I can't say I'll ever go here again. I told the owner I needed some extra attention to my menopause ravaged toe nails but she did the exact opposite. First she made me buy a nail file which she barely used on my nails. She made little to no effort at removing the old nail color, which still shows thru the new color. The older woman who did our nails was INCREDIBLY rude - calling my friend and I stupid multiple times for not immediately understanding her broken and accented English or not having our color picked out prior to our visit. I understand it is frustrating to not be understood properly, but my friends first language is not english either. This woman was yelling at us throughout the visit and was only nice when my friend mentioned she was catholic. This is the worst service I have ever had at a salon, restuarant, or business. My nails looked half-decent (other than my bleeding nailbeds from her rough filing) but my friends looked NOTHING like the reference photo she brought. A very upsetting experience. She had also double booked us with a kind woman and forced her to wait for over an hour after her appointment time to start her pedicure. She then had her put her feet into overly hot water for 30-40 minutes while she finished our nails, completely neglecting us. What a joke! We were quoted $50 for a full set. My daughter showed the nail tech a picture, so the nail tech took it upon herself to do solar nails. But solar were $40. The price in her nail board for a full set acrylics was $40, if she did pink and white like my daughter asked, it would have been $40. So when I showed up to pay, nails were not done and I was quoted $70. For hand painted white tips. If she had done the white tips, she would not have needed to paint them. I then proceeded to tell her I was not going to pay a dime, she didn't finish her nails. Then told us she would just take them off. Did not sanitize when changing the nail drills. Put the nail drill tip in the same bowl as the solution that she soaked my daughters nails off. She then cut her finger, proceeded to say it was the water that cut her. Really. Bad practice, horrible customer service, and trying to price gage a couple of teens. She should not have a license, or be able to practice doing anyone's nails. Second worst manicure I've ever received and the first was also by this salon. Despite my first time being horrible with them and going back the next day because they were horrible and they said they wouldn't fix them at no charge and I had to pay again so I went to another salon to have them fixed, I was in a crunch and needed to get in to get a full set and they were the only place with openings so I gave them another shot. They didn't clean up my cuticles, and my nails are lumpy. There was lint from the hand towel after washing my hands on my nails and the guy was just painting over it until I stopped him to pull the lint off myself. The nails are crooked, uneven, and not painted all the way. If I was you go somewhere else where your money isn't going to go to waste by having to have them fixed by another salon like me. read more

I went despite poor Yelp reviews because it was recommended by coworker. I should have trusted reviews. Horrible. Nail techs were fine but obviously rushing. Nails cut uneven, edges jagged and rough, polish clumpy. I had to bite off remaining cuticles on the drive home. Expensive, in my opinion spa prices, $68 for basic manicure and pedicure with shellac not including tip. I think I was out the door in an hour including wait time between service. And card reader wasn't working, had to go but something to take out cash. But hey, I left with a snack, my own file/pumice to try to salvage the job at home and I didn't pay sales tax or cash withdrawal fee. Came in and and wanted a gel acrylic nail. I sat down and the man who did them cut me on almost every finger, when he used the drill he did it so hard my nails felt like they were burning and then on some fingers he would take his nail and push down my already sensitive cuticles. My nails are bumpy on most fingers because the acrylic was applied from top and bottom not in one smooth motion up. My nails are also a matte color which I don't know how that happened. The price they charge for a gel manicure is already outrageous ($50 for gel, $30 for normal) so to have an experience like that it's definitely not worth that price. read more

This nail salon flat out turned me away. I only needed a fill for my nails and they looked at me and told me they were booked for the rest of the day. It was 4 o'clock and three hours from closing. There were no other customers waiting in the vicinity and it is supposed to be walk-in, so I do not understand how they could not see me within the three hours before they close. I first got a fill about a week and a half ago and it was fine. About four days into having them on they started lifting. I never broke a nail thankfully. I went to get a fill today and I wanted a nude color and was completely ignored. When drilling I kept getting constant hot spots on my nail beds and when filing I was cut and it hurts pretty bad lol. I feel like I paid for the same set twice but with a tiny tint of pink. Stopped here as a traveler passing through, as I'd seen some okay reviews somewhere else. First mistake was not verifying price ahead of time. Since I live in a much more expensive area in another state, I thought nail services would be slightly lower than back home, especially as the salon is located in Walmart. Instead, they turned out to be a ripoff for the limited, rapid, very, very basic services I received. No moisturizing of cuticles, no massage, no salt scrub, no nothing. Hardly a 'spa' pedicure and manicure. The only prices I saw posted were $18 for this and for that but not for a basic service. Then the woman who was the wife of the seeming manager or owner asked me for $43. $3 for the very emery board and sponge they had used to perform the work. Shouldn't that be part of the price? No option. Needless to say no tip. Run like the plague. On the positive side, the place was clean and fairly attractive, though not at all relaxing like many 'spa' nail salons, and service was quick, if you don't mind paying a lot for a very basic service. read more

Atleast 50% of the time my scheduled appointments were not honored and I was made to wait for 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time. The work is subpar and the tools are not sanitized. I'm giving two stars to be generous because the color they gave me was nice, But I went in for gel acrylics with my mother (we were supposed to get them together and was told that could be done but we'd have to go one at a time because they only had one table open. I was given little samples to choose from I chose a simple color and only chose a simple black and white stripe design for 2/10 fingers. But once we got sat down the tech said he didn't do what we chose and made me choose some completely different set of nails. Not only did I not get what I chose but he tore up my fingers with a deep cut on my pinky from the file and drilled down the side skin untill it was raw. My friend and I walked in and all the pedicure chairs were full we were told it would be a 20 minute wait and to please sit down. About 15 minutes later two other women walked in and they were sent right to the pedicure chairs. We didn't notice they went straight to the chairs. At the 30 minute mark I got up to see what was going on and saw they had the two women in the chairs who came in after us and then was asked if we wanted to be helped. Stay away fom this salon. I was a walk-in and was told a 30 minute wait. After that time, I was told another 30 minutes wait. Okay, I was a walk in so I waited. The tech sat me down, the station had powder on it and wasn't cleaned, this should have been my clue. She started my nails, glue tips on. Got up and went to another station and proceeded to put a set on another customer. Okay, I was a walk-in so I waited. After the set, she walked over to a pedicure station and proceed to give another customer a pedicure. I waited, after 15 minutes, I told to reception to tell her I'd wait another 10 minutes and woluld leave. After the finished the pedicure she proceded to another customer and started to give her a pedicure. I was furious and walked out. I went to another local nail salon, Solar Nails, and asked if they could finish my nails. They were gracious and asked me to wait after the tech finished his current customer. Meanwhile, they told me another customer from Regal came in after having one hand done, waited two hours and was told they didn't have time to finish. STAY AWAY, YOU'LL WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could give a -5 Star review I would but will have to be satisfied witha 1 star review. read more

First of all, I think the other reviews here are unfair. Karen, Rosie and family work hard and do a fine job. Could be that the two other ladies who were helped before Jessica had appointments. And there is a difference between getting a manicure and getting acrylic nails. These good people work 6 days a week for about $35 an hour, which also has to pay their rent. Please note... What I was shocked about at this nail salon were the prices. They charge $50 for gel nails. I recently moved from Los Angeles and I have never paid more than $30 for gel nails before.
