She takes the time to listen, gives honest recommendations, and never makes me feel pressured to add on services. I always feel like her advice is based on what's actually best for me, not just selling something. More recently, I started treating surgical scars on my stomach (something I've been really insecure about) and Kandice made me feel completely comfortable and supported throughout the process. She recommended pairing Morpheus8 with a CoolPeel laser, and I already see a noticeable difference. That level of trust and care means everything to me. I honestly can't remember the last time I was spoken to this disrespectfully by a business. I called Vytal Center with what should have been a simple customer service question, and the way the manager spoke to me was genuinely shocking. She constantly interrupted me, talked over me, and would not let me finish a sentence. Every time I tried to explain what I was asking, I was cut off before I could even get the words out. What bothered me most was how belittling the entire interaction felt. There is a way to tell a customer no. There is a way to explain a policy. You can disagree with someone and still speak to them like a human being. Instead, I got off the phone feeling like I had been talked down to and made to feel incredibly small simply for trying to ask a question. I wasn't rude, aggressive, or disrespectful. I was genuinely trying to have a conversation and understand the situation, and I couldn't even do that because I was barely allowed to speak. For a business where clients are trusting you with treatments and their bodies, how you make people feel matters. After speaking with the manager, I would never feel comfortable coming here for a treatment. I've dealt with plenty of frustrating customer service situations before, but I've never felt compelled to write a review solely because of the way someone spoke to me. I have to say that these 2 ladies are truly the best in the business!! Even since I moved up to Santa Clarita a year ago, I still continue to come to VYTAL Center because I honestly don't trust anyone else with my face! I am still in disbelief at the way I was treated at this med spa. After sitting in 45 minutes of traffic to make it to my appointment--running just a few minutes late--I was ambushed the moment I walked in. Naz, someone I once genuinely liked and trusted, came at me yelling in front of staff , aggressively accusing me of saying they used fake Botox--something I politely asked about 6 months ago as mine wore off in just three weeks! The arrogance and hostility from both her and the nurses were completely unprovoked and deeply offensive. NO CLIENT SHOULD EVER BE TREATED THIS WAY, especially after making such an effort to honor an appointment. This behavior was not only unprofessional--it was DISGUSTING and APPALLING. Literally Love this place! So I'm a stickler when it comes to my face. I try to take really good care of my skin. Found this place after googling and calling a few places that offered the Morpheus 8 treatment. This place was the most cost efficient. I made my 1st appointment to get my Morpheus treatment. First of all the place is magical. It is so beautiful and calm. The rooms were also so unique and so clean. I'm not sure what I was expecting but this place was super sanitary. They sat me in the room to numb my face and came in to check on my multiple times. Naz the esthetician working on my face did a full 15-20 minute talk with me about what I was looking to accomplish with my face before even starting the procedure. It hurt. Not as much as I thought it would but definitely bearable. I instantly saw a difference in my face. I loved the staff and center so much I made my second appointment the same day. After my second appointment time t I had asked them what other services they offer. They have all your beauty needs covered. I did laser hair removal and I've done it a few times in the past where it hurt. The machine they used was amazing. I couldn't even feel it. The result also lasted a lot longer than the laser treatment I got at New Look skin center. Waited to write my review after I had tried multiple variations of what they offered. 1. EVERYONE should get Morpheus done on their face here. I get asked all the time what I had done to my face! 2. If you're tired of shaving and getting bumps on your face get the laser hair removal. 3. They have this ab machine that I cannot recall the name but after about four treatments it was legit giving me a four pack. I loved it so much I've taken my mom in for Botox. Loved this place. I was treated with the state of art, Laser Toenail machine , Noveon Laser .. after one laser treatment, the new nail growth appeared.. that is fantastic. I had an awful experience at this location. It was my first time getting any laser services and I wasn't asked what I wanted done, she just did what she wanted. I let the lady know I had purchased a service on Groupon but they didn't instruct me to shave prior to the appointment. So she wasn't able to do what I wanted and charged me $25 on top of the coupon. I let her know that I wasn't happy with it and she just shrugged me off, told me to clean myself up and she left the room. I am very upset with the service that they provided me. The girls were discussing how annoying clients are and how they're tired of dealing with them. And then one ask the other: "don't you have somebody on hold?" Vytal changed my life! Getting laser hair removal was the best decision and investment I've ever made. Not only did I save a lot of money on shaving products or wax appointments, but I also saved a lot of time. After a couple sessions, depending on your body hair type, the procedure should be permanent so that you won't have to worry about shaving your legs every couple of days. Laser hair removal here literally has ZERO PAIN. They have the most up to date machines and it literally doesn't hurt AT ALL. Usually laser hair removal feels like someone is flicking you or snapping a rubber band on you but this one is literally painless. If you are planning to get laser hair removal, THIS IS THE BEST PLACE FOR IT. They also always have amazing specials going on if you are trying to save some $. Candace is super nice, friendly, and detail oriented. She makes sure she does a thorough job for the best results. Not only are the beauty technicians very friendly, but the receptionists do an amazing job as well. They are very good at scheduling and reschedule and help work around your schedule. Not only is the service amazing, but the atmosphere is great too. It looks super high end, there are beautiful decorations, and it is ALWAYS clean. There is a cute waiting room you can chill at before your appointment if you arrive early. There is a coffee machine and water dispenser as well. The location is right on Ventura blvd but there is a parking lot in the back and there is usually parking. You don't have to worry about valet or street parking. You will not regret coming here!
