I called the florist the next day and they immediately got back to me and understood my issue that needed help! Fun !!!) it was watered, set in layers of thick paper, wrapped in plastic and placed at the front of the store for easy pickup. I really look forward to using Orchid again when supply chain challenges are resolved and we can be even more creative with floral selections and designs.
