They are usually really good about getting me in same day if I need to be seen and am not particular about which doctor I see. If I want to see my Doc or one of the other ones I prefer sometimes I have to wait until the following day. There usually isn't that much of a wait once I get there. You can usually email them if you have any questions about medications or concerns. Most of the physicians are very patient and don't rush you and will let you ask about other medical/health concerns that aren't necessarily the reason you came in and not make you feel rushed. Sorry I'm not naming names, sometimes you just don't mesh well with certain people. I don't want to tarnish someone based on my preferences.

When I explained that this has already needed to be corrected twice, she asked "what's the problem with it now?" I don't want to feel like an inconvenience in a place that is supposed to be helpful. There are so many people that go to this office I see how there some bad reviews here. Just from the amount of patients that they taken in I think if everybody commented that was happy it would be over flooded with five star ratings. I understand some people had bad experiences but People don't tend to rate on their doctors like it's a food establishment. Despite some insurance issues, I was met with scoffs and treated like dirt after I told them I didn't have the cash to pay for my son to be seen. The in-house doctor mentioned ASTHMA, about a child who was born with fluid in his lungs, and THEY STILL TURNED HIM AWAY. I am floored and utterly disappointed and sickened. After discovering new ownership has taken over in recent months, this all makes sense. Welcome to the new America, where citizens are put through hell and high water to get their family the healthcare they need. They have lost a loyal patient and I will not be coming back here.

Dr. Gendelman completely dismissed her symptoms and told us she wasn't "sick enough" to test. Once again, the only recommendation was to give Benadryl to "dry it up." Her symptoms continued to worsen, and today I had to take her to urgent care, where she tested positive for what they called "super flu." As a parent, it's incredibly upsetting to feel unheard when advocating for your child--especially when it turns out something serious was missed. The level of care at this practice has clearly changed, and it no longer feels like sick children are taken seriously. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend this office based on our recent experience.
