We enjoy seeing movies here since they redid all the theaters with leather reclining chairs. Their reward membership is a joke, I have a lot of points , but when I go to redeem points they always tell me I don't have enough. Management is a waste. I show my app with their membership and points, which goes up with each ticket and concession stand purchase, but they always tell me I don't have enough points. Very frustrating. read more

This was one of my childhood theaters and one I've visted now and then as an adult. Honestly, I go to AMC more these days, due to their A-List membership and the fact that they run a lot of limited-release low-budget horror films. But I was curious to check out Regal since their recent renovations, and let me tell you, it's like a new theater. I absolutely love that they've put up digital movie posters outside each auditorium; now you can confirm for certain which movie you're walking into. And the wood paneling design in the hallways and inside the theaters looks very nice. Of course, the recliner chairs, and additional per-person space, is the main attraction, and these did not disappoint. I'm giving four stars instead of five, and it's for my usual reason with multiplexes -- they need to return to the old days' policy of having an usher do a walk-through once or twice per screening; helps make sure the more annoying audience members aren't causing any obvious distraction. read more

Clean facilities and they have had major renovations in their theatres such as new carpeted stairs/lights and new reclining seats with stitched labels. This is the 4 or 5th Regal I've visited in the last two weeks. I was only in town because I was at Dorney Park earlier in the day. I've always said that I judge a theater by the seats. The ones here were standard, not reclining or with any of the bells and whistles. I didn't care this time around. Why? Because the service and cleanliness were impeccable. She went to the restroom and saw some swelling that looked like bite marks on her neck. She called her mom and told her what she was experiencing. I found myself walking out of your theatre at 3720 Easton Nazareth Highway in Easton, PA thirty minutes into the movie. My cousin purchased tickets for us to see the 6:40 screening of Wicked in Theatre 7 and the experience was awful from the moment we sat in our seats. We arrive to our seats to find them damp, sitting in a damp seat was not the way we intended to start what was meant to be a wonderful viewing experience of your biggest blockbuster movies of the weekend. The moment the movie started I knew something was off.... There were multiple lines running the width of the screen making it hard to even enjoy the picture. Beyond the screens the movie was blurry! The largest opening movie on the weekend of its premiere had a dark, blurry and dimmed screen- it's as if the brightness wasn't up all the way. I couldn't bare to sit through a film I could barely see and one that was blurry... This was a disappoint! A true, massive deeply underwhelming experience and a horrible horrible experience. You should put the good of the film and the care of your patrons above making money off of them and having a movie shown on a dirty, broken, and blurry screen! read more

We've seen many movies here over the years and have always had a good experience as far as sound, visual, etc. Yesterday matinee was first in awhile and we were surprised they now do assigned seating. The ticket buying process was excruciatingly slow. I appreciate the convenience of assigned seats for busy shows but for one with 15 people in the entire theater??? The cashiers were struggling with the process, customers were confused and some were panicked they wouldn't be able to sit with friends who'd already entered the theater, etc. Ok idea for big premiers and weekends. Just another reason to NOT go to the theater in all others situations though. Customers already complain that the concessions are stereotypically insanely expensive. Now they've made the process of physically choosing a seat to sit in WAY more complicated and stressful than it needs to be for 99% of all showings. read more

This theater really needs a makeover. We saw Dr. Strange on May 6, 2022 7pm showing in theater 1. I asked to use points to upgrade my popcorn to a larger size and she said you have no points. I came home and checked I have lots of points. I guess she couldn't be bothered. My seat was broken it reclined all the way back. The movie theater was packed (which good for them I really enjoy gong to the movies so it's nice to see they are busy) so it would've been a pain to change seats. There was this large maybe dehumidifier type machine in the theater which was super loud that was on during the entire movie. I spent $55 on two tickets, 2 drinks, 1 popcorn and 1 candy. I just think if you are charging a premium price the seats should be in working order and there shouldn't be a noisy machine in the theater you are trying to watch a movie in. read more

The theater is old and needs an upgrade, The seats are uncomfortable. Not sure if they are supposed to recline or if they are just broken. The most disappointing problem is that the bulbs in the projectors are not bright enough to properly light the film. Every movie I see there looks like it was shot at dusk. Avatar: too dark, Little Mermaid: too dark. For films that were made to look visually stunning, its very disappointing. The "BIG SCREEN" experience shouldn't be worse than my home TV. read more

Mission impossible for 2 on a Sat at 9. Clerk couldn't find my award card. Fairly empty night and quick ticket line but theatre was cold and damp. The weather is crazy- I get it but I shouldn't have to deal with damp seats and wet floor in cranked AC. I should have left or complained but didn't want to be a prima donna and honestly I sat there thinking I'm not coming back here so why bother. I come to Regal all the time. Probably once a week, or every 2 weeks, on a day off. I will buy one, sometimes two movie tickets per visit, it depends how much time I have. Sometimes I bring a friend, but a lot of the time, I will go alone. I know that sounds weird, but when you think about it, its actually GREAT! For me, its a "me time" thing you know, just kick back in the dark with snacks and enjoy a good movie. Going alone eliminates the pressure of arguing over which movie to see, or compromising, because I just see whatever I want! And nobody keeps trying to talk to me, or falls asleep during my movie. I can really get into it that way. Service is always friendly and going as often as I do, I've earned free drinks and popcorn a few times (I have the rewards card). My only complaint in their arm rests don't lift up. But other than that, it's a nice place. read more

