3 strikes..... I was hoping for a really good pizza since it's very close to where I live.....I tried 2 slices they were not to bad. I ordered a large pizza. Apparently the only pizza place in my entire life has something called premium items usually pineapple and anchovies as far as I know but Chicken or broccoli are premium? Pizza lookwd like a medium made to fit in large box. That being said it was the small large I've ever gotten. I was very hungry almost closing time. Ordered a cheese slice asked for mushroom tomato green pepper. I was told $1.20 so I'm thinking ok 5.20 plus tax....Then I asked for a pop.....I almost thought I was filling my car up with gas....the price 9.99....what are you crazy you charged me 1.20 each topping. If I'm paying 1.20 each topping it better be the same 1.20 each topping you charge on a pizza not a single slice.... The pizza isn't worth the value they charge. There are many pizza place in the area thats not commercial like Dominos or pizza pizza pizza Nova Pizza Hut...all noting special. I've gone into any pizza place and had them add tomato mushroom green pepper on a cheese pizza AND NOT CHARGE ME A DIME.... It's a sale... I payed $10 for a slice of pizza they end up giving away at the end of the night. I'm more then happy to spend $10 or $15 or $20 on a slice of pizza not when it's super low quality. There are a plethora of pizza places in the area and most of them offer average pizza at prices that teeter towards gourmet than just ... oh, I don't know ... pizza from a store in a plaza. Reginos pizza feels like it's made by someone's Italian grandmother. They're generous with the toppings while still maintaining accessible pricing. it's also common to experience something at Reginos you don't expect at a pizza joint: good customer service. From the time they take your order though handing your pie to you they're smiling and saying thank you. It's so nice to be treated decently but so uncommon in most pizza places. The best part about Reginos' Pizza is its balance between being greasily delicious but not too oily on your fingers. You're going to enjoy some good pie here but won't feel like you keg stand'd a grease trap when you're done. Ok I'll start off by saying the crust/dough is amazing. Now I know this is the fave of many, but for me once you get past the crust, the pizza is just okay. I can't really put my finger on it other than to say the pizza is very heavy and chewy, sort of like my experience with American pizza. So I guess you'll just have to try it for yourself. read more

They have great pizza made with amazing sauce, fresh toppings, and a savory soft crust. The price is very reasonable and I guarantee you will cry on your first bite lol. Terrific pizza place - the best in the area as far as pizza chains go (without going gourmet). Dough/crust is good, even the whole wheat one. Cheese is excellent, great flavour and nice stringiness. Sauce is good as well. There's a pretty strong offering of a variety of toppings and the pizza is topped generously with them. Prices are a great value - think of this place as Pizza Nova quality (even slightly better I'd say), but with Domino's pricing. That they deliver is an added plus. Pizza came hot and on time. Would of gave a 4 or a 5 I have been coming here a few months now, and I went in for my usual order, only this time it was for lunch with the kids during the day. The staff at night always allowed me to order there walking 3 topping special with a quarter of it only cheese for my picky 5 year old daughter. Well not this afternoon they were completely unsympathetic to my situation of having 1 out of 4 people only like cheese pizza l, they told me they could not do a quarter of Ly half even after I made valid points about how, I spend $40 a week there and that by giving me a quarter cheese they were actually saving ingredients, thus saving money. I would give this Regino's a 0 star rating if I could. Honestly it's not even about the food, the customer service is beyond horrendous. I ordered a pizza on the phone because the website wasn't working. When we got there, there was a dispute about the price, even though they already promised to sell us the pizza with the online special price. The manager grabbed my phone and acted like it was me who didn't know how to operate my mobile device, and refused to give me my pizza. I took my phone back and re-did the order in front of him to prove that the online ordering system wasn't working, but he kept refusing to look and again would not admit to promising us the online price. It's not about the money, but the principle of it. I left with no pizza. They wasted an hour of my life that they really should compensate for, as I'll never get that time back. Worst Experience as a Customer I have ever had. No Exaggeration. Regino's has delicious pizza, but this latest experience was NOT acceptable. I ordered pizza for delivery (Oshawa Location) with debit and was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait. Fine. It's good pizza and thought it would be worth the wait. When the pizza finally arrived, the driver said he didn't have the debit machine and that I would have to pay cash. Problem #1: I had only debit, hence why i told them that I would be paying debit. After making a couple of phone calls, the driver then told me that I didn't have to worry about it and that it would be covered. I said; "Free?", he said "Yes." Problem #2: An hour later I received a phone call from Regino's saying that their driver returned to my place to collect payment but nobody was home. - BS because I was home, and BS because I was told it would be free. The person then proceeded to negotiate with me and offered me a 10% discount. I told him, since I am usually an easy going guy, I would pay 50% of the bill, even though at this point I didn't feel as though I should pay anything. He agreed, and then said the driver would be by shortly to collect payment. 40 minutes later, still no driver. I needed to leave the house for the evening, so I called them to tell them that and they said they could come by tomorrow. I told them no way am I paying for this pizza, and no way am I ever going to order from there again. I also promised them that I would spend the next day tagging every review site I could possibly find with this bad review. read more

By far the worst customer service i have ever received! They gave me the run around when i gave them my address for delivery. Each location kept telling me to call the next. Finally after the 3rd location i called , one agent told me to call back the pharmacy location as they are the ones that deliver to my area, and he admitted that "they are probably a little lazy and tired" and that they may have been trying to avoid a delivery. That should have been my first sign to give up and just call pizza pizza, but i ended up calling back the pharmacy location. They finally agreed to take my order, and he told me it may take about 45 mins as i don't live that far. An hour and a half went by before calling them to check on my order. I called them to see if maybe something happend to the driver, the same man that kept telling me to call different locations answered, and told me the reason why my ordered was not delivered is because the debit machine is broken and that they cannot come anymore unless I have cash. I told him I do not have cash as i have clearly stated to begin with and that i only have debit or credit. And if that was the case then why was I not notified sooner, he quickly replied "Its really busy and i just came back from a delivery." and hung up on me. i tried calling back thinking maybe the phone got disconnected, but the phone kept ringing until it disconnected. it has been 5 hours and no one has called me back with any explaination or apology. I am very shocked these people are even in business. They need to fire that entire staff and rehire honest and curteous people that have work ethic. This interaction with this rude and incompetant agent has completly ruined my evening. I could honestly say that I will never know what Reginos pizza is like because I will never call that place again. If anyone who has any kind of care or any type of authority at Reginos pizza comes across this review. I suggest you take serious action and correct your staff before your business goes under. read more
