We thought it would be a problem but John made it seem as though it was not a big deal which completely put our mind at ease. The price quoted was reasonable and when all was said and done - there were no hidden fees or extra expenses that came up once the car was delivered. Mike did the pick up and delivery of the car and we could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, attention to detail and positive attitude. He gave us the impression that he truly enjoys doing his job and from what we saw he is VERY good at doing it!!! He made sure the car was properly stored in the container. I called Midnight Blue numerous times because the cost of the repair was $3900. Midnight Blue wanted to repair it, but they have nothing showing anywhere they are a repair shop and would never give me a quote for their repair and we HAD to fix it because it was not drivable and the transmission was getting fixed at the dealer. I am NOT giving my car back to someone who put that much damage to it!! So I got a hold of the Attorney General and they responde to them with LIES!! They paid $2000 to the dealership, but I am out $1700 (after dealer gave a discount) because MIDNIGHT BLUE ruined my car!!
