The second time I didnt even have them on for a full day and they were breaking, not my actual nail underneath just the fake one on top would break off. They were to fast didnt use enough glue or gel. Paint was bubbly again. They practically rushed me out. Then when my nail broke I went in the next business day and they told me they didnt have time to fix it and to comebback so I did and i waiting 45 mins for them to fix one nail. Because I wasnt paying for it they didnt care to make me a priority. I wont ever be going there again. Absoultly terrible service and shitty nail work done!

While he was doing that, I was getting a facial with Ashlee. I haven't had a lot of facials and enjoyed it. When I asked her, Ashlee said for maintenance everyone should have one with the change of the seasons. Sounds good to me! Finally Gord and I got our pedicures together. There were lots of colours to choose from and I chose Mason. After lots of love and attention, we had a hot stone massage. It's the first time I've had one on my feet and legs and it was very very nice and relaxing. Mosaic is a very nice spa. Everyone was friendly and I left there feeling very relaxed and pampered.

Parking isn't available directly next to the restaurant so you park and walk across a bridge over a beautiful water mill feature which is obviously the name sake for the area. Parking isn't available complimentary so don't forget to get it validated once you walk in or are leaving the restaurant but obviously before you get back to your car otherwise your only options will be to pay out of pocket or make the trek over the bridge and back to the restaurant. I am absolutly disgusted I got my nails done first time on thur I called then before to see if the…read moreombré machine was working they told me yes I then went and go my nails done where I had a tech not even know how to use the machine being on a time limit cause of school i told her whatever dont worry about it I then was done they charged me 85$ for nails I didnt want and plus the nails were done so poorly that I had signs of growth leaving the salon I then called them where I was consistently told she will do ombré but wont give me my money back where I even said I would take 50% only back to get them done somewhere else she said no come back tomorrow I will do it so I did where I was told she will do the ombré and fix the nails which she did but she rushed through is and must have missed a step cause now all my shellac is peeling off the nails I called today as there was a holiday and she is pretty much blaming me and saying she will do one color on my nails no I want at least 50% of my money back so I can go get them done somewhere who cares she has told me no and now I am here please be careful this is disgusting behaviour of a business owner pedi and nails on kortright is where to go Julie treats people fair and if a mess up is done she makes sure u leave happy #luxnailsguelph
