They NEVER sent me ANY bills that were apparently not taken care of by her insurance. One of the bills was never even sent to my mothers insurance. My son was born in May, it is now OCTOBER and they sent this letter to me. This is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL to word something this way. We are in contact with the insurance company to get it figured out, but to get a letter that starts off with THIS??! Totally unbelievable and downright rude. I didn't have a true problem with this practice until now. We left because they didn't accept the insurance my son is on, but if I was still there I would be leaving after this. Edit to add: Just discovered a $150 lactation consultant bill when I did NOT ask to meet with the consultants at our initial visit. I was TOLD "the lactation consultant will come in and speak with you about things before you leave" and that was it. was not told i'd be charged, and I didn't ask to speak with them.

So, any review for a pediatrics office has to be relative to that baseline. Roseville, truthfully, is as good as it's going to get. The doctors are nice, rooms are clean, nurses are sweet to kids. It's organized. Good parking. Is it fun going here? No. But it's never fun to take your kid to a doctor. Bottom line - got a kid? Go here.

A few of the Dr's are nice- but the office staff not so much and there is a huge lack of appointments, sick and annual well child appointment problem. Reaching the nurses is also difficult and several times messages I left with a nurse have not been passed along, were passed along incorrectly, documents not completed, etc. My child was also misdiagnosed and we are just starting to deal with the consequences of that. I wish I would have chosen a smaller practice and am looking into switching now. My child needed better care and she was just a number there.

What sets them apart from other doctors is they really care, listen to your concerns, and for the most part are very accessible. They are a smaller practice and don't have some big hospital affiliation calling the shots. While some doctors take more of an interest than others, it's nice when you can build up a relationship with one doctor. In our case that provider has been Mr. Garcia. He's hands on, very personable, and takes his times to address all of your concerns. He's also very down to earth. Both of my kids thought he was a cool dude, and as a mom I did too. I also appreciated that if I needed to reach him by phone I could leave a message and he would call back without always requiring a visit. They have a nurse line as well that usually is prompt in getting back to you for times when you aren't sure you need a visit or a call from the doctor. One unnamed nurse always seems miserable but she's really not when you get to know her but has resting bitch face. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I always had to call multiple times for referrals. You always get an answering machine and even when I requested acknowledgement I rarely got it. I think they just have Kerry (in referrals) working on too many things at a time because otherwise she's great. Also while I don't have first hand experience with this I had a co-worker who was "kicked out" of the practice for not paying a co-pay. She claimed no one ever called or sent her a bill. Even when she tried to make good and offered to pay additional to cover their inconvenience they still refused to see her daughter. Again no first hand experience with this but worth mentioning. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a local pediatrician.

The Dr and Anesthesiologist were great at explaining everything and laying out all options. They were friendly and kind to the doula as well! We gave them a birth plan and they followed it completely. We had another nurse in couplet care named Binika who was outstanding and stayed 30 minutes past her shift due to an emotional situation. She was outstanding as well. Overall, the visiting hours and down time hours were perfect. Gave us time to recover and try to get some rest. Lactation support was amazing. They were very helpful with my wife and she was very appreciative of the staff for assisting her with this. My wife and I are grateful for their services and the safe delivery of our baby. Would definitely recommend Women's and Babies Hospital! The food was okay, but the peanut butter pie was stellar! The day of birth meal for the mom is between crab cakes, steak or lobster. My wife said it was delicious and the best meal she had there! Dad's don't complain about it to your wife, but that couch is rough

They charge you an arm and a leg for bad service. The doctor I had was not able to answer any of my questions. I do not reccommend womens and babies at all. I am going to stick with the womens place for any future births I have.I also wanted to add when they did the induction they inserted the needle so it sits in my arm painfully and because of that I could not sleep when they offered to reinsert it I agreed and the second time was just as painful. They wanted to run expensive tests on me and my child I refused.

The referral department made the appointment for November 24, 2023 at 12:45. I have the two pieces of paperwork which state this. a week before 24 November I received a phone call that says a mammogram machine was broken and I was given an appointment for February 12. I expressed the fact that this was very late the person on the other end offered no empathy. She just stated that's the date, I went to my DEXA scan appointment on November 24. I got there at 12:32. The DEXA scan appointment according to the rep was 2 o'clock. I showed her my paperwork which has the heading that says to be done 11/24, 2023 at 12:45 she made no comment except to say your appointment is at 2 o'clock. I asked her about the mammogram that was broken, she said the mammogram is not broken but we are short on techs. I said I was given an appointment for for February 12. She said yes that's how far out we are now there's another problem if I had an appointment made in September for November 24 why was my appointment moved three months later? The lack of concern is outrageous. I started coming to rhe outpatient, downstairs as I go to one of the doctors upstairs who I love and I thought I should support the outpatient care. however, I have never been treated with such disrespect. Obviously. this location does not care about my business I left and I told the girl canceled the DEXA scan because I'm not waiting until 2 o'clock. I'm also not going make the February 12 appointment. I'm going to find another way. But when we did take the sample to the lab at 3:45 PM everyone in the entire staff was so confused and said " um our lab closes at 2:30" This entire practice needs to be shut down the incompetence is going going to cost someone there life. I immediately went to an urgent care outside of lg health who immediately did an xray and said I had pneumonia in both lungs. I reported Dr labosh to lg health and apparently they have decided to do nothing despite this horrible misdiagnosis which almost cost me my life.​
