Let me first mention that I did not pick this company. The condo board picked them to handle the garage door opener and remotes for the building. About 10 months ago we had a new garage door opener put in and our old programmable remotes had to be replaced. The new remotes had to be paired/programed. (the old one had dip switches you could change inside the remote) So in order to get additional remotes you need access to the learn button which was "conveniently located" in a place that was not the normal standard location on or around the motor. The normal location had the learn button removed with only an empty hole where it originally was. (saw pics online of the same model to compare) the learn button was then rerouted outside the box to an external circuit board presumably to require a service call for programing? (I know now after visit but had no idea where it was before) Trying to get an appointment with these folks is no easy task. The first two appointments were canceled the morning of with the same excuse, "we don't have an available tech" thanks for the thoughtful heads up morning of twice. On the third time, we received a call and voice message for a morning we were free but had not received a confirmation from them, Message basically saying they are canceling the unconfirmed appointment because we are unavailable. We returned the call within several minutes of missing it and we connected approximately 90 minutes later. I arrived about 5 to 7 minutes early and to my delight the truck was there early!! I alerted the tech that I was there and it all went to Sh1t after this. First thing out of his mouth " I'm programing 2 remotes" I let him know we had 4 remotes and my home link to program. He immediately told me that we only were paying for 2 remotes to be programed and he does not do home link. I explained that we paid for service call and we need 4 remotes and the home link. He storms off like a child to call the office and check. After a few minutes he says he will do the 4 remotes but no home link. When I asked how am I to program the home link? He says go look it up on YouTube. I said I have it saved right here and a copy of the relevant section of my cars owners manual. It requires access to the learn button. He says I'm not going into your car. We don't do it. Clearly unhappy, he begrudgingly grabs his ladder banging it around akin to a child stomping off to their room in protest to being punished. After grabbing the wrong size ladder I got another wonderful display of arrested development live and in person as he fetched the appropriately sized ladder. Several minutes later all the remotes are programed. I asked how do we pay? Apple pay? PayPal? credit card? No we are not set up for any of that, Cash or check. Cash is no tax and I don't accept tips. Yeah just the guy I was thinking of tipping. I reach into my pocket and pull out $200 He looks at the money and says I will wait while you go get change. So thoughtful. Doesn't have any change for the customers? luckily between my buddy and I we scrounged up exact change. What a truly regrettable experience! read more

Reggio's is tops in my opinion. Sold me a great quality door three years ago and at a very reasonable price. Installed it professionally in a few hours. Three years later I needed an adjustment. They came out, adjusted it within minutes and not only didn't charge me, but refused to even accept a tip. I actually had to insist. They have my highest recommendation. read more

I called to ask for assistance with a garage door lock that was spinning and the door would not open. They gave me an appointment for the next morning and clearly explained the rate schedule for the visit and hourly rates. They called in the morning to confirm and the technician arrived a few minutes later. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to open the stuck door and reconnect the cable that had left the door in the locked position. the technician then explained how the lock worked and how we may have been over turning it causing it to come loose. I would highly recommend this company for a door replacement which they did a few years back as well as a repair if needed. Very quick and efficient . Excellent customer service and they have been in business for many years and have proved to be dependable. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The woman talks over you and clearly doesn't care about customers. For a place that only takes payment via check or money order, they refuse to have any understanding if a payment is lost. Have never been this mistreated by someone and so disappointed. This company is quick and efficient. They came right away for an estimate for a new garage door. While there the guy made suggestions to fix our existing one. The repaired door works good as new and we saved money. The person who came to fix the door was knowledgable, friendly, professional, and very nice. We will definitely use them again and would recommended to others. read more
