She did an excellent job on my pedicure. It had been quite a while and needed some attention for sure. The massage was wonderful on my feet and she did a great job with the polish. They look so much better very happy I also got a regular manicure. This is also very nice. Natural pink is my favorite and she did a great job on both. I asked for a SOAK OFF , Tell me why she proceeded to rip the acrylics off with a fake nail. Causing bruising & my natural nails to bleed. She caused enough pain I had told her to stop then she offered to soak then off I said that's what I had asked when I walked. I asked how much I owed her she said $10. This wasn't even the first time I had a bad experience at this nail salon but definitely will be the last time I ever step into this salon. Very unprofessional May I add. It was $55 for a standard (not including tip) for a two colored full set, which is pretty standard. I love how my nails turned out. Henry, my nail tech, was personable and very diligent. Every thing I considered pointing out for him to fix was taken care of before I could say anything. The file nicked me a couple times and drew blood once, but I am recovering from an injury in that area so the skin was thin and sensitive already, so I don't blame Henry. My cuticles were cut and bleeding in multiple spots and there was no hand/arm massage with my manicure like most places offer. The pedicure water was cold and I had to ask for it to be heated twice. I just moved to NOCO and am trying to find a spot. I yelped and found a different spot that I went to a few weeks ago, but my gel manicure started chipping within a few days. Disappointing for the cost. Anyway, so I thought I'd give this place a try. They were so welcoming, took me a few minutes before my appointment time and Kim did such a great job. She took her time and really cleaned up my cuticles (which I appreciate). I wasn't sure if I wanted a matte finish on my nails so she offered to do one nail so I could see it beforehand. She gave me warm towels and a nice arm massage. She also did my lip and eyebrow waxing. It was all quick and efficient and well done. I was in and out in an hour for all three services. Crap! I wanted to like this place, I really did. I came in for a manicure and a pedicure, and I was quickly acknowledged, and directed to a chair where my technician promptly greeted me. As soon as she began the pedicure she started telling me about her "other" job which I will sum up here as a pyramid weight loss multi level marketing bunch of BS. First of all, I came in for a bit of pampering and to relax, not to be reminded about how freaking fat I am. So incredibly unprofessional, I will never come back to this salon. My husband and I own a business of our own, and if we ever found out that one of our employees was trying to recruit customers into a scam like this, they would be fired on the spot. Ever since Randy and his crew left this place has gone down hill. Me and 2 fitness had appts for pedicures today and I asked for a mani after since they weren't getting manis. They told me to sit down for mani first while they started the other 2 pedis. I asked 2 times to go have pedi first and the guy just kept saying yeah yeah. They then had me go sit in a pedi chair while my friends got their pedis finished and New people kept walking in getting service while I sat in the chair with no service. I asked 2 different technicians if someone was going to do my pedi and they filled the bowl up with water which then turned cold. They finally had someone come do my pedicure way after my friends finished theirs. Completely defeated the point of getting pedicures together and I told one of the workers I was disappointed and she was like sorry about that (basically didn't care). I'm giving it a 1 star for the effort. I had to wait more than an hour to get my full set done even though we had schedule appt with my party at 2pm didn't get out till 5:45pm. Got them done by 3 different nail tech, the last tech was trying to do a design but was completely done wrong and requested to change to something else even though I kept asking if they were able to do it and they would say YES!!!. What I got done was nothing near the photo I had showed them. They were really rough with my nails and cut my cuticles in multiple fingers. I even asked to get them off since it's wasn't what I wanted and they refused to take them off and wanted to charge me more to wanting something different. I've never have received such a horrible job of nails and the attitude I receive was not what I was expecting from a place with highly good reviews. I truthfully don't recommend! I scheduled an appointment time the day before and I had to wait 30 minutes after the appointment time before getting helped. Communication about this was poor. My pedicure was mostly okay, but the polish job was terrible. The employee handled my toes in a painful way (digging his nails into my toes to hold them in place). I left with both big toes having clumps of polish at the end that didn't seem to concern the employee. He just applied a second coat with the same problem the second time. No attempts were made to fix the problem or even acknowledge it. I didn't have time to ask for it to be fixed because of the delayed start and needing to be someplace after. read more
