This company says they're in business for almost 15 years, you would think my sign was the first one they ever made and the first one they ever installed. Letters were produced crooked and uneven, and installed even worse. Colors which were supposed to one color turned out to be 12 different shades of the color. **PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES** If I could, I'd give this company negative stars. This company is the most unorganized, most unprofessional company I've ever come in contact with. They refuse to pay their bills. (but BEG for money from their customers.) They bounce check after check after check. Their fact finder/office manager G***, has the WORST attitude of anyone in the company. She screams on the phone. She argues with customers. She answers the phone stating she's Yolanda. There isn't a Yolanda, there hasn't ever been a Yolanda. It's a shame to see that a company that seemed to be doing so well and was so prestigious and profitable in the beginning years turn out to be a broke, unprofessional pit of hell. It seems they have a hard time doing things correctly or timely. They'll take phones off the hook. They'll hang up on you, of if you're lucky you'll have Gina scream at you for asking for the money you're owed! I honestly believe they should close the business and call it a day. read more

I ordered what I thought was a rather complex design with many colors, expecting an average job for the price given its complexity. The process was smooth with assuaged communication, and they were sure to confirm that it was up to my standards at many junctures. I was pleasantly surprised by their holistic commitment to customer satisfaction throughout the whole process. The sign came in a timely manner with ergonomic yet highly protective packaging. Decals seem to use quality inks, but I have yet to test it for weathering. Prompt service is nice, and customer relations are amicable. Good company to hire for any midsize to small signage needs. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service above everything else, and will be sure to order from them if I require any more larger jobs completed. read more

I worked for my uncle's blasting company and was tasked with finding a reputable sign and decal maker for his felt of trucks and machines. This place didn't have the online presence I was looking for but they had the means and the wherewithal when I visited in person. The work they did for the tractors, 18 wheelers, and diesel trucks will not go unnoticed when the crew is out traveling. Professional work done in reasonable time. Can't ask for much more. read more

I dropped off our tax documents…read moreon Thursday March 5th and usually about 2 weeks to be completed as we were told in prior years. We received a call on Friday March 20th by one of their office staff that our return was ready to be picked up. My husband, son and I went to sign and pick up our tax forms and thought we would be receiving our IRS return roughly 2 weeks from picking up our forms. It is now Monday March 30 almost April and our return was never sent to the IRS by their office and this I only found out because I had logged on to the IRS website to check on our refund but they did not have our information so I called Covati and Janhsen and that's when they said it was never sent to the IRS. So if I didn't check the IRS website for our refund, I would have never known my return wasn't filed. I trusted their office with our documents and return yet our forms just sat somewhere in their office without being filed and without even a call. If I didn't call them who knows how long before our return would have been sent to the IRS if even at all. So disappointed unfortunately we will not be returning.
