Newer office spaces are now located at 2857 Charlestown Road, Suite 100. (No longer at University Woods Drive.) Annual visits with Emily Miller, ARNP, are a pleasant experience and provides much peace of mind. After my many years of lackadaisical attention to my skin while experiencing significant sun exposure, it's a necessity to stay on top of preventative care. She is kind and reassuring with overall care and addresses all of my concerns during each visit. I have also seen Dr. Banet in the past and he was equally helpful with addressing any skin concerns. Support medical staff are also kind and provide clear instructions for office visits and followup. Office staff at front desk and check out are welcoming and helpful. New facilities are very well maintained, modern, and comfortable. New location off of Charlestown Road is very convenient. Plenty of free parking available and easily accessible for anyone with mobility concerns. read more

Dr, Emily did a skin check for me and froze quite a few places and then did a biopsy on two places on my leg. Was called and told is was squamos cell carcinoma so I am now waiting on a call from Dr. Buckly to do the procedure to remove these places. I don't know why I waited so long to just have a regular skin check but sure will do it from now on. Everyone is the office was so very kind and I highly recommend them if you need to see a Dermatologist. read more

As a lifelong swimmer who blistered every summer... whose father died due to a metastasized melanoma ...I decided to finally have a full body check at Dermatology Center. I had 4 questionable spots removed..1 turned out to be a squamous cell carcinoma. The removal went very well and Dr. Bogner successfully got all of the cancer within the margins. I will be sure to schedule appointments every 3-4 months to be certain that I stay vigilant. Dr. Ashley Reader did my initial exam and I was called in just a couple of days to schedule my procedure. Can't understand why I put this on the back burner for so long. If you are reading this... SCHEDULE A DERMATOLOGIST VISIT soon and regularly... such an easy process for such an important outcome. PS. As of March 2024, they have a new payment policy. You are required to leave a credit card on file or $150 cash in case there is an issue with your insurance. I have been a patient there for many years and have never has a problem with my insurance. They said that didn't matter and I have to agree to their new policy. I refused and left. Their new policy is unethical. Very disappointed in Dr. Banet's office. read more

My 1st experience at The Dermatology Center was unpleasant, but since they've moved to a new location (2857 Charlestown Rd Ste 100, New Albany, IN 47150) and I've switched providers my past 2 visits have been great. Their new office is modern, bright and spacious. My provider is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and takes her time with me. Her nurse is also personable and provides thorough after care instructions. I'm glad I'd made the decision to give The Dermatology Center a 2nd chance. read more

I've had several good experiences here. Very competent and helpful staff.

I've been seeing Kathy, NP, for acne since I was a teenager. She's always very helpful and knowledgeable about my acne concerns and is currently helping me clear my adult acne. Liz, the esthetician at this office, is also incredible and only charges around $40 for facials (chemical peels, masks, extractions, etc.). The new office location is very nice, and I never wait longer than 5-10 minutes to see a provider. read more

Excellent service! I used to live across the river and the place I went for dermatology issues always kept me at least 2 hours in the office--waiting, waiting and waiting. I had a 2 pm appointment here at the Dermatology Center and was asked to come at 130 to fill out all the necessary insurance paperwork. I did the paperwork, had the appointment, talked to the doctor, made a follow-up appointment and walked out of there at 1:57! read more

My first visit there was quick and easy. The receptionist was nice and my dermatologist seemed to know what she was talking about. I don't know that I liked having two other people in there with her - it felt like I was a subject of something - but it's okay I'm not super shy. She didn't really do too much inspecting but she seemed to identify what was up really fast. She got me on a plan and I was out the door in less then an hour. Very efficient work. Great way experience at The Dermatology Center. Friendly staff and the P.A. (Physician Assistant) Hillary Campbell I seen was absolutely wonderful. She was able to take care of my skin issues and was so friendly and personable. I highly recommend going to see her if you need to see a dermatologist. read more
