My husband and I tried to conceive for six years before initially seeking treatment at another provider in the area. After a year of being treated like a number in a baby factory at the big box fertility clinic, we decided to take a break. We were defeated, discouraged, and unsure whether we would continue in our attempts to have a child. The next year a good family friend who is also an out of state OBGYN suggested Dr Moragianni. We were able to schedule with her fairly quickly and our consultation left us feeling a renewed sense of hope! She actually listened to everything we had to say and explained things to us that we didn't know even after a year of treatment elsewhere. After our first round of bloodwork to get starred, Dr Moragianni identified an irregularity with my thyroid that had been grossly overlooked at the other clinic. She continued to monitor and work with us as I sorted out the thyroid issue with an endocrinologist. During this time we found that my ovaries were often not visible making it nearly impossible to determine egg count and quality. Based on the examination experience, I believe this was also the case at the previous clinic, only they blindly treated me without explaining the situation and therefore the treatment was continuously unsuccessful. Dr Moragianni on the other hand very clearly explained everything, presented us with options, and offered her best advice. She did not encourage us in any way to proceed with a path that was likely to be a dead end. One thing she offered and I was unaware of was egg donation. Ultimately, this made the most sense for our situation, and now we have a beautiful baby boy that I carried to full term. Thanks to Dr Moragianni, my underlying health issue was resolved (I had parathyroid surgery), my time and money were not wasted, and I was treated like the top priority patient at every visit! This used to be a great family practice, until Well Span takeover! They lost who I feel was their…read morebest doctor. That is Dr Weber. I recently changed PCP's because my health is not good at all. Dr. Weber knew my health like the back of his hand. Then after he left (due to takeover) I was assigned to a new CRNP. My health issues, mainly terrible coronary artery disease and two open heart surgeries and then a pacemaker to top it off. I did not feel I was any longer getting the care that I needed. For them to assign a complicated heart patient to a CRNP makes not a bit of sense to me. I gave the guy a chance. A much longer chance than deserved. If I had rated Lake st. prior to Well Spans takeover I would have given it 5 stars! Now everyone seems like they are walking on glass shards there. Kind of like they are in fear of losing their jobs. Maybe the CRNP will be fine for someone that has a common cold or something simpler than CAD and many other ailments. But after being a patient there for well over 5 years, it was not hard to notice the huge change in the care and not having my messages returned was the last straw for me.

While the sign outside says Urgent Care, they will bill you as a hospital - which generally has a higher copay. We went there for X-rays because my insurance says that there is a certain copay for X-rays at an urgent care. When we get the bill, we find that it was billed as a hospital out patient visit - costing a lot more! This is flat out deceptive! They put huge signs up saying "Urgent Care" when they are not that. I hate it when people decieve me inorder to make money. There is another Urgent Care over on 272 near the CVS. I'd recommend going there instead.

She is thorough and patient...never hurries you through your Appt and is amazing on the portal. She has helped me with every single issue I've brought her way. The same goes for Dr. Telford-Wren. She is both my kids' pediatrician and has been immensely helpful. Now for the incredible office staff. Let me tell you...these ladies are so sweet, so funny and so helpful. The amount of times I've laughed with them after an appointment is worth a couple stars by itself. They always help me out when I call and have really put in overtime on some of my family's referrals and appointments. I think it's unfair that they have one single review, and that it's so terrible. I wanted to take a moment and say something nice about this, even though the more people that go, the less chance I have to get the quick appointments :)

I suggest you find another medical group and not use these doctor's because of him. It is a shame because there are good doctor's there but he will step on their feet and over rule their treatment plan's whenever he feel's like it.
