Im nearly 60 years old, and after doing some research on covid, I wanted to do whatever I could to boost my immune system. That's when I found regenics. Joanna, one of the NPs here went over my lab results with me which showed that I was very low on Vitamin D. Nurse Rebecca (the blonde one) explained the importance vitamin D has on the immune system and that people are approximately THREE TIMES more likely to get covid if theyre low on vitamin D!!! At the beginning they were really nice to us. I did some blood work to see if my general levels were ok and we found out that I had vitamin D deficiency, I took a shot with them and then started supplementing at home without a problem. My husband did pay for a monthly membership (they charge for the 1st + last month in advance). Right after the 3rd month was billed, he notified them that it would be his last month of membership (as per his 3 month commitment minimum as stated in the contract). These guys wanted to keep his last month security deposit saying it was the cost of closing a prescription; at the time he had only received TWO MONTHS OF TREATMENT and going into the 3rd (they didn't want to give him peptides for the 3rd month and offered IV and Vitamin shots which he wasn't interested in). That's not the way of handling business guys. If someone decide to stop their treatment it shouldn't be such a hassle. He had to call several times and talked to different people just for them to realize that whatever they put on their contract is completely deceiving. He had to drive 1.30hrs just to sort this out, when it should have been something they could resolve over the phone. At the end he received his 3rd month supply, which he paid for, and they refunded his last month payment. Not only that, one month later I receive a bill for the lab work which I already paid. I called them and they told me that is co-pay when I already paid them $180 for my blood work. You guys should be more transparent about how you handle business. You should be more focused on customer service instead of charging penalties or trying to withhold money when a customer cancels their membership. ***Another very important thing is that products are white labeled, and when asked which compounding pharmacy produces the peptide my husband never received an answer. As a customer I think its VERY important to know what is going into our body specially prescribed substances. UPDATE: Serge, I do appreciate your response but how you guys "resolved" with my husband should have been the initial way of conducting the transaction. It's not courtesy if it is in fact his money, he paid for it. Regarding my lab work, I asked 2 times if it was an all in payment, I could have gone to Labcorp or Quest with my PPO and got blood work done for $40. I have been coming to Regenics since March 2020. Safe to say - I'm addicted. Luckily it is to my health! At Regenics I have balanced my hormones and have found a sweet spot for my hormone levels now. I've also been doing Peptide therapy (ipamorelin+Cjc to boost my HGH levels) and that's working wonders. It's crazy, I see my body changing, getting more muscle and losing fat, even though I haven't been able to work out (because of surgery). I also get vitamin and nad+ IVs regularly, sometimes with glutathione push after. Rebecca is amazing (I have to be extra nice to her - she puts the IVs in). I was introduced to Regenics through an event at my gym in Los Angeles at the beginning of 2022. At that event, I met Tim who took great time and care to walk me through what Regenics did and how they did it. I told Tim I was on a new fitness journey of my own and that when I felt the timing was right I would come check them out. He asked if he could stay in contact with me and I said yes. True to his word, Tim checked in with me a couple times and when it made sense for me to come in, I made arrangements to do so. My first appointment was quite pleasant. Tim was there and I was introduced to Philip Marks, who was the NP that would be working with me to address whatever issues I wanted to address. Like Tim, Philip provided me with a lot of information and went over the different aspects of what Regenics does. The first step for me was to do a complete blood panel and see what the numbers say about the direction I should go. Julie handled the blood draw for me and away I went until the following week when my bloodwork panel results would have been received and we could all go over it. A week later, I came back to meet with Philip to go over the results. It was better than I expected, and very illuminating at the same time. Philip provided me with information for me to go over with the primary care physician (all good) and then laid out for me what Regenics could do to help with the few items that could be improved on. I liked what was being proposed and became a client that day. I started with an IV drip formulated for me and administered by Julie, and took my first 3 minute cold air bath in a cryo tank. During the course of my IV drip I had the pleasure to speak with Regenics' founder Serge and to learn about the intent and mission behind their work. I can honestly say, I never felt more comfortable getting an IV drip before. The setting was completely relaxing, I got to snack on a protein bar and a cup of coffee, and just meld into the comfortable lounge chair.
