So you can imagine my surprise when I met Dr. Vance. I went in for a small problem, and then quickly realized that he could solve the issues that I had grown so accustomed to I didn't even think they could be changed. That's right! I had given up on experiencing any kind of change with things like: energy level, moods, sleeplessness, immune system. Right away, Dr. Vance suggested we try tackling some of the bigger problems. I was skeptical, but had nothing to lose--so I said, "Sure, why not!" -Months later, I've got my energy back. -I don't get sick all the time--and if I do catch a bug, it's NBD. -I'm sleeping!! I had three knee X-rays taken two weeks before this appointment and Dr. Adams refused to even look at them. He should have reviewed the X-rays before my appointment began. Instead of being completely unaware about anything concerning my reason for being there. I reminded Adams several times about the X-rays during the brief office visit. As Adams prepared to give me a knee injection, I insisted that he look at the X-rays first. Adams got mad about that and left the room saying it would take 15 minutes to get the X-rays. Why not look at available X-rays? That is what they are for. I had enough of TERRIBLE DOCTOR Adams and left the office. I will find another doctor. I urge everyone to find another doctor.

When I told the young lady, again that she didn't answer my question on their insurance policies, she said that some people pay out of pocket and then try and get reimbursement through their insurance programs. So I said "so you do not directly bill insurance and she finally said no it was all out of pocket. From the other reviews I've read, this seems like hocus pocus medicine and people might be better off going to see actual physicians and surgeons for neuropathy. You need to be very wealthy to partake in these "treatments". Good luck

I have had a few issues this past 3 years requiring 2 neck disc replacements and now a L-5 S-1 fusion. They diagnosed me and explained all my options really fast. When I made my decision on what I wanted to do they got me scheduled in a very quick manner so that I wasn't in pain for very long. Dr. Lavarias is incredible with her diagnostic skills and Sr. Jorgensen along with Dr.Lavarias have done an incredible job on my surgeries. I recommend them to anyone who has an issue with their back or neck.

My previous doctor who unfortunately moved away was renewing my prescription once or twice a year.. It only takes few seconds and there was never any charge for it..So it did not even cross my mind to ask if this doctor is going to charge for it. Boy, was I wrong.. For about 5 minut conversation about my trip to Europe, Dr. Pollmann had the nerve to charge Medicare { I'm 78 years old } over $600 !!!! In my opinion this is a clear case of Medicare fraud. He did nothing for those $600 .. Medicare paid portion of it and he sent me the bill for the balance , $236 !!! I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place !! I'm filing a complaint with BBB and an Idaho Board of Medicine..I will also notify Medicare and ask them to investigate.. I want to know how the doctor justified $600 bill for doing nothing. I wish I have read the recent rewievs of this clinic !!!

I got a pain management referral from wonderful Dr. Wilson. He sent me to Dr. Bretz. Coincidentally I had someone tell me he was kind and compassionate. Wow. That could not have been further from the truth. He was rude, I was very offended by him. He also just sat there w/ a blank look on his face telling me there was nothing he could do. He refused to perform any tests on me, to get to the bottom of my problems. He kept saying he wouldnt prescribe to me. Its a funny thing. I heard the receptionist tell the same thing out in the lobby to several others. I was given a drug screen first thing. However i never asked for opiates and certainly didnt expect them. maybe that is all he can do is prescribe. if you fit his criteria. he seemed to know evrything within a short physical. I want to know what is wrong w/ me and the best form of treatment. I made that clear but he said there was nothing he could do. No where else for me to go from here. No referral to someone else. He should not be in pain management. They wasted my time. I was expected to wait a long period of time. I also found the physical to be inappropriate with no attending female nurse. I could go on and on. So disappointed. Worst one I have ever seen. I guess some like him.....
