They had WIFI so I was able to work from my laptop. They finished within the time they estimated. They even brought the extracted gunk they pulled out of the carpet to show me. While the exterior wax looks good, the seats appear to have been shampooed, and the floor mats and trunk look great (the only reason for the 3-stars), they didn't even wipe down my center console, doors, or do anything underneath the seats.
