WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR PET BOARDING. They are neglectful and took poor care of my dog that was boarded for 9 days. Sent her home with diarrhea, there was no notification of this despite me checking on her every other day. Sent her home with her bottom bleeding and painful which turned into an infection that required a vet visit and antibiotics. Didn't give her the majority of her medication that was sent. 2 doses were given and she was supposed to have it daily. Sent her blanket home covered in poop in a garbage bag without it being washed. Absolutely deplorable and neglectful business. Did not respond to long complaint sent to their main email nor a better business complaint. I urge anyone considering this business to refrain if you value your pet. Honestly I wouldn't even trust them with cremation services. read more

My husband and I are in search of a new boarding and doggie day care facility. The other day we went and looked at 3 different places with AAA being the last and to be honest, when we were shown the boarding facility I cringed. It was dirty and wreaked of urine and dog poo. They did not have boarding where both our dogs could be together and the cages and yes I said cages were not even big enough for our dogs to turn around in. Our bulldog would not even fit thru the door to go outside if he wanted to. Very disappointing. I would NEVER take my dog there for boarding services or even recommend this place for boarding. This is definitely a pretty good place to board your doggie whenever you're planning a trip to be out of town. This is probably one of the best options you can take your pet to. It's affordable, it's clean, it has a friendly staff and it works. No gimmicks. Took my doggie Roxy here twice already and we haven't gotten any problems whatsoever. They get their own space their own lane for relief and they get fed as many as you want them per day. When you come back from a trip, you tell them you're picking up your dog. You pay, they take you to their individual holding spot and you take them home. Like I said, no they're hot the poshest kennel in the block, but they do their job and it's definitely very effective. No fuss, no drama, not a chance of a dog fighting your dog because their in their own individual holding lanes. They can play fence tag tho. That's a fun game for dogs right? Weeeeeeeeeee. Staff were pleasant enough but care not so good. Boarded 2 cats for 6 days. Each lost a pound and one was so weak and dehydrated it cost me $800 at the vet to have her checked out, rehydrated and to get her to eat again. Will not return and do not recommend if you love your pets. read more

We boarded our dog for a few days and she escaped. They found her after a couple of hours later but still charged us the daily rate. We called to board her again for our annual trip. I recorded the call to be safe. I told them she escaped last time and I wanted to make sure they would still be willing to watch her. I was told it wasn't a problem and they grabbed her file and wrote in the dates. I reminded them again that she escaped the broken dog run last time and asked if they were sure they were willing to watch her. I was told yes they would take her. After that call I booked our plane tickets. 2 hours later my wife received a call saying they were no longer willing to board the dog. Plane tickets aren't refundable. So moral of the story - dogs can escape. I'm also glad I confirmed twice they could watch her. read more

Bark! Bark! Hooray! I have been bringing my pets to AAA Pet Services for many years. Missy in Grooming has always done a great job with my dogs and even my cat! Earlier today I called to make an appointment for my 6 year old Lola, a Yorkie Poo and her new little BIG brother Bernie. The receptionist asked when I would like to have their appointment, I told her anytime. She then asked if I could bring them around 9am, I was so happy that they were able to get us in so quickly. I brought my dogs into the grooming area and Missy was her friendly self and she treats my fur babies like they are her own. When I picked them up they smelled and looked fantastic. I would highly recommend AA Pet Services for all of your pets needs. read more

We boarded our dog last week and when we picked him up he was very sick with kennel cough he was perfectly fine when we dropped him off. They had to of known he was sick with as much coughing he was doing and there had to be other dogs sick because that's how he would of gotten it. We had to leave credit card information in case of an emergency plus someone to call which they never did. When we called they could of careless about what happened and said it was important to have vaccines which we did since we had to give them a copy of his current ones. I will never recommend them to anyone. read more

A few weeks ago we had our dog boarded at AAA. I was very happy that we did. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyday while we were gone they sent us pictures or video clips of our dog. We will be boarding her there again the next time we are out of town. read more

AAA provides training, grooming, boarding, etc. It's pretty much a doggie haven. They even have a pet cemetery on site. The property is large and when you are signed up for a training class with them, they allow you to walk your dog on the grounds or use the agility course when its setup during summer months. 2 of my pooches have diploma's from AAA. I had different experiences with each training course. 2 different teachers, 2 different styles. However, both teachers were experienced and the outcome was what I had intended for both dogs. My expectations were definitely met. My first teacher even gave my chocolate lab, Polo Bear, a pink diploma since she was a bit of a priss in the class. I thought that was a nice touch. As for other services here, I have gotten 2 of my 3 dogs groomed here. My lil' pittie has never been here because she was a rescue and I do not like bringing her near strange dogs. Since they have kennels out front, I thought this place might be a bit of an overload for my pittie girl. There is quite a bit of barking near the front of the building which is totally expected but can be intimidating for a dog that has been through some trauma. I have brought my labs here for grooming services though. This was difficult for me the first time since my dogs are my babies and I have a bit of anxiety leaving them anywhere. Washing them at home was just becoming too much for me so I finally decided to take them in for a professional cleaning. When I arrived, the groomer could tell I was nervous as I think I asked about 50 million stupid questions. She answered all my questions and helped me wrangle my big lab, Packard, in a crate since he was not used to it. The groomer and her assistant were super patient with me as again, I was extremely nervous leaving them. She made me feel totally comfortable about leaving my furry kids even though both of my dogs were crying at first. After I left, I came back a few hours later and both my dogs were clean, nails were trimmed, and my girl dog had a bright pink ribbon tied to her collar. Both dogs were happy, healthy, and smelled lovely. The groomer said both dogs cried a bit when I left but were okay after a few minutes. She told me both dogs loved their bath and were perfect angels. I was ecstatic about the whole experience and was able to take them back again without the nervousness. I like this place. I recommend it. Plus, if you sign up for the email mailing list, they send you coupons for grooming and boarding. I have never boarded any of my dogs before but they do have nice/clean facilities and there are always people around keeping an eye on things. I give AAA my doggie seal of approval. Woof! read more

