I love this store - it's a resale store but they pick the items with care and you can tell. It's not big and the hours are narrow if you work but it's worth all of that because there is definitely always something amazing to be found. The sales are exceptional if you catch the change overs too but the reg prices are great to begin with so we don't always wait for sales! read more

Cute little resale shop, lots of variety in women's clothing from newer to older and for the store size a good amount of size ranges. Lots of name brand and luxury bags and purses and the prices were very reasonable unlike most resale shops I've been to. The worker was very sweet and helpful, they had great sales when I went. read more

I visited this consignment store on 8/25/25 at 1pm with a bin of items I wanted to consign. The moment I walked in, I was met by an older woman who was extremely rude and standoffish. I greeted her politely, but she immediately told me they don't sell anything for me. I explained I was just going to take a look since I was shopping for my grandmother, but she cut me off and repeated that they don't sell anything for me here and told me to leave. Not only was I there to shop, but I also had items I was prepared to consign. To be dismissed so abruptly and treated so rudely was shocking and honestly hurtful. I came in with kindness and respect, yet I was told I wasn't welcome before I even had a chance to explain myself. I have never had such an off-putting experience in a store. With the reach I have on TikTok and Instagram, I haven't decided how I'll address this publicly yet, but I do feel others should know. If you value respectful customer service, I would not recommend bringing your business here. read more

I have been going to Regal Rags for years but last year I was so disappointed. Staff had changed. I decided to give it another chance yesterday. It has continued to go downhill. Higher prices and less quality and selection. I won't be back. So sad because it used to be my favorite consignment store to shop. Not sure how they stay in business. read more

Can't say the woman was very friendly nor inviting. As soon as I walked in she said "oh you're here for consignment? Well we can't start a contract until you have ten items so.." It came off as very rude and as if I was not welcome to even ask questions. I actually had ten items with me, but chose to leave. Other consignment stores offer 50-90% of proceeds, yet Regal Rags only offers 40%. I took a brief glance around the store and the merchandise appeared to be geared towards women ages 50+ so I will not be returning. read more

I went to this consignment shop not expecting much because honestly even the higher class ones do not have the cleanest clothes or smells. The very nice owner has cold water out for guests and snacks for the kids. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the store and clothes. They even have a restroom that is decorated very nicely. I will definitely be back to visit and sell some clothing. Top notch! read more

I would say this store maybe had its heyday but it seems to be on the downhill spiral. It is two large rooms with very random mix of clothing. I did find Missoni and some other designer but then a lot of Lower end things. I was looking for a purse and I found two marked at $135 but half price, then when I look close there were water stains on them and I didn't recognize the brands. I was greeted when I came in but a young clerk. I would say the best part is the bathroom! There is an artist with business cards who had painted this ostrich mural and it was very cool! read more

I am so grateful I found this gem of a consignment store. Brooke, the manager, was lovely. Friendly, helpful, and the perfect mix of available but leaves you to your shopping. I found they were having a wonderful sale and found a handful of incredible pieces, all at a great price. I've given up other local consignment stores, like My Sister's Attic, due to snotty customer service. Regal Rags is my new spot! Brands: Not so many high-end brands then I thought there would be. A great majority of the clothes are from Kohl's and Target. Shoes from Shoedazzle and other non-department stores. Pricing: The prices are average to pricey for a consignment store. Age: I would definitely have to say that the clothes are NOT geared towards a younger demographic (40+). Customer Service: The customer service is not the greatest. They ignore customers as they come in. Consigning: 40% off of a purchase ONLY if something is sold. This probably has to be the worst deal for consigning in the valley. read more

Lucky me, I found Regal Rags years ago and have both consigned and shopped there ever since. No matter what I'm looking for I find it, or another clothing treasure every time I go. The store is the only consignment store I've ever been in that does not smell like dirty clothes. Everything is dry cleaned and ready for ME! Plus I get cookies, tea, always treats for while you shop. Very relaxed atmosphere and the sales are incredible! Twice a year there are parking lot sales, once I bought a mink jacket for $10!!!!! Whenever I get compliments on my outfits from RR (happens a lot), I love to say, "It's free!!" (or at least feels that way when you have credit on account from what you've consigned). So if you look in your closet and don't have anything to wear, clean it out, consign the clothes, and start shopping.
