Surprisingly, my phone rang a couple of minutes later! It was FCI calling me back. I explained what I needed and had a quote the next day. I placed the order and the item was delivered the next day! I was notified by text of the status of my order and kept up to date. Exceptional customer service, especially considering that this was a very small order from a new customer and that another distributor didn't want to be bothered with it!

We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. Cleanup during the job was not as thorough as it should have been, with debris blowing into our yard and a neighbor's yard and damage to a security light and gutter flashing. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning given OSHA requirements for work over 6 feet. In the end, the roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally, but better communication, cleanup, and attention to safety would have made the experience much stronger.
