When she was filing my toe nails, there was quite a bit of pain. I looked down and the corners of my toes were all red. My nails are shaped weird, so I cut her some slack on that. Then we proceeded to the manicure station for the ANC and things were fine until the end. She was using the power shaper and nicked my cuticle. She apologized and put some green liquid on it, which I assume was antiseptic of some sort. I've never had ANC before but these are not smooth. They're warped. I'm assuming people wouldn't be going crazy for this technology if this is what they were supposed to look like. The next day and the cuticle is red, puffy, and occasionally bleeding.

I don't know the mans name but he took the time to make sure all my nails were the length I wanted and even on both hands, the shape of the nail is PERFECT, I got an ombré and I couldn't have been happier with how it came out. Masseuse seemed very angry and made me feel like I was bothering her with my appt. After a few minutes conversation about my issues and what I wanted to work on I was told that she didn't feel comfortable doing the massage without a note from my doctor. Never going back.
