The woman who did my nails did a great job. When she did talk she told me she and her husband ran the shop. It's so nice to see a family run business. Her husband did my pedicure and he was so nice and knew what he was doing. He also took care of some hang nails that were giving me issues and was receptive of my small flinches when he ran across them. They have two kids but they were good and played without issues. The only problem was the place next door playing some strong beats that could be heard through the wall. It drowned out the music they were playing which kinda sucked. Very much wasn't the stores fault. They still try to create a chill vibe.

I settled for one and the tech had to add polish remover to it to loosen it up. Once I made it to my chair, I realized the chair doesn't work. I couldn't even adjust it for comfort. They have 8 pedicure chairs which I suppose is good for them because they were oddly empty for a Friday afternoon. The ceiling is full of water stains and their equipment is clearly outdated. I wish I didn't get the design because it just isn't quite right, but it's mainly because I wanted thin lines and I just don't think they could do that.
