They offer a variety of special treats and experiences for your pup there, but you can also opt to give your pup a more basic stay/day of play. They diligently checked his vaccines, observed his temperament, and made sure he was a good boy before taking him in. Not to mention they went above and beyond for us. I'm happy to make this experience a more regularly scheduled event for us. He absolutely loved it and his caretakers sent me photos all day. I've included them here.

Then I asked if I could "split it into 2 -1/2 slots) Then she told me that the "actual time spent with my animal is usually 30-40 minutes". My cat was rescued from a hoarders house, she has PTSD. I can't afford them to come twice at 50.00 per day. I've researched that the going rate is $12-$15 per 30 minute visit with your pet.?? I can't afford that kind of price at $25 for only 30-40 minutes! I decided not to go with them because I found family and friends to pet-sit for us this time. I do need a permanent solution, though. The woman who emailed was kind enough. She told me all about how they have all of these good ratings and such. But I felt deceived because she first said $25 per hour. I would've paid that if THAT was time spent with my pet while I'm away. But then it changed to me paying for "travel time"(when she'd said they had 4 people right nearby my home, in my town). Why do I pay travel time for someone who lives in the same town? I didn't really like that so much. Also, I was not happy that when I wanted to split the "hour" into 2 x 1/2 hours, I was then told I was truly only getting 30 minutes with & for my pet. Plus paying for travel to and from my home. I don't pay travel time for any other services ?? (Plumber, maid service, lawn service etc.) I will keep looking for a more permanent solution.... ***I saw the response from this company. I did not say anything untrue or unkind. I only stated my own interactions & why I did not choose them. * I want to reiterate that I did not use this company because of the reasons stated above. I I've been an elite Yelper for 10 years. I would never say anything which I did not experience first hand. I only wrote my review about my own interactions with this company. They get their own space their own lane for relief and they get fed as many as you want them per day. When you come back from a trip, you tell them you're picking up your dog. You pay, they take you to their individual holding spot and you take them home. Like I said, no they're hot the poshest kennel in the block, but they do their job and it's definitely very effective. No fuss, no drama, not a chance of a dog fighting your dog because their in their own individual holding lanes. They can play fence tag tho. That's a fun game for dogs right? Weeeeeeeeeee. Even after I explained that I wanted to keep him fluffy and insulated, he kept offering clipper lengths as if I should know what they meant. I told him to keep my dog as fluffy as possible and agreed to a six only because he said it would still meet my needs. When I returned, my dog was shaved down to the bone. A six cut should never have been suggested if I said I wanted to keep my dog's coat full for winter. As a groomer, I expected better judgment and care. It seems there was a misunderstanding, but when I give two clear reasons not to cut him short and you still propose the shortest cut--and reassure me it's "a good idea"--you lose my trust and my business. When I called upset about the cut, Robbie told me achieving what I wanted would've cost $150 because it required a hand trim. I told him I didn't care about the cost, and only then did he apologize. I even canceled another groomer to support him after he shared he was going through a lot. I guess that's what I get for trying to be kind. I've been coming here mainly for a face, fanny, and feet trim with a bath, which was a good deal: but after this, my dog won't be returning even for that.
