Found out they package our medications in a storage closet in the back of their brick and mortar with no pharmacy license or following state guidelines. These medications are not tested by the compounding pharmacy (Strive and Hallandale) and Regenics can't guarantee the safety of these medications at all. If you ask them for testing information they will give you nothing and say " It is FDA 503 compliant " to cover their butt. So scary! You will never get the truth from these guys! They admitted sending it to the wrong address, but expected me to drive to another state to retrieve it to get a refund. Hard to believe, but true. This was my second time I ordered from them. The first batch was ineffective and they blamed me for mixing it incorrectly. Now that I see they how money hungry they are, I think the first batch I ordered was water. Great place. 1 note . They close for lunch and it's not posted anywhere. I assumed (maybe that's my fault) that someone would be there during all hours of operation. I showed up @1:10 to a note that said "out to lunch back at 2pm". It's a 30+ min drive for me with traffic so this situation is quite frustrating since I now have to wait 40 min for someone to show up so I can grab my order to then drive an additional 30+ min. Obviously it's okay that people need to go to lunch, but it should be staggered to prevent this from happening or it should be posted on their website so people know that no one is avail 1-2 pm.
