Omgggg. These were the best set of nails I have gotten in a VERY long time. I showed the nail artists a reference pic for ombré nails, and she got it EXACT. She did these nails SUPER fast, yet they ended up being perfect. I was amazed at the quality given how fast she did them. Perfect shape and super smooth (no bubbles or marks). I have gotten my nails done here once before, and they were basically just as nice as this set. It is comfortable and elegant inside, which is nice being that it is inside Walmart. 100% recommend this place and I WILL be coming back! read more

They are so bad pedicure. Even i love the owner ,and her attitude; the lady who does pedicure is mean,rude and very bad at her job! My nails looked like wall painting even all asked was regular white polish. All toes nails had different lengths and shaped , even i came with long nails and requested shortest cut. I believe what i asked was very basic job with basic color. After she started , I asked the owner if I can get help with someone else bc the lady was keep yelling me . She did communication between us and did not change her. After i requested to the lady to stop and do not wanna continue with her bad job; we clean polish(if u call it), and I was still asked to pay!!! Terrible attitude;just ruined my day. read more

I came to this salon 3 times. the first time I had wonderful servic. as a new customer I would think building a relationship would be key. So I thought by communication and working with the texts to learn what worked for me was a positive thing. However, the next time I came I was not happy on how the person who did my pedicure she hurt me and cut my nails uneven. I tried to communicate however, there was a language barrier so they didn't understand my inquiry and direction. the woman drilling the fell of my nails kept hurting me very badly to the point that when I left my toes hurt to touch. Also when I put my foot in the water it was so hot I screamed and caused me to have a burn on the top of my foot. Being the understanding person I am, I shook it off as a mistake but still tried to talk to the owner so we could work things out. I do not recommend this Nail salon at all. They do not value their customers and don't take accountability for when they make mistakes. read more

This place is horrible! They barely speak English and because of that I ended up getting gel nail (when I was supposed to get a full set of ANC) my 13 year old daughter got a full set of ANC when she was supposed to get gel polish. My 9 year old got gel polish and wanted a clover design(which she didn't get) because she's and Irish dancer. I confronted the "front man" he did send me back to get the ANC but it wasn't a full set like I had wanted and the woman rushed because she had another customer waiting. I had a perfect experience, I do not remember who did my nails but she did a good job and was very nice. Although I got my nails done only a week ago and one already snapped off, this happened to me with 2 other visits too! My nails do not last and my birthdays in 5 days!!! I am not happy. I've been trying to stay local, I have a great nail tech who never failed me and my nails always stayed on for at least 4 weeks+ but she's not in this area. This was my first time visiting this salon. I don't live in the area, I'm from NYC. Was visiting a friend who suggested we go for Mani/Pedi. Very friendly staff made me feel comfortable right away. Pedicure included an incredible massage with a gel- like scrub, hot stones and hot towels. However, I noticed that other pedicure patrons had their feet "shaved" with the callous shaver yet mine were merely scrubbed with pumice stone. Not exactly a deal breaker, but I felt a little cheated. Unfortunately I don't have many positive comments about the manicure. It felt rushed. Quick filing, barely a soak, some cuticle pushing and nipping and slap on the polish. I could have done that myself. Then I got sticker shock! Being from the city and surrounded by nail salons competing for business, I have never paid more than $18-20 for a manicure/ pedicure combo. Imagine my surprise when I learned that this one was $35!! I swallowed hard, coughed up the money plus tip and walked out of there angry at myself for not asking price beforehand. To make matters worse, the manicure lasted exactly 2 days before the polish on my left hand chipped off. So much so that I had to remove it. The toes still look pretty good though, despite the rough heels that should have been taken care of. I feel terrible about this less than positive review because the staff was genuinely nice. Nicer than here in the city. If only the quality of service merited the high price... read more

Garbage!!! You get what you pay for so they saying goes and couldn't be more true!!! Got my nails done next day one of my nails cracked and it was only a matter of time it broke being that I was going out of town the next day I went back to get it fixed for my vacation. Some young girl "fixed it" asking who did my original set so she can talk to them ... I told her her and she started showing me his faults very unprofessional.. nail "fixed" I went on my way guess what happened the next day on the plane ?!? My nail broke off!!! Super annoying that I had to go my whole trip with out my thumb nail came home from my 4 day trip... was getting out of car and wouldn't you know my other thumb is about to break off too!!!! Ive been here a few times over the year, and enjoyed both the service and results. However, I went yesterday and had the same thing done (pedicure and acrilic nails) and it was pretty aweful. My nails arent even on straight and the tech, who was great in the past, didnt seem to care! Then, even though the posted prices were the same, he upped the price of my service $5 too. I didnt complain. Whats the point? I just paid, tipped and left. Got to find a good place again. read more

Very busy however I didn't wait long, about 5 minutes. Had a fill and a pedicure. Michael did a great job on my nails and an older woman did great on my pedicure. It was very busy for 11:00 am but I will definitely go back as it was worth a wait. read more

