They were ok to start with when my family started going here. But the aggressive advertising got annoying. And the number of last minute appointment cancellations really got to be a problem. Final straw was when my daughter had to have some work redone. They offered to do the rework for free, but the explanations we were given about the additional work seemed a bit dodgy, so we decided to have another dentist take a look. The other dentist (Allure Dental) remarked how bad the work was. She needed two cavities redrilled and refilled. Now they are currently chasing after us for 50 dollars they claim we owe them. The office atmosphere is wonderful, the care I have received has always been excellent, and the staff is lovely!

We needed to find a dentist, and based off reviews we thought let's just give this place a shot. The receptionists were all very kind, hygienist was nice and the dentist was all about customer experience, but he only spent 1 minute looking at my mouth! They were also not up front about the type of care that was given, making it sound like everything was routine. But little did I know that a lot of it was extra and not covered. What ended it for us was that on several occasions our appointments were rescheduled without them notifying us. I came into the office thinking l'll give them a second chance and I will just ask more questions prior to them doing my cleaning. She told me that my appointment was moved and they tried contacting to let me know. Nowadays everything has an audit trail and you can see on your phone missed calls, messages, etc. I hadn't received anything. What's amazing is that this happened more than once! read more

I should have seen all the reviews before I visited this clinic, I paid them everything in advance and they would never let me leave the clinic if I owed them anything. 3 months later they call me to tell me that I owe them $600 because my insurance company did not pay them. I called the insurance company and they said that they paid everything that was owed. besides that they cancel minutes before your appointment. it is a real disappointment because there are really attentive people there but someone in the administration is taking this as a game. with so many bad reviews they continue to do nothing. read more

This company can have the wrong number to contact you and never send mail about bills. Send you to collections and then admit they made a mistake but yet not make it right I have been a customer for years and still not make it right. We've been loyal customers since they first opened, but they don't care about that. They messed up a bill because of a dentist who was "out of network." We took the bills there and thought we had it worked out. We were out of the country the whole summer, and came home to a notice in the mail that they turned us over to a collection agency. This was for a balance of only around $200. We were angry. I called to complain and they claimed they tried to call us several times, but I never got any calls. As directed, I went ahead and paid the collection agency. But what really upset us is when I showed up to my appointment a few weeks later, they told me I didn't have an appointment scheduled. When I showed them the appointment confirmation I had received earlier, they told me it was cancelled because they turned us over to a collection agency. They had also cancelled my wife's next appointment. They didn't even bother to tell us. That's how they treat their patients who put their trust in them since the beginning. 9/11/2020 Update: Regal Valley reached out to me yesterday (9/10/20) and was able to make it right. Review has been changed from 1 star to 4. -------------------------------------------------------------- This one is going to be a long one, folks After having been a patient for years, sending family members and my partner there through referrals, I'm sad to say I no longer will. If you have any sort of arrangement with payment with them: you're going to get screwed over. They don't care, and the people you talk to on the phone (Alisha I think I spoke with) really does not care. How rude and unprofessional. I don't think I've ever been more frustrated. They sent my account to collections, for $50. I called in and told them I would pay it when I come in for my appointment. I don't like giving my card information over the phone, it's weird to me. So yesterday, 9/9/20, I arrive for my appointment and I call to tell them I've arrived (COVID-19 procedure), and Alisha (I cannot get over how rude and just MEAN she was) told me that I can't come to my appointment, because it's been cancelled because I haven't paid the balance. This is the part that gets me. I called them over a month ago, to tell them I'd pay it at my visit, and then I come to my visit - with full intentions on paying it, but I can't have my visit, because it hasn't been paid. Not only do they cancel my appointment, but they did so without telling me. No phone call, no text, nothing!! I took off work earlier to make this appointment that was cancelled and no one could bother to call me. I'm livid. And I will do everything in my power to make sure anyone I know that comes here, no longer does. Because they obviously do not care about their patients. read more

