This has been the worst experience I've ever had. On April 25, 2025, I had AirSculpt Tightening on…read moremy full abdomen and flanks. At my 3-month appointment, I expressed concerns because I didn't see any improvement. I was told to wait until my 6-month follow-up, which took place on October 25, 2025. During that appointment, the doctor agreed that there had been no change. Instead of discussing a revision, he discouraged it and tried to push a tummy tuck at his private practice. I later spoke with Yaritza about receiving a full refund, and she said she would need approval from her District Supervisor, Erin Petty. A week went by with no update, so I called back and was informed that I could not get a refund!! I requested Erin's email. I emailed her and several others on November 5, 2025 and I still have not received a response. I've reached out to Yaritza three times since then, and she has not replied either. This company pressures you into getting the procedure, promises results, and then completely fails to deliver. They think it's acceptable to keep your $10,000 without addressing the harm that was caused or the fact that the procedure produced no results at all. I will not rest until this issue is rectified!! Management does a solid job of "honoring" their clients by granting at least 1-2 sessions to help regain loyalty, which I think is a fair approach--they also have a business to run. One of my favorite aspects of this studio is how clean and welcoming it always feels. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive. There was a time when an "overly involved" teammate was hired, and that annoyed me, which led me to stop coming for a while. However, I recently returned and was greeted by a new team member whose approach was helpful without being overwhelming or pushy. I loved that organic balance, so will be retuning in the new year.

Unlike previous lymphatic massages, this was full on pressure from top to bottom (I signed up for the facial- body combo). I left feeling relaxed not knowing if that was going to be the end effect. I looked at the before and after and saw some difference but not 'a lot'... ...they did tell me I would be detoxing for three days but wasn't sure what that meant ...but sure enough by the third day, the bloat that drove me to pay for this massage was gone. Peed for an entire day the third day SNATCHED jaw line + abdomen Footnote: I do generally eat green (pescatarian) and do high intensity yoga most every day and am generally fit ...that said, I still struggle with bloating despite my every effort...literally felt like I was lugging around a gallon of water in my gut and another gallon throughout the rest of my body .... It's been a week and a half and still see the effects while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. A staff member, who I strongly suspect had little to no experience, administered tear trough filler after talking me into it. The results were immediately wrong. I asked for it to be dissolved right away. What followed was weeks of runaround. They had me return every two weeks, and with each visit their attitude worsened, especially once I declined their repeated pressure to purchase additional services. I came in wanting a small, natural result. They saw a revenue opportunity. After multiple attempts, they were unable to fully dissolve the filler. I am now seeking treatment from a licensed dermatologist to fix what they could not. The practice is run by someone with no medical credentials, not a physician, not a nurse practitioner, not an aesthetician with any verifiable expertise. The medical authority here appears to be a nurse who seemed undertrained for the procedures being performed. A medical spa performing injectables should be overseen by a licensed physician on site. This one is not. If something goes wrong, and it did for me, there is no qualified person there to fix it. Avoid this place. The consequences can be permanent.
