What a gem of a shop! Looked at their website and found a hat that would suit me perfectly. So I had a little time and decided to check them out. The selection of items is amazing. The store is clean and well organized. I was greeted shortly after I arrived. When I described what I was looking for the sales associate instantly knew where it was. I was in and out quickly. Honestly if I had more time I would have stayed longer and looked around. Parking spots on the street fill quickly but the garage is very close and free. Never was I less impressed when the woman manhandled my $14,000 lambskin Chanel handbag without white gloves. My expensive Chanel was treated very rough. Thankfully there were no scratches left !!! On top of all that, I have never been treated so rude and dismissively by a store employee. They will never have my business again. Her departing words to me were "see you next year".