I had to cremate a pet for the first time, and they were more than professional. Rosslyn took care of me from start to finish. From knowing all aspects of their services, the products they offer, and the non-pushy, take-your-time atmosphere I was in, I couldn't ask for anything more. The girls that work in the kennels knew there name soon as they seen them. and welcomed my boys with a smile and a big hug or lots of belly rubs.my dogs dont eat very well when there but thay always try something to get them to eat .love all the staff here and the groomer that grooms them is so good with them. they always look and smell so good its good to know that they take the extra to make sure that there happy. i want to thank all of you very much for all that you do. The manager treated me terrribly and my dog was covered in feces. Within a week she was diagnosed with Whipworm contracted from feces of an infected dog. Too bad our pets can't tell us what goes on when we trust them in someone elses hands unfortunately for AAA pet service we have the internet to hear other people opinions and experiences. Do your research before you board your dog read the reviews. And most importantly TRUST ALL THE BAD AAA PET SERVICES REVIEWS. I feel for the pets whose owners haven't researched where they board and groom. This place should either be closed or under new management and staff. read more

Unprofessional and heartless staff!! Please do NOT take your pet here if you care for it's well being! I've spoken with several pet owners who've had NIGHTMARISH experiences here, including me. They have mishandled pet cremations, destroyed deceased pet paw prints, left pets unattended to fend for themselves etc. This place needs to be closed down!!! read more

Called aaa pet services several days before having to put my beloved cat down to make arrangements to have them pick up from my vets office. I asked if a paw print would be included, lady said yes. I called back that same day spoke to a different lady to pay for this service and again I asked if this would include a paw print....yes was the answer. They did not state that it would be extra, I would have paid if it would have been as that is what I wanted. Picked up my cats remains, came home and no paw print!! Called them to see if maybe they forgot to put it in the box and they did not show me requesting it! Obviously its too late now. Just want others to beware of this issue with aaa pet services. I did suggest they ask their customers and put a place on their order form so this does not happen to someone else and she said they don't mention it when people call in. So this would potentially mean this could happen to you, even if you request it. I did notice in another review that this happened to someone else besides me. As far as pricing for cremation they are reasonable but they really should ask if someone wants a paw print and WRITE IT DOWN when it is requested. read more

When we put our dog to sleep we were out of town. The vet offered us a choice of 2 cremation services . AAA Pet services was much less expensive than the other service, so we chose AAA. When I called to make the arrangements with AAA I explained that I needed them to wait until I arrived home the following week to send my beloved dog to me (UPS requires an adult signature to leave the dogs remains). The person I spoke to said, "absolutely, we will wait and call you next week before we ship". AAA did not follow through, when I arrived home UPS had made 2 attempts to deliver my dog. I phoned UPS and made arrangements to go collect my package from the service center myself. When I called Gina, said, "sorry sounds like there was a mistake, I don't work in that department." When I asked , "shouldn't someone find out how the mistake was made?" She cut me off, and put me on hold without telling me I was going on hold----when I heard music I understood she had cut me off. Someone else got on the line and told me just to let UPS send the dog back to them and they would ship her to me again at no cost. I don't think so....... AAA may make another mistake and I may lose my dog's remains completely!!!! I will go to UPS and pick up pkg myself. Bottom line the price was cheap and I got cheap service. You get what you pay for. If you want to be sure to get your pets remains don't use AAA. read more

This was my second time boarding my dog, Max, at AAA. My family has been coming here for several years now and all the family pets have stayed with them at one time or another. After this last stay for Max, all I can say is DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. I picked up Max and bought him home, only to find a giant clump of poop stuck on the fur all around his behind. He's a maltese breed and he has rather long fur so I understand the occasional mess, but this was beyond a small accident. It was so bad it did not wash out, I had to cut it out. This leads me to believe it stayed matted on his backside not for hours, but days. I spoke with the kennel manager, who instead of trying to rectify the situation by giving me a refund or a free grooming, started defending her employees. Her explanation to the problem? I didn't pay extra to have my dog given private walks; therefore, no one looked after him at least once a day to make sure Max's basic health and sanitary living conditions were met. Really guys?? You don't thoroughly look after your client's pets to make sure they're ok unless extra money is paid? I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, not only because of the incident that occurred, but because of the way the manager chose to deal with it afterwards as well. read more
