We didn't have an apt. but walked in and we were seated right away. 1 gel paint and 1 pedicure. We picked our colors and were greeted with nice, friendly employees. Was a good experience. The pedi and painting came out very nice. The price was comparable to the others in the area. The decor was what you'd expect of a nail salon. Would definitely go back for another apt. read more

Monday was my first time going there. Donny did my nails - he was in a big hurry. Drilled off the old polish and went too far - burned. Just a few days after getting my gel nails, they began to split, chip, and break off. It's Friday as I write this review - didn't even last a week. Will never go there again. They do a good job on acrylic nails and fills, and facility is clean and welcoming. I've been happy with my manicures. However, since I began going there a year or so ago the price is higher each time with no explanation; I haven't requested anything special. I'm sad their prices no longer fit my budget. read more

I've never left a yelp review but felt this needed to be heard.. I was greeted immediately upon entering, picked a toenail polish color and was told which chair to sit in, great! my feet soaked 15-20 minutes while an available technician sat on her phone. finally the woman in charge told her to come work with me.. I didn't really mind soaking but did wonder if that's standard procedure to make customers wait so long. the reason I'm writing mostly is bc when using the callus remover ie cheese grater tool, a chunk of skin on the side of my foot was removed leaving an open wound. I didnt have a callus there that needed tending to ! the technician brushed it off saying I had a scar... I didn't, but very well do now. Don't bother making an appointment as I did and while I was getting my manicure finished (had Donny twice before but this time he did a lousy paint job) my pedicure appointment with Kelli was given to a walk in who requested a higher priced pedicure than I had scheduled for my appointment! Owner, Vicki knew my appointment was with Kelli as she had asked me when I walked in what I was there for and informed me Donny would do my nails first and then Kelli would do my pedicure. Not one person ever said anything to me otherwise and Kelli even ran the water for my pedicure. I sat down in the pedicure chair and then I see Kelli walking out of the back with all kinds of packets (that are listed as services in the highest priced pedicure) and then started a pedicure on the woman seated 2 chairs over from mine. Next thing I know, Donnie is over starting my pedicure! I said nothing as I knew I wouldn't be coming back if that is the way Vicki treats a repeat customer. Vicki, the owner, even worked on the girl sitting in the chair to my left, doing what I overheard to be a repaint on the girls toenails. And she then rubbed the oil on too soon and smeared that paint job! Then laughed and told the girl, "You can't leave, you'll have to stay here all afternoon." Then laughed again. The girl was not laughing. Kelli never did look my way. Donnie did a lousy job painting my toe nails as well. They also charge you 3% to use your credit card and watch over you as you tap the amount you want to leave as a tip! Between the lousy paint jobs, the ignoring my appointment with Kelli, and their expensive prices, ($50 for refill and gel paint manicure and another $50 for lower priced pedicure service and gel paint) I will not be going back. Appears to never turn away walk ins if they are requesting a higher priced service than a scheduled appointment with a particular pedicurist. read more

Very uncomfortable experience as well as wasteful imo. Why pay for a manicure and perform a "leg and foot" massage poorly? Nail tech consistently and poorly handled her electric nail file while not giving a care in the world if she was filing the skin around my nail beds to the point of it feeling like my finger tips were on fire. read more
