Sandy is great, it took us a little time to get into a rhythym because my nails are super sensitive so I can't have the ANC (get dip) taken off my nails in the usual way, but she listened and now gives me exactly what i need. Calling to make an appointment can be a little disconcerting because they don't take your name or phone number, however, I have never had an issue with my appointment being forgotten or mixed up. Big parking lot that gets plowed well in winter, so parking is always easy. I was most impressed, however, when I tore my ACL and suddenly found myself on crutches as well as blood thinners yet needed to get my nails done for an event...Sandy was so good about making sure that I didn't slip or fall with my injury. She took extra care of me for weeks to ensure I could move safely from the pedicure chair to the nail station, and even made adjustments to ensure that no accidental nicks happened, due to my heightened blood clot risk. I felt cared for, understood and seen, and I couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend this nail salon.

At the end, I am still stuck with a chunk of something in my gel polish. Edges of nails not even polished, also frustrating. Got the silent treatment at the end, as she was clearly irritated I asked her to fix the nail. Despite still tipping 20% I won't be returning. Please, can we just take our time and perform the service? I'm paying $60+ so I don't have to do this at home, but if you're just going to blow through it what is the point?

Mother didn't correct her at all, even when she was climbing on people and yelled at an older lady "I told you to keep coloring!" One lady closed her eyes so she would leave her alone. This child deserves better than to be there all summer and the customers deserve better too. Observed a lady and her granddaughter come in for pedicures. She made it clear she didn't want gel because she was on a tight budget. The worker pushed and pushed and asked probably 5 times and said "your granddaughter needs it she will smudge" until the lady finally gave in but was worried because it was not what she was expecting to spend. Thi a good job on my nails but this is my second time trying here and will not return due to issues above as well as cleanliness. I watched them go between multiple people for pedicures using the same tools without cleaning. The floors, chairs and surfaces are all noticeably dirty and nail pieces everywhere. I showed Jenny a photo from the Internet and she made my nails look exactly like the picture. She's talented and takes pride in her work. There were two staff on site--one working with another client and the manicurist who did my nails. The space was clean and calm, and the staff were courteous and professional. I had both a manicure and pedicure done with regular polish. Everything turned out well, and the pricing was clear and reasonable. I'll definitely return.
