He took the time to listen to my concerns and review my history. There was a very kind nurse in the room with us which made me feel even more comfortable. Fortunately, I had no suspicious moles or skin lesions. Yay! It was quick and easy to check out when I left and no one tried to sale me on products or other services. She is kind and reassuring with overall care and addresses all of my concerns during each visit. I have also seen Dr. Banet in the past and he was equally helpful with addressing any skin concerns. Support medical staff are also kind and provide clear instructions for office visits and followup. Office staff at front desk and check out are welcoming and helpful. New facilities are very well maintained, modern, and comfortable. New location off of Charlestown Road is very convenient. This expiration policy was never stated anywhere on the gift certificate. There is no expiration date listed and nothing indicating it would become invalid. It was extremely disappointing to be told I couldn't use the gift certificate especially when the service was fully paid for and clearly specified on the certificate. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.

Since the majority of people who come here are to have cosmetic work done, why could not they have had one person put off 1.5 hrs in the appointment book for a real medical reason??? I ended up paying $275 which I was not prepared to pay and I would have 100% refused service if I had known that is what I would be paying as I get a better deal at my usual spot. Just be aware if you're going for the first time make sure to tell them budget and units you want or they will just do as they see fit to get your money. Disgusting greedy behavior truly.
