I guess you could describe this place as kind of like Burlington but even lower prices. Think no frills, small-ish selection of "urban streetwear" as well as accessories and some home goods. Lots of shirts with Bart Simpson on them for some reason, and a decent selection of Rap Snacks. They have layaway, which you almost never see anymore. Big up's to them for that. I was looking for a dress, and I found a super cute one for only $7.99 that I got a ton of compliments on. I'll probably hitting up Citi Trends more often when I see one thanks to this visit.

So he could find out if there were any of that style in his size. Very good customer service, good selection of colorful and tasteful merchandise. Most shirts were in the $150+ range and the shoes were also in the $100-400 range.

Before leaving the state, I went back Tuesday night before closing to exchange them for the correct size. Unfortunately, I was assisted by Rodney, whose attitude was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive from the start. I explained that I was visiting from out of town, leaving the next day, and no longer had the receipt, but I was only trying to exchange the shoes for the correct size. Instead of trying to help, Rodney immediately assumed I hadn't paid for the shoes simply because I didn't have proof of purchase. His tone and delivery were completely unprofessional. When I asked for a manager, he stated she would not exchange them. The manager, Alice, eventually came over and explained the policy, but thankfully made an exception and helped me with the exchange. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to assist. What disappointed me most was Rodney's lack of empathy and customer service. Situations happen, especially when traveling, and customers deserve to be treated with respect instead of assumptions and attitude.

Upon returning the items there were completely different sales people and the woman insisted that I pay the late fee for the 1 tux even after explaining everything, so I gave her the $20 fee in cash then she demanded another $1.40 for tax on the late fee. After being in airports and airplanes all day then returning the items to avoid the fees only to be charged... I was exhausted and only wanted to get home. My tux was coming apart at the hems while wearing it and they provided shoes which were way too small for the groom's son, his feet were actually bigger than the shoes... Very disappointed with this particular rental experience.

Every time I come in, it is so busy and the staff is worn thin trying to help 3+ customers at once because management only staffs 2 employees. Today I called and said I had limited amount of time because I'm going out of town and just needed to see if my measurements were the same. Eric said "no problem, come on in". As soon as I walked in Eric grabbed me, brought me to the changing room where my suit was already waiting for me. I was in and out and paid in less than 7 minutes on my lunch break. Thanks Eric!

The cotton shirts are manufactured in Turkey and are super soft. George had one hidden black 3XL long sleeve shirt in the back of the store which actually fit. George advised that he can order at anytime other patterns for $225.00 each.

I returned my items smoothly. And recieved a 25% off coupon. This is where they get you!! Lol I didnt need anything but a clearance sign caught my eye! The were a couple racks the items were already marked down, and had an additional 50% off the clearance tag. I got two nike sweats for $10 and $13. To me that is a BARGAIN! The 25% doesnt work on brands like nike and addidas. But it didnt matter, because i got a huge discount from the sale that was happening. It seems kohls has alot of overstock they had a ton of items on clearance! I will continue to shop at kohls, and return my amazon returns here!! Its the most convientant :)
