I took my daughter here for her birthday to get her nails done. She showed the tech a picture of what she wanted just asked for a different color. The tech didn't understand due to language barrier and painted some of her nails the wrong color. She asked for it to be corrected and the nail tech acted irritated. She did correct the color but then asked the male tech to come do the designs nothing crazy. He was rushed and acted irritated. She was upset but didn't want to say anything until we got out to the car. Once we got to the car you could see that the nail art and painting looked terrible. We have been here a few other times and have only had a good experience once. Overall customer service and friendliness does not seem to be a priority. Very disappointed for $75 base price I expected better. Won't be returning. read more

6/10/25 I had a mani/pedi with French manicure on my hands. No, it was not gel. By Thursday the white part of the French manicure had started flaking off, but I was busy so I figured I'd go back and have it taken care of. Renewing our vows today so I went back to have them fixed. I was told that they would not do them for free because it was a manicure and manicures don't last! So $32 for three days of a manicure, I don't think so! I can do my nails at home and they'll last more than three days! They were rather rude. Long story short I just paid to have a polish change. The technician said we'd tell people manicures will not last, for one she did not say that and two they certainly should last more than three days. Will not be back. read more

Nice little strip center shop. They were busy when we arrived which means it's worth the wait! It only took about 15 minutes before my kid and I were both in a chair. Tom fixed me up and my daughter's tech did great with her...even cleaning up an almost ingrown toenail and giving her so much relief. Prices were reasonable and we have no complaints! read more

The music playing is relaxing, which is a must for me. One large screen showed birds grooming and playing. Also nice. The pedicure treatment was perfect. They offer a basic pedi with massage if you don't need callus treatment and don't want heat wraps. It's less $$ so very nice. The only strange things I found was that the technician left me without giving me my shoes or taking my payment. After drying my toes I had to ask someone to pay and then no goodbye or thank you. I found this place on Yelp as a new Loveland resident looking for a pedicure spot. I have been here 4 times and love the service they provide and the prices are very reasonable. They consistently do a great job and I have even brought my boyfriend who nearly fell asleep during one of their foot rubs. They are very clean and sanitary which is very important to me and they have a lot of integrity. Last week I came in for a pedicure and left a really important anklet on one of their chairs. When I came back and asked for it they had saved it for me. I would take pictures of my pedicure and post it but I don't like pictures of my feet. I am definitely going to be continuously coming back due to all of the wonderful things I mentioned above and highly recommend them. read more

I was visiting Loveland from out of state and needed my nails done before a party. This place had the best reviews in town and I was glad to know they receive walk ins, so I decided to give it a shot. I asked for a gel mani with a spider web design and was told it would be $30. By the end of the service, it was actually $40 which I assumed was added for the design, which was fine with me but I would've appreciated this being communicated with me from the start. Took my boyfriend for his first pedicure! He loved it. The place is decorated like my bedroom was in high school, pink and zebra but I'm not mad about it! They did a great job on both of our pedicures but my polish job was ummmm horrendous. We were in a rush to leave before they dried fully but the problem was my cuticles and the skin all around my toenail was polished. Went here asked for black tips they gave me an entire black nail. And it looked like my toddler did it. I had other things to do that day. When I walked outside the nail was horrible. There was scratched and uneveness that I couldn't see till I got outside. I went back in and all they did was put another coat on top of a already well over coated nail. And said that was all they could do and they didn't have time to fix it. The language barrier doesn't help the "owner" was extremely rude when I tried to explain to her what was wrong and she said well we can't do your nails then go outside to look. Don't go here they are rude and don't give you what you ask for. I tried to dispute it with my bank and the bank said they have them evidence and I'm like what that I couldn't pay without leaving or they were going to call the cops! I just had possibly the worst pedicure I have ever had from here. My legs and feet are so sore today that I was really looking forward to a foot massage, and I needed my toes done too so I decided to check this place out. When I first walked in, I almost walked out. The energy was just off, but I continued on despite my Spidey senses telling me to leave. I got the basic pedicure and it was it $20 extra for gel and French tips, which I was totally okay with. I figured if they charge extra its because they must really take their time with it. But the tips are so thick, sloppy and crooked that I it looks like a five year old painted them. I asked the tech if he could make the tips thinner and instead he filed my nails down so short it now hurts. And the tips still look ridiculously thick. Once I got home and could really see my toes, I noticed all the toes were cut crooked and there is gel stuck to the sides of my toenails. The massage was the worst part. Sloppily running your hands up and down someone's legs and feet quickly with absolutely no pressure or thought is not a massage. The whole time I was thinking "I would rather not even have a massage than have this". Based on the other reviews, maybe I just got unlucky with this careless tech, but because of the energy and the incredibly disgusting and gunky floors which just made worry how dirty everything else might be too, I will pass on giving them a second chance, and I suggest you pass too. There are so many nail salons out there. Why overpay for incredibly subpar quality? No thanks! read more

I am new to the area, so I don't have a usual nail spot yet. I picked this place because it has the highest rating in my area. It was almost comical how fast of a gel polish manicure this lady gave me. It took 26 minutes start to finish, that's including taking off my old gel polish. She wasted no time shaping my nails, sometimes I didn't even have my hands underneath the lights for the full amount of time, and she didn't even clean underneath my nails. I am actually impressed at how good of a job she did for being so rushed. However, there are some flaws, like slightly misshapened nails and polish on my cuticles, that she could've fixed if she would've taken the time. I am not upset about my experience, but I will not be going back. read more

Instead of the original lady, I had Nina. She was FANTASTIC. She fixed my nail and trimmed the rest and they look so much better. And she wouldn't accept payment. I love this salon! My friend and I went here on a whim as it was right in the middle of where both of us live, and they did not disappoint! I asked for a tricky design, and they went above and beyond what I asked for! My nails look great!! They also were super gentle, at most salons I get nicked once or twice, but I didn't here! As far as I can tell I'm one of the few that had a terrible experience. I'll give it two stars because even though she rushed and cut a ton of corners, they turned out decent. I guess that's more concerning than anything. If you don't get your nails done regularly it may even seem like they do a great job. For Dip, this is NOT the place to go. I came in on a Monday about an hour after open and they seemed pretty busy. That was a good sign to me. The nail tech that took me did one of the worst dip jobs I've ever had. She took to it with a drimil which is fine all seemed well. After soaking my old dip in acetone for a few minutes she hit it with the drimil again and took maybe half of it off. Then, I swear on my life, started putting my new dip color ON TOP of half of my old dip. What in the world? She was rushing the whole time hitting my cuticles with the drimil over and over and then after I washed my hands they moved me over to have someone else do a top coat. It was unprofessional and it was a bad bad experience. I won't be back. read more

I've gotten my nails done here three times. The first time I was disappointed because the paint started to chip off a week after getting them done. The second time I was happy and my acrylics lasted for about 3 weeks. The third time I went my acrylics didn't even last a week. Less then a week from getting them done and my nail has completely lifted. I don't recommend. read more

I came to this salon based on good reviews- and wish I had never come at all. While the salon is fairly clean and organized, the actual services aren't good. I went in for a simple polish change and rebase, and what I got was sloppy and sad. I went in around 6 pm, which was probably my first mistake because I'm sure it caused the tech to rush in order to leave on time. The polish itself has lots of air bubbles and ended up patchy especially around my cuticles. The simple design I asked for turned out sloppy and lopsided despite just being two lines. Bottom line- take your more complex design wishes elsewhere. read more

Aboaolutly in love with my new acrylics!! One of the lady's didy pedicure and had me in complete relaxation. She took her time and Pamperd me.