I have diabetes so I'm very careful about care of my feet. I know one person who had a couple of toes amputated. I developed an ingrown toenail in my right big foot and someone told me to go to regal nails. I got a gift certificate for Christmas and I went and used it. The relief was amazing. In preparation for a trip I went again. This time it was a disaster!! I told them I was diabetic. The woman made my toe bleed on my left foot and soon after I developed an ingrown toenail where she damaged my toe. She then to a spoon like device to the bottom of one of feet and made it bleed there. Thankfully she didn't do it to the other one. I could barely walk for 3 days. Got some antibiotics from my doctor. Used triple antibiotic cream and peroxide several times a day. I limped for over a month. I called them up about it and they apologized and said come in for a free one next time. I said ok but it would be a while and I was told no problem. I figured they apologized and wanted to make it up to me so I was good. Well then I go there and they said no, half price only. I was off my feet for 3 days, Doctor and in pain for over a month!!! Just bad business especially since I didn't ask for my out of pocket medical expenses (no insurance) or loss of work. What an insult. Don't go here. read more

for a walmart nail place this is most certainly 5 stars. kenz and i have been coming here for many years. it started out as convenient for shopping at the wall of marts. they always are very friendly, remember us from the very first time we came back when kenz was around 9. i have a dislocated toe from some stupid fight with my bro when i was young (running thru the house screaming at the top of my lungs and turning to shoot him back with the squirtgun and slamming my left foot into the wall. DAMN!!!) anyway, it is sometimes hard to explain how to be careful to someone whose second language (or 3rd) is english. i do not mean this in any way to be derogatory but try to explain the above story. usually i have to explain by jerking my foot away as i feel like passing out. (i know, tmi) in any case, they are always careful but this last time i had a young man that i never had before. his name is Juni. i will only ever have him touch my feet again. for $25 he massaged my feet and legs to the point of mint jelly (the yummiest) and then used hot stones, and then even better put hot wet towels on them and gave even more attention to each. and to top it off he was so very delicate with my sad little toe. i had no even momentary twinges of worry. my feet are now super happy and the little piggies are saying 'wee wee wee all the way home.' go here. but not when i am there as Juni will be all mine. read more

Staff are rude, and they don't do the nails they way customers like...Table #2 Chinese lady is the worst..She doesn't know how to do nails..and gets mad when you tell her to fix your nails..She doesn't have manners, and education..because of the way she speaks to customers..I will never go to that place again .. read more

The service wasn't that great, the lady that I had was rough & seemed distracted or uninterested in the task at hand. She seemed more focused on finishing me than making sure my experience was enjoyable. My nails didn't come out too bad though, a seven out of ten for the polish job but a four out of ten for the pedicure experience. But, considering it's a Walmart salon, the outcome wasn't too bad, I would return but wouldn't make it my "go to". Update: My polish only lasted THREE DAYS, its was gel polish as well. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SALON AGAIN! I felt insulted! The tech openly criticised my request, and though I see them do it for everyone Elder, the staff doesn't take the time to lotion my hands like other customers. It's not worth the money! They make it blatantly obvious they are talking about you and that is just RUDE. My nails look ridiculous and obviously fake! They don't thin them or shape them worth a damn and if that wasn't enough, the guy I had TIPPED HIMSELF on MY credit card in ADDITION to the cash tip I gave that he didn't even really deserve! BULL! You don't get tips by telling people their requested designs are ugly or make your hands look "fatter". I was not impressed, AT ALL. DONT EVER GO THEIR IVE NEVER HAD WORSE SERVICE FROM A NAIL SALON. I went there for a gel fill, first of all when you ask for gel they let you pick a gel polish but put acrylic on your nails so your paying a gel price(35) just for acrylic(25). Second of all when I went to get a fill I got the Asian lady who has tattoos I can guarantee you that she did not speak English, I told her to cut down my nails but instead she did what she wanted and waited till much later to do so. I had also told her to KEEP MY NAILS SQUARE but instead she stopped and responded like she understood what I was saying but the 2 seconds later cut my left thumb nail into the coffin shape and after she acted as if she didn't do that and all my nails are square but one, when I took my nails out of the UV lamp she yelled from across the room for me to put my hands back. Like am I not allowed to look at MY hands and MY nails I shouldn't have payed her and I certainly did not tip. If you ever choose to go there ask for Michael he did my nails the first time and it was amazing but I will never risk going back there and I will never waste money on a nail salon where they can't comprehend English. read more

I was terribly disappointed with my full set. I have had them on and off for years. At first I felt talked down to when I requested changes. I like rounded edges and he questioned this a few times as if I could not possibly want that. I insisted and he finally did it, barely. I asked for thin nails, more natural looking, I got globs on my nails. All the nails have air bubbles. He flew thru so fast I felt like my service just didn't matter. I got a French manicure and asked for a flower adornment and was told I should have asked before the tips were put on, then I spied the already designed tips. I did not want the tips colored just a cute flower on two nails (one each hand). He just snickered and told me that was ugly. Funny I a often had this done before. Within one week it was already separating from my nails and the huge thickness made the grow out glaringly obvious. I will never go back. I did go down the street to Perfect Nails and the woman took her time and thinned them significantly, she rounded them for me AND put a pretty flower design on one nail each hand. She was also the gentlest nail tech I have EVER gone to. I will always go back to her and I will never go near Regal again. read more