If I could give them no stars, I would do that. I was offered a spot, the morning of the appointment. I was within 10 minutes of my appointment but they told me that they could not find me on the list first. Then they told me that I was late and per their cancellation policy, they cannot take me. First they said it was 10 minutes which I was within the window, then they said 5 minutes. When I asked them to show me their cancellation policy, she said that there is no written policy. They said that they call before giving up the spot to someone else but they didn't make any effort to call me. My initial appointment with the dentist, I was told that they are 'in network' but when I got the bill, it was hefty. When I inquired about it, they said that the doctor was not in network at the time of my appointment and they will resubmit the claim. With all this wishy washy behavior, I would not recommend this place at all. They manage their reviews and that's the reason why this god forsaken place has good reviews and stars because the bad reviews don't make it to the surface. read more

Do not go here. They will rip you off every time. I went for my yearly free cleaning and received a very large bill. I was told that every time you have something other than a cleaning done there is many follow up appointments you MUST go to. And all cleanings are coded as these appointments and must be paid for. It seems like a form of Fraud to me as all they did was my regular teeth cleaning. This place is scary. read more

I have a cracked tooth and was in pain so I called this office for an appt. The dentist (young guy, Aarons assistant) told me there is nothing wrong with my tooth and to go see a specialists that can generate a 3D image to see how bad the crack is. The 3D image does not show cracks so I didn't bother. I expect the dentist to be able to diagnose the issue, fix the pain issue, and he did neither. I'm in severe pain while he see's $$ to try to fix a cracked tooth, can't be done. I'm having it pulled by a confident dentist that says it is for sure cracked. read more

I'm very pissed off at Regal valley. Both me and my fiance had a horrible experience with them. For starters I had to have root canals. I made the appointment to have 2 root canals done and once everything had healed I was ready for the crowns. They couldn't seat the crowns down completely so they left a gap, because the crowns didn't seat they was afraid that i would crack my new crowns, so they thought it would be a good idea to grind down one of my bottom teeth. REALLY!!!. Yes that pissed me off. Then I had another tooth that was bad and they said it was savable with a root canal! Well good thing my honey found a different dentist before I spent all that money again. Come to find out that tooth I wanted to save just couldn't be saved, it had decay almost all the way down to the bone. Yeah sure savable my ass. Just another way for Regal valley to put more money into their pockets. Then I also find out that the two root canals I let them do about 9 months ago has to be removed and fixed all over again. So I lost a lot of money for 2 messed up root canals. Now about my fiance, he needed some fillings. Mind you he only needed a few. Regal Valley said he needed quite a few fillings. Of course he was like you know better than me, hook me up. Within the first few weeks some of the fillings fell out. Then they said he need a tooth pulled. Again he let them do what they said was needed  and while they pulled the one tooth they broke a perfectly good tooth. Now that tooth needs to be fixed. So with all this, my honey pretty much said screw that place, found another place and now he needs to have all of his bottom teeth pulled out and have implants put in because Regal Valley has completely destroyed every tooth on his bottom jaw! He didn't like to hear that he was going to lose all of his bottom teeth so he also went to get a second opinion from another dental office, unfortunately he received the same exact news. I hope that Regal valley would get shut down and or taken to court for causing all this damage to a lot of people and stealing our money for shit that didn't need to happen. I would have never given them any stars but in order to write a review you have to give some kind of rating. I wouldn't even take my pet to this place. read more

I went to the dentist last year by them giving me a postcard in the mail offering their great prices for new patients. When I got there they were not able to do the pricing that they offered because I needed a deeper cleaning then was covered by the coupon. After that I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and I told them at the beginning of this year I will have insurance to be able to cover that. So fast forward to now I call and find out how much my tooth is going to cost and they tell me it will cost $60 plus tax to have a tooth removed and that a partial would cost roughly $250 after looking at what was needed. So today on August 8th 2018 I go to have the procedure scheduled and they give me the list of charges today and my extraction went from $60 to a $193 my partial went from $250 to $430. Now keep in mind the prices that they told me earlier this year they knew what insurance company I had and they ran the numbers through the insurance company already. So I don't understand how they can take a customer and triple charge one of the bills and double charge the other bill. If I could give them 0 stars or a negative star I would. I will not be taking my business nor my family's business there again shoppers beware. read more