Popcorn is good, and the theatre is pretty clean. The seats are kinda old and tight, not very comfortable but they get the job done. There was a heater or air vent or something blowing really loud throughout the movie that was kinda annoying. I'd rather drive the 20 mins farther to the Stroudsburg Mall movie theatre for a better experience, but this place will get the job done. read more

Very Troubling Experience! Went to the theater on a rather cold Saturday afternoon - the wait outside for the tickets was over 20 minutes, which was far too long for a relatively quiet matinee afternoon at 3:00. To make matters worse, the concessions line was just as long. It seemed as though either the number of staff was insufficient, they were not efficient enough to handle things quickly, or both. Either way, the management of the theater is really what failed here. You can't blame young people who are doing their best if there are not enough of them or management hasn't put them in a position to be successful. This theatre is old school. No stadium seating. No reclining chairs. It's like 1985 That would be ok if they didn't charge $15.85 for a 3D movie. For a theatre as old as this, in nowhere PA, the MAX should be $10. When the 3D started it was unwatchable. Hard to describe it, but the image was layered and not smooth. I've been going to this theater since I was a child because it was always the closest to me. For the past five or so years though, I realized that the experience at theaters farther away are much better. It almost completely comes down to the lack of renovations. It's been the same seats and auditoriums for probably 20 years now. They aren't very comfortable and 3/4 of the auditoriums are flat with pretty small screens. Just one person in front of you sitting in a flat theater just ruins the whole experience. Hope they make some changes soon, it needs it. For now, I don't mind driving farther to other theaters, because they are that much better. read more

The theaters are dated and smell like old, stale gym socks. It's gross. Overpriced and constant up-selling is annoying. I won't be back.

I have always loved this theater those complaining about price have clearly not been to NYC or Bridgewater in NJ for that matter. I don't go to movies much but you can find the right times to see the best movies without large crowds. For me this is a plus. I would give the theater a 4 star rating because let's face it, they could upgrade all the chairs like local competitors. Still 4 stars is great for a trip to movies. Unfortunately, I can't get around this issue and I should be able to. I left my coat in theater with credit cards in the pocket. I am out of town until tomorrow. I ought to be able to CALL THEM to check on status and see if the coat and cards are there. All numbers lead me to an automated system... even local numbers. This is a pain and I will need to cancel two cards when they are probably safe. But there are many reasons a person may need to call the theatre directly .... um maybe there kid is missing not their coat, or their parent with early stage dementia. Just saying. Really poor customer service by the manager. I paid for coffee only to find out there was no coffee. I wanted to just trade for water and was told that was not possible. The manager told me they would need to credit my credit card and I wouldn't get my money for 3-5 days. Then he tells me that they actually do have coffee but he has not counted it yet. An overall OK theater, definitely not the best I've been to. After three trips to this theater in the past month, my takeaway is that this theater seems to be cutting corners despite being the only theater in Easton. -Tickets need to be purchased at the concession stands, which isn't a big deal but does make the process take longer if you just want to get your tickets. - Seems to be staffed to a bare minimum. No one even takes your tickets. - Choosing your own seat is nice in theory. In practice, people don't respect it and you have to argue with people who are in the seat you reserved, without any theater staff around to back you up. Not once have I gotten the seats I reserved. - Little care was taken to ensure the best possible screening. For example, our projection of John Wick 3 was blue and desaturated. You could tell just by looking at the normally white text in the preview disclaimer, which was instead powder blue. I notified a staff member but nothing was done that I could tell. I understand that theaters are in a tight position nowadays due to declining viewership and slim margins on ticket sales, but I do not feel like I'm getting my money's worth at 12.50 a pop. Do more to make your theater feel like a destination, and watching movies there feel like an event. read more

I can see why this place has only two stars. My boyfriend and I drove about 25 min to watch a movie together. The movie time was 10:30 However, we were running a little less then 10 min late. When we got to the movie theater we went inside a girl told us that they stopped selling tickets 15 min after the movie. It was only 10:40.. i pointed out that we weren't 15 min late yet at this point. She proceeded to tell us that all the computers were off and that there was nothing she could do. We then asked to speak to a manager and apparently the girl Sierra we were already talking to was the manager.she couldn't give us a real reason as to why we couldn't buy tickets. Seriously! $5.49 for a bottle of water! Oh, I can have a complimentary 4oz cup of water from the fountain if I don't feel like forking over a mortgage payment. The price of an expensive case of water for one bottle or the price of 3 2-liter bottles if I opt for a soda. $8.49 for popcorn...maybe there's actually gold in the butter?!? Is it me or should my expectation of someone wiping my mouth after each bite of popcorn actually be what you get for these WAY OVER THE TOP prices. Never knew that going to the movies was only for the rich. Shame on Regal for making a mint off of the average family trying to enjoy a rainy day.
