seats ahead of time. They also have a monthly unlimited plan for like $22/month. I'd say it's totally worth it for the movie lovers. read more

They just re-did the whole movie theater a couple of months ago and it's now all updated and modern. They offer 4DX, IMAX and RPX. I watched the Elvis movie there in RPX which means the movie also screens from the sides which gives you a fully immersed experience. Quite frankly, I thought this is an invention no one needed and it was more annoying than anything else. The theater itself is pretty cool tho. Horrible experience. My 6 year old daughter had slushy thrown on her during the minecraft movie. Apparently this is a thing now among this dumb generation and the movie theater allowed it. They even had an employee walk around towards the end and didn't do or say anything. After some research, other movie theaters are preventing this behavior by having security and even police present before the specific scenes. They didn't even pick up the phone and once I got through, I was hung up on. Horrible place, do not visit. read more

I was happy to see little to no line at the snacks station. They had a lot more options than the last time I came. I only got a drink and ice cream as we planned on having lunch after. We went to see the new Black Panther movie and my cousin recommended that we try the newly renovated Kendall Village theater. Once I arrived I was super impressed how modern the interior of the theater was. The seats of auditorium were super comfortable and reclined as well. My favorite theatre has finally reopened! After 2 years, they finally opened to the public today on 3/4/22. Albeit somewhat of a soft opening because they are still renovating the building. 9 out of 16 auditoriums are open and 4DX is the only premium option for now (No IMAX or RPX yet). Newly renovated bathrooms are available. Alcohol is not yet available nor is the full food menu. For now, only: popcorn, candy, fountain drinks, and bottled drinks. And if you haven't been to Regal since they closed in 2020, note that they switched from Coke to Pepsi products. read more

I had not been to these theaters in years. They have renovated them and are very pretty and comfortable. The seats recline, and the head rest makes them very comfortable. They have little sofas around that make them look cozy and inviting. Insude the theaters, the screens are huge and the temperature is adequate. The staff is friendly and the price is less than other cinemas around. (Not by a lot, but still nice since they are better. They don't get a 5 because the restrooms were not clean and lacked toilet paper in some of the stalls. This was the matinee. Therefore, you expect more cleanliness. All in all, however, they seem to be the best around, just improve in the restrooms. read more

This is the WORST THEATER IN Miami!!! Rude managers. The theater where the film we chose was being shown did not have a working air conditioning ( Miami with 100 degree weather) , only when people went to complain did they acknowledge the air conditioning wasn't working. Take it or leave it. Thus we and mostly everyone in the theater left. Location is conveniently located in kendall in a shopping center. There is free parking available. I can understand that this is not a huge theatre and when you go on a busy day it can be overwhelming. But we came during the week for a movie screening and it was very empty. Inside looks very clean and open lay out. Almost like the old time view but still maintained clean. The inside theatre seats are still the old cloth seats but they actually are mostly very clean and comfortable. For food they have what every other regal theatre has that comes with expensive prices. I didnt even realize now a small pop corn is 6.99 now and the pop corn was not bad but I feel like the pop corn smell is more attractive than the actual popcorn. Seats are uncomfortable and padding in headrest pushes your head forward uncomfortably. Seats only recline a little and there is no recline for your legs/ feet, only back. They renovated but were cheap about most important part- the seats. Tamiami is farther from me but seats are 10xs better and I will continue to drive there instead of coming here. Also, there is no covered walkway from garage to entrance so if it's raining prepare to get wet. read more

I had a hard time loving the bouncing for 2.5 hours but thats just me, the kids loved it Make sure you bring a hoody or something warm it's freezing and when the wind and water are spraying you it gets colder.
