It seemed like she listened to me when I showed her the pic of how I wanted my haircut, but when it was done it looked nothing like it. The shape that I'm left with is not workable even. Ugly, ugly, ugly... And her pricing is "slippery". I thought it would be $55 because her sign said that but she pointed out the "and up" that was in very small print. She said mine wasn't "just a haircut" because she used a razor to get the choppy look and then she washed my hair which I didn't ask her to do since I'd already washed it. Felt sneaky to me and then the last thing was that there was an extra charge to pay with my card so $67 I had a c happy haircut for too much money. Great Clips did a better job for $17.99. read more

I got a same-day appointment for a women's haircut which starts at $50. The salon has adequate space and doesn't feel cramped. I asked for 2 inches trim and Yesenia kept my layers like it was previously done. She is professional and checked in to make sure that what she was doing was going to be what I wanted. I didn't get a wash and dry, but she did blow out my hair at the end to show me the layers, but I personally am not a fan when hair barbers do this because it hides flaws. Overall I had a solid experience though. There is a $2 for using a credit card, which sucks. read more

Yesenia is great at what she does! She recommended the Botox treatment for my hair and I am in love with how beautiful and healthy my hair looks. It took away the frizz and its silky straight. I also have to say she is great at cutting toddler hair. I took my son for the first time with her and she was so patient with him. He cried hysterically probably 80 percent of the time. We took a while to take him for his second hair cut for that same reason. The second time around he barely cried. She was so calm and tried to earn his trust. Yesenia did an amazing job taking my long dark red hair to a short light blond bob. MOST IMPORTANTLY my hair didn't break off after needing a heavy bleach job. She gave me great tips as to how to improve the texture / condition of my hair and I love the cut. She also cuts my sister's hair, which appeared to be straight until she gave her beachy waves. Just back from getting a haircut and color from the new owner Yesenia at Regina Salon and I couldn't be happier. I had started coloring my own hair with Madison Reed and it became dry brittle and course. Yesenia helped me pick a ash brown color to correct the brassiness and she gave me good advice on taking care of it and products to use. The color came out so rich and shiny and she cut it just like I asked. It's so much healthier looking now. And the price for the services was so reasonable. I went in for the first time to get my nails done with a friend... there was a single lady there working and the owner was on vacation so the hours were irregular. I gave 2 stars just because she did a good job. however this is horrifically offset by the fact that I will NEVER go there again, they are not trustworthy... I took my wedding and anniversary rings off just before she was going to put lotion on my hands so the diamonds wouldn't get dirty... I know I know, shame on me I put them down right next to me. I then got distracted and LEFT without my rings. I realized that night and left a voicemail on the machine, which said she would open at 10 instead of 9 the next morning since the owner was out of town. I called at 10:05. I called at 10:30. I called EVERY HOUR until she FINALLY answered the phone at 3:30 saying she NEVER SAW ME WEARING MY RINGS! I went there immediately after work and somehow she had closed shop already. It was 5:15. She worked 2 hours?? I went there for 3 days in a row until she was finally open - the owner was back so that is probably why. The owner gave me some story about me not wearing my rings that day maybe, or maybe they went into the washing machine with the towels, or maybe fell in the drain, or who knows because they don't have a camera. All she did was blame me even though I KNOW I left my rings there and where I left them. So.... if you don't wear rings while getting your nails done, then go for it. If you do however, run FAST in the opposite direction. read more

I decided to try this place out since it's located across the street from where I work and I didn't have time to go to my normal place before reporting for my weekend duty. I WILL never go to this place again. I just read another review and I agree...definitely can't cut hair. At least not on a man. Ms Jenny left more hair on one side then the other. The front is uneven....overall I am sorry to say it sucks! I can't believe I paid $18 when I normally pay $10 and I leave happy with my haircut.
